Determination of Residual Enrofloxacin in Fish Tissues by Terbium Ion-sensitized Fluorophotometry

In order to establish a new method for the determination of enrofloxacin, on the basis of the fluorescence characteristic of terbium-enrofloxacin complex, it was found that in a HAc-NaAc buffer solution with a pH value at 6.0, the terbiumenrofloxacin complex had a characteristic fluorescence peak of Tb3+ at 545 nm (λex= 328 nm), which could be used for the determination of enrofloxacin. A simple, rapid and sensitive fluorescence method for the determination of enrofloxacin was thus established, and an optimal reaction condition was selected. Under the optimal reaction condition, there was a good linear relation (r2=0.992 3) between concentration of enrofloxacin in the range of 1.0×10^-1.0×10^-6 g/ml and its fluorescence intensity at 545 nm, with a detection limit of 1.3×10^-9 g/ml; the recovery for enrofloxacin in tablets was 97.7% with a variation coefficient of 1.4%; and for enrofloxacin in fish tissues, the recovery was 79.0%-94.5% with a variation coefficient of 2.0%-7.8%. 展开更多

A fast,sensitive,and reliable method for the determination of sulfite(SO3^2-) in fresh water and seawater samples was developed.The proposed method was based on the reaction of o-phthalaldehyde(OPA)-sulfite-NH_3 in alkaline solution,with flow injection analysis and fluorescence detection.The experimental parameters were investigated in pure water and seawater matrixes. The detection limits(S/N = 3) were 0.006μmol/L in pure water and 0.018μmol/L in seawater for SO3^2-.The method was successfully applied to analyze SO3^2- iin the samples of rain water and flue gas desulfurization seawater. 展开更多

Objective: Infection of human papillomavirus in condylomaacuminatum (CA) was detected by real time fluorescencequantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) technique. Methods: Specimens of CA-DNA quantification from 94cases were examined by real time FQ-PCR technique and 32cases were compared with the same method after 10-daystreatment. Results: CA-DNA was found in all patients, with an averageof 4.0×10^6 copies/ul. After 10 days of treatment, the averagewas 2.1×10^5 copies/ul. There was a significant difference inthe average amount of CA-DNA before and after thetreatment. Conclusion: Real time FQ-PCR is a good method forexamining CA-DNA amount and it can direct the treatment of CA. 展开更多
