In the context of preventing and controlling novel coronavirus pneumonia,how to ensure the quality of higher education has become a hot issue of social concern in China.In this article,the problems and challenges are analyzed from teacher,student and technology levels,the teaching pattern of"re-flipped classroom"and the teaching model of"SPOC+MOOC+live broadcast"are proposed,the three teaching methods of PBL,OBE and mind mapping are integrated,the teaching evaluation is introduced to teaching design,and finally,the implementation suggestions are put forward to ensure the quality of teaching.

Environment Promotion and Microclimate Improvement of Old Communities with Combination of Peacetime and Epidemic Situation: A Case Study of Fuguoli Community in Beijing

As the basic unit of a city,community is an important carrier of residents’ healthy life.With the development of society,the environmental status of old communities has been unable to meet the needs of residents’ healthy life,and it is urgent to optimize the community environment.The emergence of novel coronavirus also put forward more strict requirements for the grassroots governance of old communities in China.Taking Fuguoli community in Beijing City as an example,the problems existing in the external environment of old communities were excavated from the perspective of functional requirements,and the distributed green space layout pattern and the dynamic simulation of community microclimate environment was constructed through the method of field survey and numerical simulation.Furthermore,the environmental optimization strategies of old communities with combination of peacetime and epidemic situation were put forward to help the epidemic prevention and control.

Pathogenic microbial biological epidemics can cause negative emotions such as fear,anxiety,loneliness and depression,as well as somatization symptoms such as insomnia,headache,chest tightness and degenerative behavior.As a secondary disaster of major epidemic situation,this kind of adverse psychological stress needs to be adjusted quickly.The author reviews the rapid psychological regulation methods of novel coronavirus pneumonia(coronavirus disease 2019,Covid-19),aiming to provide a useful enlightenment for the prevention of psychological stress in microorganism epidemic situation.

A Survey Report about the General Situation of the Students in Adult Higher Medical Education

This survey was implemented, so that the general situation of the students in adult higher medical education is more accurately and comprehensively known, and also adult education and teaching work can be developed in a targeted way. 193 students attending adult education junior college participated in this survey, and the surveyed details included the general situation of student sources, the ideological trends, and the degree of the cognition on the majors, the degree of the recognition on teaching, the employment concept, and the problems in the current jobs. By a statistical analysis, a foundation is further laid for the effective work of adult higher medical education.

Resumption of school after lockdown in COVID-19 pandemic:Three case reports

BACKGROUND Students in the 9grade of junior high school in Changsha were under a 75 d lockdown due to the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.After the resumption of school post-lockdown,the 9grade students in Changsha faced the entrance physical examination test for senior high school.CASE SUMMARY We report on 3 cases of occult fracture on the same site in adolescents of the same grade since resumption of school after the lockdown from the COVID-19pandemic.Three students in the 9th grade of junior high school who were facing the physical examination in 2 wk were diagnosed with an occult fracture of the distal femur.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the students,parents,education providers and policy makers should all pay attention to the physical exercise of students when the resumption of school after lockdown occurs and they should be aware of occult fractures when the adolescents have pain after physical exercise.

Perianesthesia emergency repair of a cut endotracheal tube’s inflatable tube:A case report

BACKGROUND During the perianesthesia period,emergency situations threatening the life and safety of patients can occur at any time.When dealing with some emergencies,occasional confusion is inevitable.CASE SUMMARY This case report describes the rare situation wherein a surgeon inadvertently detached the inflatable tube of an endotracheal tube during a tonsillectomy,and positive pressure ventilation could not be provided.While reintubation may increase the risk of respiratory tract infection and aspiration,patients with a difficult airway might die due to apnea.The best treatment method is to optimize the damaged tracheal tube junction to avoid secondary intubation and ensure patient safety.An intravenous needle and cannula were used to repair the damaged gap in the current case.Following the repair,the anesthesia machine showed no indication of low tidal volume,and there was no deflation of the endotracheal tube cuff.Subsequently,the patient was transferred to the postanesthesia recovery room,and the tracheal tube was removed with satisfactory results.CONCLUSION Using an intravenous needle to repair a break in the inflatable tube surrounding an endotracheal tube is safe and reliable.

The novel coronavirus outbreak:what can be learned from China in public reporting?

The new coronavirus outbreak gets everyone’s attention.China’s national actions against the outbreak have contributed great contributions to the world.China has been learning from practice for better reporting and is fast to adapt itself.In this article we discuss China’s practice in public reporting and its implications to global health.Confirmed cases,dynamic suspected cases,recovered cases,and deaths have been reported both in accumulative numbers and their daily updates.Some ratio indictors reporting(fatality rate,recovery rate,etc.),trend reporting,and global surveillance have been applied as well.Some improvements can still be made.It is necessary to further explore the influential factors behind the indicators for interventions.Recommendations are made to the World Health Organization and other countries for better public reporting and surveillance.

大连市西岗区常住居民主要慢性非传染性疾病及影响因素的现状调查

目的了解大连市西岗区常住居民主要慢性非传染性疾病共病现况,分析其危险因素,为防控慢性病提供参考依据。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月居住在西岗区6个月以上的常驻居民,通过多阶段整群随机抽样的方法最终纳入3个街道中6个社区的608名居民为调查对象。根据问卷调查、体格检查与实验室检测3个方面进行调查。结果调查结果显示,患有慢性非传染性疾病381例,未患病227名。单因素分析发现,性别、吸烟、饮酒、锻炼情况、肥胖、婚姻情况、腰围、高血糖、高血压为危险因素。经多因素回归分析显示,性别、吸烟、饮酒、肥胖和腰围、高血糖、高血压是该人群的危险因素。结论对于慢性病流行病学相关知识应加强宣传,提高普及率,对于男性、存在吸烟、饮酒、肥胖和腰围过大、高血糖、高血压因素患者应当及时就诊治疗,防止病情恶化,保证患者生命安全。

基于平均场理论的航空安全风险预警模型

由于航空事故的发生往往很难预测,而且是不可逆转的,因此如何制定有效的航空预警方案是避免事故发生的关键。针对航空安全风险预警问题,利用航空风险传播动力学模型,基于平均场理论解析航空系统事故触发概率,通过敏感性分析得出触发事件对航空事故发生的提升率,建立事前航空事故预警模型。结果发现,事前预警模型中应该分配更多的资源给能见度差、飞机系统故障、疲劳、特情处置不力、技能不足、设备维护不足等触发事件,从而避免上述事件的发生。通过航空事故风险传播规律,建立事中航空事故预警模型,得出受到触发事件影响的风险演化事件集合,并给出对应排序使得管理者可以做到资源的有效分配。

榆林市羊主要疫病调查分析及防治对策

本调查旨在探究影响我市羊产业健康发展的关键疫病问题。通过收集并分析榆林市过去五年间羊只主要疫病的统计数据,同时结合实验室诊断结果和对全市羊只养殖现状、疾病发生率的实地调查,明确了目前对本地羊产业构成重大威胁的主要疾病类型、流行状况及其影响因素。基于这些发现,提出了综合性防治措施,该措施对于控制疫病传播和促进羊产业健康发展起到一定作用。

What we have learnt from the SARS epidemics in China's Mainland?

This article provides an overview of the severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)epidemics in China's Mainland and of what we have learned since the outbreak.The epidemics spanned a large geographical extent but clustered in two regions:first in Guangdong Province,and about 3 months later in Beijing and its surrounding areas.The resulting case fatality ratio of 6.4%was less than half of that in other SARS-affected countries and regions,partly due to younger-aged patients and a higher proportion of community-acquired infections.Strong political commitment and a centrally coordinated response were most important for controlling SARS.The long-term economic consequence of the epidemic was limited.Many recovered patients suffered from avascular osteonecrosis,as a consequence of corticosteroid usage during their infection.The SARS epidemic provided valuable experience and lessons relevant in controlling outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases,and has led to fundamental reforms of the Chinese health system.Additionally,the epidemic has substantially improved infrastructures,surveillance systems,and capacity to response to health emergencies.In particular,a comprehensive nationwide internet-based disease reporting system was established.

党的二十大报告指出,要“发展壮大医疗卫生队伍,把工作重点放在农村和社区”,全科医生是居民健康和医疗费用的“守门人”,在基本医疗卫生服务中发挥着重要作用,培养“下得去、留得住、用得好”的应用型、复合型新时代全科医生人才,将是推进健康中国建设的重要一步。本报告在《中国全科医生培养发展报告(2018)》的基础上,将2018年至今我国全科医生的队伍建设、培养教育、使用激励机制改革等情况进行了较系统的梳理,并提出了我国全科医生的未来展望,希望可以为我国全科医学的进一步研究提供资料。
