Growth of Chinese Medicine in Iran: Past, Present, and Prospects

The international recognition of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has continuously increased,and that medical practice has gradually become incorporated into the medical systems of many nations.As an important country in the Belt and Road Initiative,Iran has enormous potential for cooperation with China in medical and health care.High-level officials of the two countries attach great importance to cooperation in both areas.Despite the recent rapid development of TCM in Iran,that medical practice still faces many problems;examples here are the lack of practitioners of TCM as well as the paucity of comprehensive cooperation among herbal medicine factories,publishing houses,traditional medicine colleges,and universities in the two countries.The present study collected and analyzed materials related to the practice of TCM in Iran;it made a deep examination of the current situation,problems,and development prospects regarding TCM in Iran with the aim of providing ideas and references to promote the international development of that form of medicine.Following an analysis of the development trends of TCM in Iran in recent years,it became evident that the prospects for TCM in that country are extensive,and the practice has excellent potential.

Historical Medical Exchanges Following the Confluence of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine:Coexistence and Mutual Development

This article examines the overall characteristics of historical medical exchanges between China and foreign countries,analyzing their contribution to the development of medicines in the world.It presents a summary of historical experiences of the development of medicines through mutual exchanges.It also provides an objective analysis of the effects of the eastward dissemination of Western medicine on traditional Chinese medicine.The history of their exchanges can be used as a mirror for each to learn from the other’s strengths to offset their own weakness,and achieve the coordinated and balanced development of both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Such balanced development would enable the world’s medicinal systems to thrive and protect the health of people worldwide.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is becoming much more international and widely accepted. More and more foreign students come to China's Mainland to study this great yet mysterious discipline. However, the current teaching methods are far from satisfaction. This paper analyzes some existing problems and contradictions present in the teaching practices and suggests some measures for improvement.

The Silk Road and Sources of Chinese Medicine Expansion: Part 1 – Materia Medica

The Silk Road stretched over land and across seas connecting Europe,Africa,and Asia.The trade of medicine along these routes has had profound impacts on the populations and traditions they have come into contact with.Chinese Medicine is no exception as it has taken numerous nonnative products and incorporated them into the unique philosophical construct of systematic correspondences that govern its practice.By looking at the four categories of primary source materials and studying the history of medical exchange along the Silk Road,we can determine how and where this information is used in Chinese Medicine.The Materia Medica(ben cao本草)texts are the first source of information for this study that will explore multiple sources to better understand the development of Chinese Medicine in relation to the rest of the world.

JSON-ASR:A lightweight data storage and exchange format for automatic systematic reviews of TCM

Objectives:The aim of this study was to investigate and develop a data storage and exchange format for the process of automatic systematic reviews(ASR)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:A lightweight and commonly used data format,namely,JavaScript Object Notation(JSON),was introduced in this study.We designed a fully described data structure to collect TCM clinical trial information based on the JSON syntax.Results:A smart and powerful data format,JSON-ASR,was developed.JSON-ASR uses a plain-text data format in the form of key/value pairs and consists of six sections and more than 80 preset pairs.JSON-ASR adopts extensible structured arrays to support the situations of multi-groups and multi-outcomes.Conclusion:JSON-ASR has the characteristics of light weight,flexibility,and good scalability,which is suitable for the complex data of clinical evidence.

An Analysis of Domestication and Foreignization from the Perspective of Originality in TCM Translation

Domestication and foreignization are two major translation methods, both of which should be adopted properly accordingto the specific TCM translation conditions. One thing that can't be ignored is that the essence of TCM translation is to retain theoriginal meaning and make it be received. This requires the translator to balance the use of domestication and foreignization intranslation. There are some examples in three situations of TCM translation respectively:clinical interpretation of TCM, TCM texttranslation and TCM terms translation.

中医药文化融入针灸的英文教学在涉外卓越班的实践探索

为了推动中医针灸在全球医学领域和国际社会的普及与传承,培育既精通专业技能又熟练掌握英语,并深植中医文化自信的高素质复合型人才变得至关重要。本文探讨了涉外针灸教学中文化元素关注不足的问题,并论述了中医药文化融入涉外针灸的英文教学的深远意义;笔者将中医药文化与英语的听、说、读、写及翻译五大能力相结合,形成了一种“五位一体”的综合教学模式,并将其应用于涉外针灸的研究生班和八年制卓越班,旨在全方位提高学生在针灸英语领域的专业能力和文化自信度,为涉外针灸人才的培养策略提供了有益的参考。

中医思维培养在针灸对外教育中的重要性

文章讨论了针灸对外教育中面临的主要问题,涉及教材的选定、课程的设置、对外教育师资的建设、临床实习的安排等方面,强调了中医思维培养与这些问题之间的相关性,并且指出了中医思维培养是较高层次的要求,也是保障针灸对外教育质量的根本。要想解决上述问题,就要真正从根本上重视培养海外学生的中医思维能力这一教学目标,而也只有以此为长远目标,才能提高其针灸临床诊疗水平,推动针灸对外教育的发展,提高国内院校和相关机构的教学口碑。

氯丙嗪联合利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的效果及对甲状腺功能的影响

目的:探讨氯丙嗪联合利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的效果及对甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选取2022年6月-2023年6月南通市第四人民医院收治的首发精神分裂症患者80例为研究对象,以随机摸球法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用氯丙嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用利培酮治疗。比较两组疗效、甲状腺激素[血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)]。结果:观察组疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。治疗前,两组T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平降低,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯丙嗪联合利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症效果较好,对甲状腺功能的影响较小,值得临床应用。

新外来中药辣木叶对虚热及虚寒证候模型生物学表达特征的影响

目的:研究辣木叶对虚热证、虚寒证小鼠生物学表达特征的影响。方法:昆明种雄性小鼠分为空白组、虚热模型组、虚热西洋参组、虚热辣木叶(高、中、低剂量)组、虚寒模型组、虚寒人参组、虚寒辣木叶(高、中、低剂量)组。分别采用灌胃甲状腺素片溶液、氢化可的松溶液制备虚热模型、虚寒模型。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组小鼠血清中环腺苷酸(cAMP)、环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、cAMP/cGMP、3,5,3′-三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_(3))、甲状腺素(T_(4))、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)指标的含量。结果:与虚热模型组比较,虚热西洋参组cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、T_(3)、T_(4)含量显著降低,IL-6、IL-1β显著下降;虚热辣木叶组cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、T_(3)、T_(4)含量显著降低,IL-6、IL-1β显著下降。与虚寒模型组比较,虚寒人参组cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、T_(3)、T_(4)含量显著升高;IL-6、IL-1β显著下降;虚寒辣木叶组cAMP、cAMP/cGMP含量无明显变化,T_(3)、T_(4)含量显著降低,IL-6、IL-1β显著下降。结论:研究发现辣木叶与西洋参作用相似,药性寒凉;与人参作用相反。在免疫因子水平上,辣木叶具有双向调节作用,可能受物质基础中不同活性成分的影响,对虚寒、虚热小鼠模型都有免疫调节作用。但结合环核苷酸代谢水平、激素水平考虑,其具备“偏寒”或“凉”的药性,符合药性理论分析辣木叶寒凉药性的结论。

中外合作办学临床医学专业预防医学特色课程改革探索——以重庆医科大学为例

为更好应对日益严峻和复杂的全球公共卫生问题,重庆医科大学对中外合作办学临床医学的预防医学课程进行课程改革探索。本文分析了中外合作办学临床医学教育教学项目概况,通过对比国内外临床医学课程评估标准,明确中外合作办学临床医学专业预防医学课程改革目标与方向,采取预防医学课程结构、课程内容调整等措施,对中外合作办学临床医学专业预防医学课程进行探索改革,形成重视协同培养、教学深度与广度相结合、理论与实践相结合、人文素养与思政培养等医学人才培养特色,就如何进一步提高中外合作办学临床医学的预防医学课程质量提出相关建议和对策。

中国援柬埔寨中医抗疫医疗队中医药传播效果评价研究

目的综合评价中国援柬埔寨中医抗疫医疗队中医药传播效果。方法应用国际传播“能力-效力型”效果评估框架,结合医疗队工作情况,从传播能力与传播效力两个维度综合评价医疗队中医药传播效果。传播能力维度,根据医疗队在柬埔寨工作一年的业务数据资料,评价医疗队中医药传播宏观表现。传播效力维度,根据国际传播效果评估理论,设计包含知识、态度、行为、满意度四个方面的传播效力调查问卷,面向柬埔寨当地民众发放,共发放问卷500份,有效回收388份,有效回收率77.6%。使用配对样本t检验分析医疗队在柬埔寨工作前后受众在中医药知识、态度、行为方面的变化。结合满意度评价,分析援外医疗队中医药传播微观效果。结果传播能力方面,中国援柬埔寨中医抗疫医疗队传播基础佳、传播渠道广、传播覆盖率高、受众粘性好。传播效力方面,受众对中医药的知识、态度、行为在医疗队工作前后均发生显著变化(P<0.01),满意度得分为4.227分。

文化“汇流”:华人艺术家周文中与中华文化对外传播途径研究

努力提高中华文化的国际影响力是目前及未来一段时间我国对外传播工作的重中之重。而要提高国际影响力就要打破世界文化舞台上的“西方中心主义”,为中华文化的对外交流与传播创造有利条件。在这个问题上,著名美籍华人作曲家周文中倡导并践行的东西方文化“汇流”理念具有重要的借鉴意义。首先,传统与现代的汇流推动东西融合、古今一体,促进传统文化创新性发展。其次,经验与情感的汇流可以增进认知,建立好感,营造顺畅、有利的传播环境。最后,本土与国际的汇流有助于培养重视艺术传统、具备国际视野、贯通中西的艺术接班人。据此,以周文中为代表的华人艺术家借助中西方在“知识上”和“情感上”的共通之处,破除了“西方中心主义”并为中华文化更好地“走出去”创造了条件。其有益经验为不同文明交流互鉴、共同发展及当代中华文化对外传播提供了借鉴。

中国对外医疗援助研究可视化分析

目的:梳理近40年来对外医疗援助的研究主体、研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势等,为后续研究提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang)、维普数据库(CQVIP)自建库至2023年12月收录的关于对外医疗援助研究的所有文献。采用NoteExpressV3.6、CiteSpace6.1.R2、Alluvial Generator等软件进行特征分析。结果:经筛选,共纳入580篇文献,年发文量及年累计发文量总体呈上升趋势;作者合作网络图谱共纳入599位,核心作者140名;关键词聚类等显示对外医疗援助研究热点主要集中在国际合作、卫生健康、心理健康等方面。结论:通过可视化知识图谱分析可直观了解1980年以来关于对外医疗援助研究的阶段性发展过程、发展现状以及当前发展趋势;研究聚焦国际关系和援外人员两个方面的细化研究,仍需要进一步提高其多元性和有效性。

以问题为导向结合师生互换教学法在中医内科学分证论治教学中的应用

目的:探讨以问题为导向结合师生互换教学法对中医内科学分证论治教学效果的影响。方法:选择北京中医药大学2016级针灸康复专业的两个本科班为研究对象,选择“腹痛”和“肺胀”两个章节的分证论治部分进行教学。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用以问题为导向教学法和师生互换教学法相结合的教学方法。通过病例分析题目考试的方式,评估教学效果的差异。结果:试验组学生的优良率高于对照组学生(P<0.05);试验组学生考试成绩平均分数优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论:以问题为导向结合师生互换教学法在中医内科学分证论治部分的教学中能取得较好的效果。

基于SWOT分析的中医援外医疗队海外推广中医药策略研究——以中国援柬埔寨中医抗疫医疗队为例

中医药是我国独特的卫生资源、经济资源和科技资源,近年来中医药国际传播范围逐步扩大,影响力不断提升,首支中国援外中医医疗队派出为中医药海外推广提供了新路径。本文应用SWOT法,分析得出中医援外医疗队海外推广中医药具有推广力度强、范围广、程度深、效果佳的优势,存在派出与管理机制尚不健全、组建与海外工作难度高、中医器材、药品运输、出口挑战大的劣势。在国家层面高度重视中医药“走出去”、中医药国际认可度提高海外需求提高、全球疫情形势发生转变的机遇下,还需应对文化障碍、法律障碍、全球传统医学替代性竞争加剧的挑战。在中医援外医疗队海外推广中医药方面提出尽快形成中医援外医疗队常态化建制、高位推动形成中医药海外推广合力、优化中医药出口环境、加强海内外人才培养的建议。
