基于SWOT分析普通-特殊-涉外门诊三分法对突发公共卫生事件的影响因素及策略研究

目的总结该院应对突发公共卫生事件时创新的门诊三分法的实践经验,为更好的应对突发传染性疾病提供参考。方法运用SWOT矩阵分析法,对门诊三分法内外部因素、机会与威胁进行综合性分析,提出优化完善的对策建议。结果门诊三分法可最大限度避免入境船员与门诊其他区域的人员交叉,杜绝涉疫人员流动,规避“封院”危险。结论通过SWOT分析法制定的防控策略与建议,具有良好的指导和推动作用。

对于钢筋混凝土超静定结构在弯、剪、扭共同作用下的构件 ,采用假定约束构件扭矩为零的刚度法进行结构设计 ,是国外所采用的一种较为简便而且经济的方法。我国规范GB5 0 0 1 0— 2 0 0 2由于缺乏工程经验 ,未作具体规定。为了广大设计人员的需要 ,在学习和总结国内外有关设计条文和设计经验的基础上 ,提出比现有设计规定更为完整的设计条文和具体设计方法 。
