Taking Comprehensive Practice Activities as the Carrier to Improve College English Teaching Efficiency

The so-called comprehensive practice activities refer to that under teachers＇ guidance, students conduct independent comprehensive learning activities, and in activities, students can train practice ability, organically combining theory knowledge and practice knowledge together, in order to have a learning and practice effect. In current college English teaching, it exists module, single and dogmatic and a series of disadvantage trends, taking comprehensive practice activities as the carrier to improve college English teaching efficiency, which has a multiplier effect. This paper first analyzes the importance of comprehensive practical activities in college English teaching activities, and then it proposes a set of practicable activity strategies, hoping to play a valuable role.

On the Essence of Translating Activities——from the Perspective of Marxism's Practice Viewpoint

What is the essence of translating activities?Up to now,many scholars or translators have conducted this study.This thesis aims to study the essence of translating activities from a new perspective—Marxism’s Practice Viewpoint.Translating is a kind of language activity of reproduction,using another language to retell the content of the original accurately and completely.The author also makes his comments on the debate as to whether translating is a science or an art.The conclusion is that translating is neither an art nor a science.It is an activity marked by artistic creativity and scientific creativity,a scientific and artistic unity.

Changes in brain activation in stroke patients after mental practice and physical exercise: a functional MRI study

Mental practice is a new rehabilitation method that reters to the mental rehearsal ot motor imagery content with the goal of improving motor performance. However, the relationship between activated regions and motor recovery after mental practice training is not well understood. In this study, 15 patients who suffered a firstever subcortical stroke with neurological deficits affecting the right hand, but no significant cognitive impairment were recruited. 10 patients underwent mental practice combined with physical practice training, and 5 patients only underwent physical practice training. We observed brain activation regions after 4 weeks of training, and explored the correlation of activation changes with functional recovery of the affected hands. The results showed that, after 4 weeks of mental practice combined with physical training, the Fugl-Meyer assessment score for the affected right hand was significantly increased than that after 4 weeks of practice training alone. Functional MRI showed enhanced activation in the left primary somatosensory cortex, attenuated activation intensity in the right primary motor cortex, and enhanced right cerebellar activation observed during the motor imagery task using the affected right hand after mental practice training. The changes in brain cortical activity were related to functional recovery of the hand. Experimental findings indicate that cortical and cerebellar functional reorganization following mental practice contributed to the improvement of hand function.

Changes in Soil Microbial Activity and Community Composition as a Result of Selected Agricultural Practices

For a constantly growing human population, healthy and productive soil is critical for sustainable delivery of agricultural products. The soil microorganisms play a crucial role in soil structure and functioning. They are responsible for soil formation, ecosystem biogeochemistry, cycling of nutrients and degradation of plant residues and xenobiotics. Certain agricultural treatments, such as fertilizers and pesticides applications, crop rotation, or soil amendment addition, influence the composition, abundance and function of bacteria and fungi in the soil ecosystems. Some of these practices have rather negative effects;others can help soil microorganisms by creating a friendlier habitat or providing nutrients. The changes in microbial community structure cannot be fully captured with traditional methods that are limited only to culturable organisms, which represent less than 1% of the whole population. The use of new molecular techniques such as metagenomics offers the possibility to better understand how agriculture affects soil microbiota. Therefore, the main goal of this review is to discuss how common farming practices influence microbial activity in the soil, with a special focus on pesticides, fertilizers, heavy metals and crop rotation. Furthermore, potential practices to mitigate the negative effects of some treatments are suggested and treatments that can beneficially influence soil microbiota are pointed out. Finally, application of metagenomics technique in agriculture and perspectives of developing efficient molecular tools in order to assess soil condition in the context of microbial activities are underlined.

活动理论视角下短视频博主健康科普信息实践的行动路径

短视频平台的蓬勃发展为科学技术普及带来了新的机遇与挑战。文章旨在探究健康科普情境下短视频博主产生的信息实践,识别其行动路径,并针对科普困境提出针对性策略。以利用短视频平台上开展健康科普活动且具有医学专业背景的内容创作者为研究对象,通过半结构化访谈获悉其心理活动和行为数据,并爬取受访者科普视频及用户交互数据,然后引入活动理论,分析短视频博主健康科普信息实践的行动路径。文章明晰健康科普信息实践过程中涉及的核心要素;梳理短视频博主完整的健康科普过程,将其自上而下解析为“活动—行动—操作”不断具象化的三个层级行为,与动机、目标和条件分别对应;基于此,借鉴系统—结构活动理论,将系统内相邻的三个要素进行组合,形成内容生产系统、叙事共享系统、行动规范系统和外部协作系统四个子系统,并重视多主体的参与作用,对子系统中所涉及的行动路径进行系统解析。基于受访者感知的科普困境,从政府相关卫生部门、互联网平台及图书馆、医院、高校等机构的角度提出切实可行的应对策略,为多元主体协作开展有效的健康科普信息实践提供路径参考。

脑血管造影术后使用股动脉压迫止血器患者早期活动的循证实践

目的基于最佳证据制定脑血管造影术后使用股动脉压迫止血器患者早期活动的循证实践方案,规范临床应用并评价其效果,以提高患者舒适度。方法将最佳证据制定成临床实践的审查指标应用于脑血管造影术后患者,对照组和观察组各48例患者进行审查,观察比较对照组和观察组患者的舒适度、腰背部疼痛率及术后并发症发生情况。结果证据应用后观察组患者舒适度评分高于对照组,患者腰背部疼痛评分低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组的术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于证据制定的脑血管造影术后使用股动脉压迫止血器患者早期活动的循证实践方案可提高护士的循证能力,规范临床工作流程,有效提高患者舒适度,减轻了患者腰酸背痛。

超声科住院医师规范化培训教学活动设置及实践

基于KAP理论的大学生网络安全教育研究

为改善大学生网络安全教育现状,提高大学生网络安全教育水平,结合知识-态度-行为(KAP)理论,构建大学生安全教育KAP模型;通过问卷发放和筛选,获取659份有效问卷;采用结构方程模型(SEM)检验网络安全教育对网络安全认知、网络安全态度、网络安全行为的影响,以及可能存在的中介作用影响路径。结果表明:网络安全教育显著影响网络安全认知、网络安全态度、网络安全行为,其中,网络安全认知、网络安全态度起到独立中介及链式中介作用;法律道德教育、知识教育、实践活动、榜样引领均能直接影响网络安全行为,其中,法律道德教育对网络安全行为的影响最强,知识教育次之,实践活动和榜样引领最弱。在具体作用路径方面,法律道德教育主要通过直接效应来影响网络安全行为,知识教育、实践活动、榜样引领主要通过安全认知间接影响网络安全行为。

“双一流”畜牧学科大学生新时代“三下乡”社会实践教学改革

大学生“三下乡”以青春之力助力乡村实践是中国当代农业高校大学生专业素质培养和育人教育与时俱进的重要载体。在乡村振兴大背景下,农业高校在校大学生是乡村发展过程中重要的劳动参与者与知识传递者。本文以东北农业大学“双一流”建设畜牧学科大学生“三下乡”助农实践小队实践过程为例,对实践过程中出现的问题进行总结和剖析、寻找解决方案。以“实践内容创新、实践总结全面、实践分析透彻、实践意义重大”为实践理念,充分发挥社会实践的作用。通过以小见大,以点引面,总结当前“三下乡”活动中的创新和不足,提高“三下乡”社会实践的可行性与创新性,为今后的大学生乡村振兴“三下乡”社会实践提供经验,更好地服务乡村发展,培养肩负重任的社会人才。

OBE理念视域下公益活动实践课程教学提质增效的探索性因子分析

K大学采矿工程专业的公益活动实践课程通过观察不同年级的两组大学生在公益行为发生前后的个体参与态度及行为倾向、认知获得两个方面的变化情况,探讨如何提高课程的参与主动性和教学实效性。从OBE教育理念的视角出发,采用相关性分析和探索性因子分析,得出个体认知获得与参与态度及行为存在正向相关关系,得到个体参与态度与行为倾向的公共因子“参与倾向”和个体认知的公共因子“认知获得”,代替观测个体实际参与行为和需要第三方评价的原有课程评价体系,作为特征因子参与课程教学提质增效的研究,并建立综合评价模型用于量化分析。

主动循环呼吸训练联合讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持模式护理对肺癌术后患者心理状态及心肺功能的影响

目的探讨主动循环呼吸训练(ACBT)联合讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持模式(ESPCS)护理对肺癌术后患者心理状态及心肺功能的影响。方法将2017年9月—2020年9月接受常规护理干预的80例肺癌术后患者设为对照组,将2020年10月—2023年9月接受ACBT联合ESPCS护理的80例肺癌术后患者设为联合组,2组患者均持续干预2个月。比较2组患者心理状态、心脏功能指标、肺功能指标、生活质量以及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,联合组心理状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,联合组左室射血分数(LVEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)与FVC比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)、肺活量(VC)、每分钟最大通气量(MMV)、生活质量和6 min步行试验(6MWT)结果高于对照组,二尖瓣口舒张期早期和收缩早期最大血流速度比值(E/A)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、呼吸频率和Borg量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率为8.75%,低于对照组的21.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACBT联合ESPCS护理可以改善肺癌术后患者心理状态,提高心肺功能和生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
