Guided by the ternary leadership theory from the perspective of social psychology,this paper explores the impacts of authoritarian,benevolent,and moral leadership on the top design of the Grand Canal of China in terms of its water management practice,while providing reference for resolving the“Matteo Ricci Puzzle”.The research findings are threefold:first,authoritarian as it is,the central government of China formulates relevant laws and regulations to provide legal system insurance for the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt,thus providing the blueprint for constructing the“bright cultural belt,green ecological belt and colorful tourism belt of the Grand Canal”.Second,led by the Central Government,sticking to benevolent and moral leadership,China advocates scientific water management concepts and methods,and gives long-term and comprehensive care to the well-being of the people along the banks of the Grand Canal.Finally,the top-level design of the Grand Canal of China is based on the ternary leadership theory rooted in social psychology and has formulated a set of properly-scheduled,reasonably-coordinated,and flexibly-operated management system for the fundamental interests of the people and long-term goals of the country. 展开更多

Plank Scale with Siva’s Constant “K”—A New Road to Grand Unification

Based on Vd = K equation and the consideration that maximum velocity is “velocity of light”, diameter of a space time for a particular fundamental force has been calculated. With Siva’s classical equation for space... Based on Vd = K equation and the consideration that maximum velocity is “velocity of light”, diameter of a space time for a particular fundamental force has been calculated. With Siva’s classical equation for space time, the quantity of fundamental force has been calculated in terms of relative energy with photon. This has been converted into relative force and the relative forces interpreted in terms of coupling constants of fundamental forces. All the fundamental forces are manifestation of space time material only. Space time will be different for different fundamental forces and their elementary force carrying particles. Specially, it has elaborated the difference between mass and energy for gravity space time. A generalized equation of space time and coupling constants has been derived. This equation can be used to calculate the space time parameters of other fundamental forces by knowing the coupling constant and vice versa. Space time parameters will be different for fundamental forces. In order to keep the parameters such as c,G,h,lp,tp and mp applicable to all other fundamental forces, a new parameter Siva’s constant “K” has been introduced. Thus all the observations are based on “K” and transformation is possible by a new additional parameter “K” such that c=h=G=K=1 instead of c=h=G=1. S Zorb脱硫工艺为一项清洁燃料生产技术,但整个装置的用能还有改进的潜力。对某炼油厂S Zorb装置采用夹点技术,以总复合曲线为工具进行了分析,发现其装置用能既在数量上多消耗了公用工程,节能潜力为24%左右,同时,在总复合曲线上的"口袋"内还存在高能低用的问题。提出了两个优化方案:一个方案保留加热炉,副产中压蒸汽,实现了能量的梯级回收利用,其年净效益约1 044.2万元;另一个方案取消加热炉,节省燃料气,其年净效益约1 066.2万元。两个方案改造费用均较低,回收期短,可获得明显的节能效果和经济效益。 展开更多

Global sea level has today become widely understood merely in terms of glacial eustasy and thermal expansion. Although this is good in theory, it is not enough to explain observational facts in nature. We know that the 17th century was characterized by cold climate, Little Ice Age conditions, and low solar activity during the Maunder Grand Solar Minimum. In contrast, the 18th century was characterized by warm climate conditions and a Grand Solar Maximum (with the Polar front located north of Svalbard). In terms of glacial eustasy, one would expect to find a low sea level in the 17th century and a high sea level in the 18th century. This is not the case in the equatorial regions, however. In the Indian Ocean and the Pacific, there was a 60 - 70 cm higher sea level in the 17th century, and a sea level well below the present one in the 18th century. This can only be understood in terms of “rotational eustasy”. This is a novel concept, here for the first time addressed with respect to physical interpretation. It is shown that planetary beat affects Earth’s rate of rotation and that this leads to oscillations of the equatorial water bulge with amplitudes of up to ±70 cm. 展开更多

钱学森“山水城市”理念的提出,给予新时代背景下构建城市山水园林新的思考方向。基于空间句法,是对园林空间进行图形描述与数据的定量分析,通过对苏州拙政园的解析,结合对比昆明大观公园,探索建立完善的景观山水轴线,实现现代城市公园... 钱学森“山水城市”理念的提出,给予新时代背景下构建城市山水园林新的思考方向。基于空间句法,是对园林空间进行图形描述与数据的定量分析,通过对苏州拙政园的解析,结合对比昆明大观公园,探索建立完善的景观山水轴线,实现现代城市公园的传承与创新。依此建立空间拓扑关系、空间轴线、园内视域模型,计算其四个数值。研究结果表明:①拙政园穿行率:中园>西园>东园,大观公园造园规则式,近华浦处穿行率最高,其余相差不大;②拙政园的连接度大于大观公园,空间的渗透性较强;③在整合度的可视层中,大观公园山水格局空间营造道路宽、水域广,便捷度高于曲径通幽的拙政园;④拙政园的平均深度呈现散点式,而大观公园为中心发散式。 展开更多

以广西国有东门林场雷卡分场的3个连栽代次的尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)人工林为研究对象,以林分的林龄和林分密度作为输入变量,分别以林分的平均胸径和树高为输出变量,构建了6个2∶n∶1的BP人工神经网络模型。用林分... 以广西国有东门林场雷卡分场的3个连栽代次的尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)人工林为研究对象,以林分的林龄和林分密度作为输入变量,分别以林分的平均胸径和树高为输出变量,构建了6个2∶n∶1的BP人工神经网络模型。用林分前5 a的数据对网络进行训练,第6、7年数据进行测试,经过大量训练选取最优模型后,得出以2∶2∶1的结构训练的模型最优,林分平均胸径的3个BP网络模型平均预测精度分别为99.09%、98.35%和96.37%,平均树高的3个BP网络模型平均精度分别为96.22%、96.48%和96.6%。回归分析证明模型的拟合效果良好。模型可用来分析、模拟和预测相似条件下桉树人工林林分随林龄增长整个生长阶段的生长量变化情况。 展开更多

以琯溪蜜柚未授粉的自交果和授粉的杂交果果皮为材料,研究果实粒化过程中授粉处理对果皮细胞膜透性、膜脂过氧化作用等生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:随着果实成熟,自交果汁胞粒化指数和果皮相对电渗率逐渐上升,膜脂过氧化产物(MDA)逐渐... 以琯溪蜜柚未授粉的自交果和授粉的杂交果果皮为材料,研究果实粒化过程中授粉处理对果皮细胞膜透性、膜脂过氧化作用等生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:随着果实成熟,自交果汁胞粒化指数和果皮相对电渗率逐渐上升,膜脂过氧化产物(MDA)逐渐积累,同时保持在较高水平;过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较高;而还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量则较低.相反,杂交果的汁胞粒化指数随着果实成熟变化不大,在果实成熟粒化过程中,其果皮相对电渗率较低,维持较低的POD、CAT酶活性和MDA含量,保持较高的AsA和GSH含量.因此,授粉处理能减轻琯溪蜜柚果实汁胞粒化;较大的果皮相对电渗率、较高的果皮MDA含量与琯溪蜜柚汁胞粒化有关. 展开更多

研究了尾巨桉原料进行预水解硫酸盐法制浆过程中,预水解段对物料化学组分、水解液性质、水解液资源化利用及后续制浆的影响。研究结果表明:预水解段的温度和保温时间对原料水解后的化学组分及水解液的性质有较大影响。尾巨桉预水解较... 研究了尾巨桉原料进行预水解硫酸盐法制浆过程中,预水解段对物料化学组分、水解液性质、水解液资源化利用及后续制浆的影响。研究结果表明:预水解段的温度和保温时间对原料水解后的化学组分及水解液的性质有较大影响。尾巨桉预水解较为适宜的水解条件为温度165℃左右,保温时间60—90min,水解液中主要成分为木糖和低聚木糖。在采气速度15mL·min-1、糖浓度17.8g·L-1、温度180℃、硫酸浓度为0.25%的条件下制备糠醛,糠醛收率可达到71.89%。尾巨桉经过预水解,可以较大幅度降低后续制浆过程中蒸煮及漂白化学品的消耗。 展开更多
