Advances in Studies about Rural Financial Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

With the objective of building a well-off society in an all-round way reaching the decisive stage,poverty alleviation enters the final stage,and rural financial poverty alleviation is increasingly becoming a hot topic of various circles of society. In order to accelerate the poverty alleviation and provide references and recommendations for further development of theory and practice of financial poverty alleviation,this paper made an overview of the organization system,operation mechanism and service products of rural financial poverty alleviation,elaborated the development path of financial poverty alleviation,and came up with recommendations for financial poverty alleviation.

Financial Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas of Hubei Province

In order to find out the various restrictions and difficulties of financial poverty alleviation in rural areas,taking Hubei Province as an example,this paper firstly introduced current situations of financial poverty alleviation in rural areas of Hubei Province. Then,it analyzed problems confronted by financial poverty alleviation in rural areas of Hubei Province:( i) subjects of financial poverty alleviation not mature and poverty alleviation risks increased,( ii) backward agricultural insurance system,( iii) rural credit system not perfect,and( iv) weak guiding policies of financial poverty alleviation. Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations: improving rural financial environment,actively developing the innovation mode of financial poverty alleviation,and strengthening relevant supervision efforts.

The Internal Logic Between the Inclusive Financial System Development and Poverty Reduction

This paper introduces the origin of Inclusive Financial System, summarizes the basic theories and views on inclusive financial system development and poverty reduction from experts and scholars at home and abroad. The paper establishes a theoretical analysis framework which impacts poor family income gap by using exponential smoothing method. The government should improve the credit market in poverty- stricken area by the way of macro-management to establish inclusive financial system, to overcome the difficulty of poor farmers＇ credit, to make more poor families to obtain credit opportunities.

Risk identification,future value and credit capitalization:Research on the theory and policy of poverty alleviation by internet finance

Elimination of poverty is an important part to achieve a comprehensive well-off in China,and financial means and tools play an important role on it.This paper tries to show the problems in current financial poverty alleviation practice,such as the lack of unified organization,high cost,poor sustainability,uncertain effects,etc.,and illustrates that internet finance,based on new information technologies which enable more comprehensive information collection of poverty population and employ future-oriented valuation method,can help the poor households accumulate credit capital and play a greater role in the process of poverty alleviation.This paper also puts forward some policy recommendations to support internet finance in poverty alleviation.
