为了提升Fe-Si-Al软磁粉芯的抗饱和性能,解决高频下产生较大的磁损耗等问题,本研究利用Al3+水解法制备了氧化铝包覆小粒径Fe-Si-Al粉末制备软磁粉芯工艺,探究了铝源液中氧化铝含量和成型压强对软磁粉芯高频磁性能的影响。运用扫描电子... 为了提升Fe-Si-Al软磁粉芯的抗饱和性能,解决高频下产生较大的磁损耗等问题,本研究利用Al3+水解法制备了氧化铝包覆小粒径Fe-Si-Al粉末制备软磁粉芯工艺,探究了铝源液中氧化铝含量和成型压强对软磁粉芯高频磁性能的影响。运用扫描电子显微镜对经不同氧化铝含量的铝源液水解物包覆处理的Fe-Si-Al粉末表面形貌进行了表征,借助傅里叶红外光谱仪对包覆层成分进行分析。结果表明随着氧化铝含量增加,由包覆层引起的结构退磁场逐渐增大,软磁粉芯的有效磁导率减小,抗磁饱和性能改善;成型压强主要通过影响粉芯内部的气隙率和包覆层的质量来影响粉芯磁性能,压强越大,气隙率越小,有效磁导率越大,但压强过大会破坏粉末表面包覆层,恶化磁性能。经测定氧化铝含量为2.0 wt%、成型压强为1 860 MPa时获得的软磁粉芯的有效磁导率约为60;外加直流磁场强为8 000 A/m时,粉芯的有效磁导率百分比(%μe)高达63.84%;200 kHz/50 mT条件下磁损耗为235.7 mW/cm^(3)。 展开更多

The friction and wear behavior of Fe Al intermetallics based coating produced by high velocity arc spraying technique under dry sliding at room temperature were investigated using a ball on disc tribotester. The effect of sliding speed on friction coefficient and wear of the coating was studied. The worn surface of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) to explore sliding friction and wear mechanism. The results show that the variations of friction coefficient can be divided into three distinct steps during the trail. Both the friction coefficient and the wear of the coating increase with increased sliding speed due to accelerated crack propagation rate and lamellar structure with poor ductility of the coating. The coating surface is subjected to alternately tensile stress and compression stress during sliding wear process, and the predominant wear mechanism of the coatings appears to be brittle fracture and delamination. 展开更多

Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were sprayed on low steel by high velocity arc spraying(HVAS) technology. The influences of oxides on erosion, corrosion and wear behavior for high velocity arc sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were studied. The results show that HVAS-sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings have good erosion, heat corrosion and wear resistance. The erosion resistance improves with the increase of the temperature. On one hand, the ferrous oxides are incompact, so they peel off the surface of the coatings easily during the high temperature erosion. On the other hand, compact Al2O3 films on the surface can protect the coatings. 展开更多

The microstructure of a composite coating system, which was composed of an inner layer of Fe-Cr-Al and an outer layer of aluminum, was studied after it was respectively oxidized and sulfurdized at elevated temperatures. Apart from the Al2O3 scale formed on the surface, the microstructure of the composite coatings exposed at 900℃ in air for 4h was a three-layer structure. The first layer consisted of a solid solution of Cr and Fe in α aluminum and an intermetallic compound FeAl3 while the second layer was a single phase of the aluminide and the third layer still remained the same appearance as the original Fe-Cr-Al coating. The microstructural observation of the specimen tested at 850-900℃ at low oxygen pressure and high sulfur pressure for 576h revealed that the surface coatings of the specimen had transformed into a duplex structure containing an outer layer and a thicker aluminide layer beneath. X-ray diffraction results showed that the out layer was composed of Al2S3 and Al2O3 and that AlCrFee was the main phase composition of the aluminide layer, with a few of Al2S3 and Al2O3 accompanied. 展开更多

In this technique, both positive and negative poles of a pulse power were used as the depositing electrodes with the substrate alloy as an induction electrode. Fe-Cr and Fe-Cr-Y2O3 micro-crystalline coatings were deposited on stain-less steel (Fe-18Cr-8Ni) surfaces. Oxidation at 950℃ in ambient air showed that the coatings greatly improved the oxidation resistance of the steel. The addition of dis-persed Y2O3 nano-particles into the alloy coatings was found to further reduce the scaling rate and enhance the adhesion of oxide scales. 展开更多

The results demonstrate that the kinetics curve of oxidation approximately follows the logarithmic law. The composition of the oxidized coating surface mainly is composed of A12O3, Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and FeO which distribute unevenly. The coating propert... Fe-Al/Cr3C2 composite coatings were manufactured using high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) technology. The high temperature erosion, wear and corrosion resistance of the coatings were investigated. The coating properties such as bonding strength, porosity, hardness as well as microstructures were characterized. The results show that the coatings have relatively high heat tremble bond strength, hardness, and typical layer-shaped coatings' microstructures. With the rise of temperature, the coating erosion resistance increases too; the impingement angel does effects on erosion properties, and the erosion mechanism changes from ductile to brittle behaviors at 450℃. The coatings have good room temperature wear resistance and relatively good high temperature resistance. The wear mechanism of the coatings is peeling wear behavior. The coatings have excellent high temperature corrosion resistance because of the produce of oxides during corrosion. 展开更多

Fe-Al intermetallics with remarkable high-temperature intensity and excellent erosion, high-temperature oxidation and sulfuration resistance are potential low cost high-temperature structural materials. But the room temperature brittleness induces shape difficult and limits its industrial application. The Fe-Al intermetallic coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying technology with cored wire on 20G steel, which will not only obviate the problems faced in fabrication of these alloys into useful shapes, but also allow the effective use of their outstanding high-temperature performance. The Fe-Al/WC intermetallic composite coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying technology on 20G steel and the oxidation performance of Fe-Al/WC composite coatings was studied by means of thermogrativmetic analyzer at 450, 650 and 800℃. The results demonstrate that the kinetics curve of oxidation at three temperatures approximately follows the logarithmic law. The composition of the oxidized coating is mainly composed of Al2O3, Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and FeO. These phases distribute unevenly. An oxidation resistant Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystalline coating was fabricated on substrate of Ti alloy by low pressure plasma spraying (LPPS) method. As-sprayed Al-Cu-Fe coating has a rapidly solidified lamellar microstructure consisting of quasicrystalline phase and crystalline phase. The formation of quasicrystalline coating is related to the annealing. The results from the ox!dat!on experiments showed that Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystalline coating improved the oxidation resistance of Ti-base alloys. During the oxidation period there is no evident spallation of the coating from the substrate. Oxide formed on the surface of Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystalline coating after oxidation consisted of Al2O3. Oxidation occurs Ieading to a change of concentration and phase transformation in the coating surface. Selective oxidation of AI transforms the quasicrystalline phase into the phase. 展开更多

Fe-Al金属间化合物因优异的物化特性而具有广阔的应用前景,研究制备工艺参数对Fe-Al涂层表面润湿性的影响规律有利于调控涂层表面润湿性能。文章采用电火花沉积涂层技术在低碳钢表面制备了微纳结构Fe-Al涂层,在沉积制备Fe-Al涂层实验中,调控沉积电流为8,10,12,14,16 A,研究了工艺参数分别对涂层表面微纳结构形貌的影响规律以及对涂层表面润湿性的影响。微纳结构Fe-Al涂层试样分别采用扫描电镜和能谱仪进行了形貌和成分分析,结果显示涂层微纳结构具有典型的电火花加工形貌特征,涂层的相组成主要为Fe_(3)Al、Fe_(7)C_(3)和AlFe_(3)C_(0.5)相;而表面接触角测试结果显示涂层表面呈现疏水性,表面接触角随着沉积电流的增大先快速增大,随后接触角增幅减小,表明通过提高沉积电流增强涂层表面疏水性能的作用在小电流时显著,而在大电流条件下该强化作用效果较小。 展开更多

Coating structural materials with Fe 3Al based intermetallics may rapidly lead to industrial application of their environment and wear resistant features. In the present study, high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) was used to in situ synthesize Fe 3Al intermetallic coating. The microstructural characterization and properties of the coating have been investigated. The microstructure was found to consist of Fe 3Al based intermetallic (D0 3 and B2) and α Fe regions together with fine oxide (α Al 2O 3) layers. TEM images of coating show that the solidified lamellae are polycrystalline and have a grain size of the order of about 150 nm , and there also exists amorphous state in some areas. It can be concluded that a very high cooling rate has been obtained during HVAS process. Moreover, the coating has relatively higher adhesion strength and microhardness, as well as lower density and porosity. 展开更多

To improve the durability of underwater rotating products,the corrosion characteristics in harsh marine environment were evaluated through various electrochemical experiments on the Al2O3-3TiO2 and CoNiCrAlY coating layers by atmospheric pressure plasma spray coating process.By evaluating the corrosion resistance of these materials,their applicability to environmentally friendly power generation equipment such as blades of tidal current turbines was examined.According to the Tafel analysis for micro-areas including the coating layer,the coating/metal interlayer and the base metal,the Al2O3-3TiO2 coating layer and the CoNiCrAlY coating layer show markedly lower corrosion current density than the base metal.The corrosion current density of the CoNiCrAlY coating layer (9.75316×10-8A/cm2) is about 1.6 times more than that of the Al2O3-3TiO2 coating layer (6.13139×10-8A/cm2). 展开更多

采用扁平化工艺以及绝缘包覆工艺对铁硅铝系软磁合金粉末进行改性。对实验样品进行扫描电镜分析,观察颗粒形貌对材料性能的影响;探讨球磨时间以及不同绝缘介质含量对于材料电磁性能的影响规律。根据单层吸波材料(含导电衬底)对电磁... 采用扁平化工艺以及绝缘包覆工艺对铁硅铝系软磁合金粉末进行改性。对实验样品进行扫描电镜分析,观察颗粒形貌对材料性能的影响;探讨球磨时间以及不同绝缘介质含量对于材料电磁性能的影响规律。根据单层吸波材料(含导电衬底)对电磁波的反射率公式的分析以及对不同样品反射率的计算可知,球磨扁平化工艺以及绝缘包覆工艺可有效地改善铁硅铝金属粉末的微波吸收性能。经改性后的铁硅铝系软磁金属粉末在1.0~3.5GHz频段具有较好的吸波性能,可应用于抗电磁干扰领域。 展开更多
