Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)and their heterostructures(HSs)exhibit unique optical properties and show great promise for developing next-generation optoelectronics.However,the photo-lumines...Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)and their heterostructures(HSs)exhibit unique optical properties and show great promise for developing next-generation optoelectronics.However,the photo-luminescence(PL)quantum yield of monolayer(1L)TMDs is still quite low at room temperature,which severely lim-its their practical applications.Here we report a PL enhancement effect of 1L WS_(2) at room temperature when con-structing it into 1L-WS_(2)/hBN/1L-MoS_(2) vertical HSs.The PL enhancement factors(EFs)can be up to 4.2.By using transient absorption(TA)spectroscopy,we demonstrate that the PL enhancement effect is due to energy transfer from 1L MoS_(2) to 1L WS_(2).The energy transfer process occurs on a picosecond timescale and lasts more than one hundred picoseconds which indicates a prominent contribution from exciton-exciton annihilation.Furthermore,the PL en-hancement effect of 1L WS_(2) can be observed in 2L-MoS_(2)/hBN/1L-WS_(2) and 3L-MoS_(2)/hBN/1L-WS_(2) HSs.Our study provides a comprehensive understanding of the energy transfer process in the PL enhancement of 2D TMDs and a fea-sible way to optimize the performance of TMD-based optoelectronic devices.展开更多

Upon reconstitution of this preparation with the membrane lipids purified from spinach thylakoid, the effects of different membrane lipids on the electron transfer activity were studied. The results show that the electron transfer activity of Cyt b 6f is obviously stimulated to different extents, respectively, by monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG), digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG), phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylglycerol (PG) and sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SQDG), and that the extents of stimulation may be closely related to the charge of the membrane lipids. The stimulation of non_charged lipids (MGDG, DGDG) and neutrally_charged lipid (PC) was high with a maximum enhancement of 89%, 75% and 77%, respectively; but the stimulation of two kinds of negatively_charged lipid (PG and SQDG) was relatively low with a maximum enhancement of 43% and 26%, respectively.展开更多
The potential energy surface and reaction mechanism corresponding to the reaction of ytterbium monocation with fluoromethane, which represents a prototype of the activation of C-F bond in fluorohydrocarbons by bare la...The potential energy surface and reaction mechanism corresponding to the reaction of ytterbium monocation with fluoromethane, which represents a prototype of the activation of C-F bond in fluorohydrocarbons by bare lanthanide cations, have been investigated for the first time by using density functional theory. A direct fluorine abstraction mechanism was revealed, and the related thermochemistry data were determined. The electron-transfer reactivity of the reaction was analyzed using the two-state model, and a strongly avoided crossing behavior on the transition state region was shown. The present results support the reaction mechanism inferred from early experimental data and the related thermochemistry data can provide a guide for further experimental researches.展开更多

Th...In the present work, we numerically study the laminar natural convection of a nanofluid confined in a square cavity. The vertical walls are assumed to be insulated, non-conducting, and impermeable to mass transfer. The horizontal walls are differentially heated, and the low is maintained at hot condition (sinusoidal) when the high one is cold. The objective of this work is to develop a new height accurate method for solving heat transfer equations. The new method is a Fourth Order Compact (F.O.C). This work aims to show the interest of the method and understand the effect of the presence of nanofluids in closed square systems on the natural convection mechanism. The numerical simulations are performed for Prandtl number ( ), the Rayleigh numbers varying between and for different volume fractions varies between 0% and 10% for the nanofluid (water + Cu).展开更多

传统的F类和逆F类功率放大器的带宽不宽,且对于功放输出信号的谐波控制比较严格。在连续类功放理论的基础上,设计了一款在工作带宽内连续F类和连续逆F类模式转换的功率放大器。设计的功放采用了Cree公司的CGH40010F GaN HEMT晶体管。通...传统的F类和逆F类功率放大器的带宽不宽,且对于功放输出信号的谐波控制比较严格。在连续类功放理论的基础上,设计了一款在工作带宽内连续F类和连续逆F类模式转换的功率放大器。设计的功放采用了Cree公司的CGH40010F GaN HEMT晶体管。通过调整功放管输出端的谐波控制网络,控制谐波阻抗在Smith圆图中位置分布,从而在带宽内同时实现连续F类和连续逆F类的工作模式。制作了测试板,结果表明在2.4~4.2 GHz的带宽内,增益在11 dB以上,漏极效率为55%~82%,输出功率在39.5~41.9 dBm。采用了10 MHz的LTE单载波信号进行功放的数字预失真测试,功放的输出ACPR改善了6 dB以上。展开更多
