The X-ray diffraction（XRD） pattern indicates that the CdS nanowires crystallize in an hcp structure. Besides, photoluminescences（PL） of CdS nanowire arrays, characterized by spectrophotometer show that CdS nanowries embedded in porous alumina template increases the light-emitting intensity and induces a red shift of PL band.展开更多
