Research on Benefit Distribution Mechanism of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative Economic Organization

On the basis of conducting survey in Jiaonan City,the thesis analyzes benefit distribution mechanism of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations:firstly,the benefit correlation is mainly the contract correlation;secondly,the profit distribution is mainly the dividend;thirdly,patronage refund has many connotations;fourthly,the public accumulation has not yet been quantified to individual;fifthly,the government support capital is ill-defined.Based on these,the measures are put forward in order to improve benefit distribution pattern of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations:firstly,reform structure of property rights and realize farmers’ ownership;secondly,change mode of decision-making,and realize farmers’ control;thirdly,increase turnover rebate and realize farmers’ benefiting;fourthly,quantify public accumulation and government support fund.

Comparative Analysis on Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives from the Perspective of Agricultural Industry Chain

Taking three typical farmers' specialized cooperatives in Jingyuan County of Gansu Province as example,this paper compared with the operating mode of three cooperatives and their position in the agricultural industry chain,and analyzed operating characteristics,problems,and similarities of three cooperatives and their functions in the agricultural industry chain.The study indicated that the farmers' specialized cooperatives can accurately find their position in the agricultural industry chain.This is helpful for raising their comprehensive competitiveness and it is very important to manage the survival and development of farmers' specialized cooperatives,which is of utmost importance to their effective operation.According to this study,the government should strengthen its support,speed up the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,while farmers' specialized cooperatives should grasp the operating characteristics,locate themselves and integrate multi-resources.These are effective measures for promoting healthy operation of farmers' specialized cooperatives.

Recommendations for Optimizing Internal Management Mechanism of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

Based on the survey of 38 farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hubei Province,this paper analyzed existing problems in internal management mechanism of cooperatives,including widespread problem of centralized control,imperfect supervision mechanism,lack of effective incentive mechanism,insufficient specialized personnel,and limited participation of cooperative members in management. It elaborated causes for these problems from the perspective of practice. Finally,it came up with recommendations for optimizing farmers' specialized cooperatives: building democratic decision making mechanism with coordination of cooperative members and able personnel,establishing supervision mechanism suitable for self demands,improving internal incentive mechanism,establishing talent introduction and cultivation mechanism in proper time,and strengthening internal member management of cooperatives.

Resource Dependence Relationship between Grass-roots Government and Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

Based on theories of resource dependence and government functions,this paper analyzed benefit interaction between grass-roots government and farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hubei Province. It was intended to make clear the path dependence relationship between grassroots government and farmers' specialized cooperatives and find out problems in between. Besides,from the perspective of grass-roots government and farmers' specialized cooperatives,it came up with corresponding recommendations,to promote constant improvement of farmers' specialized cooperatives,and help them to become key forces of leading farmers to get rich,pull agricultural economic development,and promote new socialist countryside construction.

Analysis on Governance Structure of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives in Sichuan Province

In this paper, 87 farmers' specialized cooperatives in Sichuan Province were investigated firstly, and then their governance structure was analyzed from the aspects of authority, decision-making mechanism, supervision mechanism and executive body based on the corporative governance structure in narrowest sense, finally corresponding policy suggestions for improving the governance structure of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Sichuan Province were put forward. It is concluded that human control is serious within farmers' specialized cooperatives; inner supervision is effective; council has great effects on governance structure; the cooperatives give limited incentive to managers.

Development and Economic Effect of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

The paper introduces the present development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in China, points out that although the cooperatives in China develop rapidly, they are generally small and their advantages cannot be given into full play, and then analyzes the development achievements of the cooperatives, for example, they have realized scale benefits, their management system tends to more mature, the economic value of their brands is improved and they have created great economic benefits. The paper also points out the stable development path for the cooperatives, that is, the cooperatives should cooperate with local villages, and take a path of combined village and cooperative development so that the cooperative members can get a stable income; the cooperatives can also cooperate with local leading enterprises, which can help the cooperatives to manage, sell and form their products brands, thus the cooperatives can get loans easily to solve the capital bottleneck of cooperative development and improve the members' incomes.

Current Development Situations and Countermeasures for Tobacco Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives in Hunan Province

This paper firstly introduces development history of China's farmers' specialized cooperatives and connotation and mechanism of tobacco farmers' specialized cooperatives. Then, it analyzes current development situations of tobacco farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hunan Province. On the basis of analysis, it puts forward development countermeasures, including realizing circulation of tobacco land, strengthening propaganda of laws on tobacco farmers' specialized cooperatives, increasing operation effect of tobacco farmers' specialized cooperatives, enhancing guidance and supervision of tobacco farmers' specialized cooperatives, as well as improving specialized service level.

Evaluation of Governance Structure of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

In this paper,from the authority,decision-making body,supervisory body and implementing body,we analyze the governance structure evaluation indicators of farmers' specialized cooperatives,using objective and subjective combination weighting approach.And we draw the following conclusions:the rate of return of profits for membership,frequency of council convened and the number of members of board of supervisors have a great impact on the governance structure of cooperatives; the insider control phenomenon in cooperatives is more serious and the level of incentives is limited.Finally we put forward corresponding policy recommendations.

International Experience of Farmers Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations in Marketing of Agricultural Products

In the world,development modes of farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations mainly includes two types:( i) specialized agricultural cooperatives with the United States of America as representative,and( ii) comprehensive agricultural cooperatives with Japan and South Korea as representative. In comparison,China mainly develops farmers specialized cooperatives which are agricultural production with family as unit and small in land and management scale like agricultural production in Japan. Therefore,in marketing of agricultural products,cooperatives in the United States of America and Japan have successful experience. China may learn such experience in the development of farmers specialized cooperatives.

The Function,Future and Support Elements of Farmer Cooperative Economy Organization

The nature of farmer cooperative economy organization( known as FCEO) determines the fact that the economic effects of farmer cooperative economy organization are as important as its social effects. Many experts,however,now would only focus on its economic function, and either neglect or weaken its social influence. Therefore,this paper introduces the theoretical foundation of the farmer cooperative economy organization,and studies the nature of cooperative economics. Based on those typical cases,the future of cooperative organization and four supporting elements were put forward in this paper.

Study on the Influence of Farmer Social Capital on Cooperative Supply Willingness of Agricultural Disaster Reduction Public Goods——Based on the Investigation on 515 Farmers

Based on social capital theory,related factors of three dimensions( structure dimension,cognition dimension and relation dimension) of farmer social capital are taken as independent variables,and famer's willingness to cooperatively supply agricultural disaster reduction public goods is taken as dependent variable. Taking 515 farmers in 27 villages of Hubei Province as investigation objects,the influence of farmer social capital on cooperative supply willingness of agricultural disaster reduction public goods is explored by Logistic regression model. Research results show that social solidarity,common value concept,social trust and reciprocal content have positive impact on farmer's willingness of cooperative supply,while annual household income,number of agricultural disaster reduction public goods and social network have negative impact on farmer's willingness of cooperative supply.

Financial Management in New Types of Agricultural Businesses——A Case Study of Farmer's Cooperatives in Weixian County

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC),with the help of state policies,the new types of agricultural businesses have been flourishing. As one of the important forces of new types of agricultural businesses,the farmer's specialized cooperatives grow up rapidly in the development of the rural economy because of their characteristics which are consistent with the current rural economy. financial management is the core of the operation of farmer cooperatives,which directly affects the long-term sustainable development of cooperatives. Through the survey and analysis of the financial management of many farmers' cooperatives in Wei County,Hebei Province,this paper puts forward the deficiencies in the existing financial management of cooperatives. It also brings some reasonable suggestions to regulate and improve the financial management of cooperatives,in order to enhance the market competitiveness of farmers' cooperatives and realize better sustainable development of farmers' cooperatives.

A Brief Analysis of Development of Tibetan Farmers＇ and Herdsmen＇s Economic Cooperatives--A Case Study of Nagqu Area

Through on-the-spot survey and research on the actual situation of agricultural cooperatives and the conditions of production and living of farmers and herdsmen in Nagqu,Tibet,going through a lot of literature,this paper studies and analyzes the development of local cooperative organizations of farmers and herdsmen,understands the actual benefits of cooperative organizations to farmers and herdsmen,aims to increase the income of farmers and herdsmen,and thus puts forward the main problems and measures on agricultural cooperatives in Nagqu area,in order to offer some suggestions for farmers and herdsmen to get rid of poverty through the conclusion of the study.

基于组件式GIS的农民专业合作社管理系统研究

针对目前农民专业合作社组织、管理工作中存在的问题,结合组件式GIS的技术特点,以SuperMap Objects 5.2和Visual Basic 6.0为平台,设计开发了农民专业合作社管理系统。同时,以宁阳县乡饮乡为例对系统的技术流程与方法进行了实证分析。

基于GIS的陕西省苹果专业合作社空间格局分析

为了明晰苹果专业合作社的空间位置和空间关系特征,给苹果产业格局的刻画和优势区域布局的调整提供新的视角和科学参考,基于GIS平台,结合CrimeStat、SPSS软件,综合运用空间分析和数理统计方法,探究陕西省苹果专业合作社的空间格局特征。结果表明:(1)苹果专业合作社的空间集聚显著,在区域、市域和县域的分布都不平衡,且存在尺度效应。随着空间尺度下降,其分布不均的现象加剧。(2)苹果专业合作社在渭河以北形成了4个面积不等、密度有差异、形状也不同的集聚区,其分布格局从侧面显示出全省苹果产业"北扩西进"战略的顺利实施。(3)苹果专业合作社的分布在全局上具有显著的空间自相关特征,在局域上存在空间集聚和空间异常现象。高值团聚在渭北旱塬与陕北黄土高原的过渡地带;低值聚簇区主要集中连片分布在秦巴山区;低-高异常值仅有1个。(4)苹果专业合作社与果业专业合作社分布的模式、主导方向和平均中心一致性明显,但前者的分布更为聚集,热点区大多地处渭北黄土高原;后者的热点区主要位于渭河沿线。(5)苹果专业合作社与苹果产量的空间格局整体上相似,两者的分布在不同尺度都具有强相关性,反映出区域苹果生产经营组织化程度与规模化水平之间的紧密关系。

基于JSP的农民专业合作社农产品信息系统设计与实现

近几年,农民专业合作社迅猛发展。为了整合农民专业合作社信息资源,促进农民专业合作社又好又快发展,研究开发了基于JSP技术的农民专业合作社农产品信息系统。系统由前台界面展示和后台数据管理两部分组成,实现了用户权限设置、农产品基础数据管理、合作社数据库表检索及管理、系统动态配置等功能。其中,合作社数据库表采用一级、二级分类结构设计。

南疆S县合作社经营模式对农户减贫成效的差异分析

合作社可以通过创新经营模式促进农业经营增收,是农户实现益贫和减贫的重要途径。基于南疆S县3家合作社成功案例,采用比较分析法,探究了“基层组织+合作社”“农村能人+合作社”“龙头企业+合作社”不同模式的减贫成效。结果表明:“基层组织+合作社”模式政府扶持力度大,产业转型快,在产前、产中、产后环节覆盖最为全面,服务功能和组织化程度最为完善,减贫效果最好;“农村能人+合作社”模式经营规模较少,服务功能辐射范围较小,减贫成效较低;“龙头企业+合作社”模式可最大程度地解决产品销售问题,生产规模相对较大,减贫成效较好,但技术服务和农机组织化程度较弱。提出合作社经营模式的选择要注重完善服务功能和组织化程度,充分发挥不同模式的优势,因地制宜发展合作社产业的对策建议。

昌吉市农民专业合作社运营绩效影响因素研究——基于二元Logistic回归模型

近年来,昌吉市始终坚持深入贯彻和落实《农民专业合作社法》,在抓好农民专业合作社的组建和规范的基础上,不断发展和创新农业与企业间利益联结的体制机制,积极推进农业产业化经营。以增加农牧民收入为最终目标,不断提高农民的组织化程度,充分发挥农民专业合作经济组织促进农民收入增长的作用,稳定农户收入。通过对全市700多家合作社中的188家运营情况进行调查摸底,着重分析农民专业合作社运营的现状及影响农民专业合作社运营绩效的各种因素,主要有合作社管理者平均受教育程度、盈余返还率、基地建设投入、社员收入等。并提出加大扶持力度、注重人才培养、规范财务管理制度等建议,为昌吉市农民专业合作社的持续、健康发展奠定基础。

农民专业合作社的规范与发展——“鱼与熊掌”能否兼得?

农民专业合作社的规范与发展能否兼得?何以兼得?这对审视当下中国合作社发展路径具有重大意义。本研究基于安徽省423家国家级示范社监测数据,探讨了规范治理对经营绩效的影响,分析了何种权利安排能够实现合作社兼顾规范与发展。研究发现:第一,规范治理对合作社经营绩效具有显著正向影响,且对组织绩效的增进效应强于对社员绩效的增进效应。第二,盈余分配和民主决策规范对合作社经营绩效的影响具有异质性,相对于民主决策规范,盈余分配规范是提高合作社经营绩效的主要路径。第三,调整合作社权利安排、实现剩余控制权与索取权有效匹配,是实现合作社规范与发展兼得的关键路径,而调整决策方式、设置优先股等是实现“两权”有效匹配的可行路径。本文对重塑合作社治理机制,探寻中国合作社发展路径具有启示和借鉴意义。

中国农民专业合作社可持续经营能力:时代内涵、实证测算与时空演变

农民专业合作社作为现代农业经营体系中的核心组织形态,其可持续经营能力对于维系农业生产的长远稳健与提升市场竞争力具有重要意义。立足于农民专业合作社可持续经营能力的时代内涵,构建一套科学、全面、多维度的农民专业合作社可持续经营能力评价指标体系后,实证测算了2017—2022年全国范围内27个省(区、市)农民专业合作社可持续经营能力水平,并借助莫兰指数(Moran′s I)分析其空间相关性,深入剖析了全国27个省(区、市)农民专业合作社可持续经营能力水平的动态演变情况与区域间差异。研究发现:我国27个省(区、市)农民专业合作社的可持续经营能力整体呈显著的上升趋势,其中市场运营能力和服务社会能力增长最为明显;农民专业合作社可持续经营能力存在显著的区域差异性,中部地区增长幅度最大,中部和西部地区表现优于东部和东北地区;地理位置相近的省(区、市)农民专业合作社可持续经营能力呈现出一定的空间聚集特性,并且具有显著空间依赖性。受新冠疫情影响,2020—2022年间农民专业合作社可持续经营能力呈下降趋势,2017—2022年莫兰指数整体呈倒“U”型趋势。建议采取创新农民专业合作社可持续经营模式、推动农民专业合作社区域协调发展以及发挥农民专业合作社空间聚集效应等措施,进一步强化我国农民专业合作社可持续经营能力。
