In the estimation problems, rather than the white observation noise, there might be actual cases where the observation noise is modeled by the colored noise process. This paper examines to design a new estimation technique of recursive least-squares (RLS) Wiener fixed-point smoother and filter for colored observation noise in linear discrete-time wide-sense stationary stochastic systems. The observation y(k) is given as the sum of the signal z(k)=Hx(k) and the colored observation noise vc(k). The RLS Wiener estimators explicitly require the following information: 1) the system matrix for the state vector x(k);2) the observation matrix H;3) the variance of the state vector x(k);4) the system matrix for the colored observation noise vc(k);5) the variance of the colored observation noise;6) the input noise variance in the state equation for the colored observation noise.展开更多
We present a brief overview of follow-up observations of GRB afterglows made by the 0.8-m TNT and other telescopes at the Xinglong observatory during the last three years.Our system,dedicated to the measurement of ear...We present a brief overview of follow-up observations of GRB afterglows made by the 0.8-m TNT and other telescopes at the Xinglong observatory during the last three years.Our system,dedicated to the measurement of early-time optical afterglow emission,responded to 50 GRBs from Jan.2006 to Apr.2009.Among them,about 50% have been successfully detected.The fastest response time is 76 sec(GRB 061110A and GRB 090426) after the space-borne GRB detector was triggered.The redshift distribution spans the range from z = 0.033(GRB 060218) to z = 5.6(GRB 060927).We also report the optical photometric follow-up of GRB 080330,which is an X-ray flash,as an example of our observations.展开更多

It gives positive analysis of the tax and fee burden of rural households in these two provinces...This paper is based on the fixed follow-up observation data of the countryside in Shanxi and Zhejiang provinces of china. It gives positive analysis of the tax and fee burden of rural households in these two provinces as weU as the tendency of its development since the mid-1980s. It is found from the analysis that the model of tax and fee burden is completely different between these two provinces and each model brings quite different effects. In the Shanxi burden model focusing on the collection of fees, farmers pay less taxes and fees, but they have to pay more compared with their income, thus resulting in a lack of the stamina for rural household economy even causing the economy to be thrown into a state of stagnancy. In the Zhejiang burden model focusing on tax, farmers pay more tax, but its percentage is lower compared with their income, with the result that the rural household economy has a strong stamina for growth. With the coming system of "transforming fees into taxes" to be trial-implemented in the rural areas, the pilot experience in Anhui Province is truly important, but comparatively speaking, the practice in Zhejiang is of more immediate significance.展开更多

Research indicates:(1) The earthquake occurred on Kalpin fault,the source rupture type is thrust faulting with sinistral strike-slip component.( 2) The earthquake sequence is mainshock-aftershock type,with the aftershock distribution attenuating quickly and trending NE.(3) Abnormal seismic activity before the earthquake was characterized by seismically nesting quiescence of MS2. 0-4. 0 earthquakes,seismic quiescence of MS4. 0 earthquakes and seismic belts of MS3. 0 earthquakes in the Kalpin block, abnormal enhancement zone of moderate earthquakes on Puchang fault and seismological parameters.(4) Anomalies of precursory observation data at fixed stations are mainly characterized by mutation. Apart from the borehole tiltmeter in Halajun, the spatial distribution of other abnormal precursors showed a phenomenon of migration from the near field to far field and from the epicenter to the peripheries.展开更多
