Fuzzy dot ideals and fuzzy dot H-ideals of BCH-algebras

The notions of fuzzy dot ideals and fuzzy dot H-ideals in BCH-algebras are introduced, several appropriate examples are provided, and their some properties are investigated. The relations among fuzzy ideal, fuzzy H-ideal, fuzzy dot ideal and fuzzy dot H-ideals in BCH- algebras are discussed, several equivalent depictions of fuzzy dot ideal are obtained. How to deal with the homomorphic image and inverse image of fuzzy dot ideals （fuzzy dot H-ideals） are studied. The relations between a fuzzy dot ideal （fuzzy dot H-ideal） in BCH-algebras and a fuzzy dot ideal （fuzzy dot H-ideal） in the product algebra of BCH-algebras are given.

Ideal Statistically Pre-Cauchy Triple Sequences of Fuzzy Number and Orlicz Functions

In this paper, we extend the notions of ideal statistically convergence for sequence of fuzzy number. We introduce the notions ideal statistically pre-Cauchy triple sequences of fuzzy number about Orlicz function, and give some correlation theorem. It is shown that x = {xijk} is ideal statistically pre-Cauchy if and only if D (xijk, xpqr) ≥ ε, i ≤ m, j ≤ n, t ≤ k}| ≥ δ} ∈I. At the same time, we have proved x = {xijk} is ideal statistically convergent to x0 if and only if . Also, some properties of these new sequence spaces are investigated.

Generalized fuzzy ideals of near-rings

The concept of（∈,∈∨q）-fuzzy subnear-rings（ideals） of a near-ring is introduced and some of its related properties are investigated.In particular,the relationships among ordinary fuzzy subnear-rings（ideals）,（∈,∈∨ q）-fuzzy subnear-rings（ideals） and（∈,∈∨q）-fuzzy subnear-rings（ideals） of near-rings are described.Finally,some characterization of [μ]t is given by means of（∈,∈∨ q）-fuzzy ideals.

Redefined generalized fuzzy ideals of near-rings

With a new idea, we redefine generalized fuzzy subnear-rings （ideals） of a near- ring and investigate some of its related properties. Some new characterizations are given. In particular, we introduce the concepts of strong prime （or semiprime） （∈, ∈∨ q）-fuzzy ideals of near-rings, and discuss the relationship between strong prime （or semiprime） （∈, ∈∨ q）-fuzzy ideals and prime （or semiprime） （∈, ∈∨ q）-fuzzy ideals of near-rings.

Bipolar Valued Fuzzy α-Ideal of BF-Algebra

In the mathematical applications, ideal concepts are involved. They have been studied and analyzed in various ways. Already ideal and α-ideal concepts were discussed in BF-algebras. In this paper the idea of bipolar valued fuzzy α-ideal of BF algebra is proposed. The relationship between bipolar valued fuzzy ideal and bipolar valued fuzzy α-ideal is studied. Some interesting results are also discussed.

Some properties of fuzzy positive implicative ideals in a BCK-algebras

In this paper, we use the notion of fuzzy point to study ideal and positive implicative ideal in BCK algebras, then we clarify the links between the fuzzy point approach, the classical fuzzy approach and the ordinary case.

Weighted (<i>λ</i>, <i>μ</i>)-Ideal Statistical Convergence and Strongly Weighted (<i>λ</i>, <i>μ</i>)-Ideal Convergence of Double Sequences of Fuzzy Numbers

The paper aims to investigate different types of weighted ideal statistical convergence and strongly weighted ideal convergence of double sequences of fuzzy numbers. Relations connecting ideal statistical convergence and strongly ideal convergence have been investigated in the environment of the newly defined classes of double sequences of fuzzy numbers. At the same time, we have examined relevant inclusion relations concerning weighted (λ, μ)-ideal statistical convergence and strongly weighted (λ, μ)-ideal convergence of double sequences of fuzzy numbers. Also, some properties of these new sequence spaces are investigated.

A New Form of Fuzzy Compact Spaces and Related Topics via Fuzzy Idealization

Fuzzy ideals and the notion of fuzzy local function were introduced and studied by Sarkar[12] and by Mahmoud in [9]. The purpose of this paper deals with a fuzzy compactness modulo a fuzzy ideal. Many new sorts of weak and strong fuzzy compactness have been introduced to fuzzy topological spaces in the last twenty years but not have been studied using fuzzy ideals so,the main aim of our work in this paper is to define and study some new various types of fuzzy compactness with respect to fuzzy ideals namely fuzzy L-compact and L*-compact spaces. Also fuzzy compactness with respect to ideal is useful as unification and generalization of several others widely studied concepts. Possible application to superstrings and E∞ space-time are touched upon.

Fuzzy Foldness of P-Ideals in BCI-Algebras

This paper aims to introduce new notions of (fuzzy) n-fold P-ideals and (fuzzy) n-fold weak P-ideals in BCI-algebras, and investigate several properties of the foldness theory of P-ideals in BCI-algebras. Finally, we construct a computer-program for studying the foldness theory of P-ideals in BCI-algebras.

Extension of TOPSIS for fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problem based on experimental analysis

This paper is concerned with a technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution（TOPSIS） method for fuzzy multi-attribute decision making,in which the information about attribute weights is partly known and the attribute values take form of triangular fuzzy numbers.Considering the fact that the triangular fuzzy TOPSIS results yielded by different distance measures are different from others,a comparative analysis of triangular fuzzy TOPSIS ranking from each distance measure is illustrated with discussion on standard deviation.By applying the most reasonable distance,the deviation degrees between attribute values are measured.A linear programming model based on the maximal deviation of weighted attribute values is established to obtain the attribute weights.Therefore,alternatives are ranked by using TOPSIS method.Finally,a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

基于AHP和TOPSIS-模糊综合评价的多场景储能选型方法

目前储能技术路线多样,不同类型的储能各具应用前景,但储能选型需要综合考虑经济性、安全性等因素,是一个复杂的多目标决策问题,因此储能选型是工程应用中的关键问题之一。提出一种将层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)-模糊综合分析法相结合的储能选型评价体系。首先,通过建立评价体系的判断矩阵,利用AHP获取指标权重;其次,将判断矩阵里量纲不同的指标类型用TOPSIS做规范化处理,以此获得更客观的权重向量,改善AHP法的主观性;而后,将指标权重对角化处理并与标准化后的矩阵相乘获得加权判断矩阵,并求取贴近度向量。最后,加权判断矩阵与模糊综合分析法关系矩阵相乘获取储能类型的隶属度评价结果,并以隶属度最大值所在的等级为最终评价,处于等级Ⅰ中最佳,等级Ⅱ次之并以此类推;由此通过TOPSIS获得更客观的权重向量,改善AHP法的主观性,得到的权重向量也更客观。最后以锂离子电池、钠硫电池和铅酸电池等七种储能类型在应用于削峰填谷、电网保供电和改善电压质量场景为例,并与现有的储能选型方法进行比较,体现该评价体系的创新,检验所提评价体系和选型方法的有效性。

Generalized （∈, ∈ ∨ q）-fuzzy Ideals in BCK-algebras

In this paper, as a generalization of the notion of(∈, ∈∨ q)-fuzzy ideals, we introduced the notion of(∈, ∈∨ qδ)-fuzzy ideals and investigated their properties in BCKalgebras. Several equivalent characterizations of(∈, ∈∨ qδ)-fuzzy ideals are obtained and relations between(∈, ∈∨ qδ)-fuzzy ideals and ideals are discussed in BCK-algebras.

A Decision Support System for Selection of Solar Power Plant Locations by Applying Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS: An Empirical Study

The objective of this research is to propose a decision support system for avoiding flood on solar power plant site selection. Methodologically, the geographic information system (GIS) is used to determine the optimum site for a solar power plant. It is intended to integrate the qualitative and quantitative variables based upon the adoption of the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) model. These methods are employed to unite the environmental aspects and social needs for electrical power systematically. Regarding a case study of the choice of a solar power plant site in Thailand, it demonstrates that the quantitative and qualitative criteria should be realized prior to analysis in the Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS model. The fuzzy AHP is employed to determine the weights of qualitative and quantitative criteria that can affect the selection process. The adoption of the fuzzy AHP is aimed to model the linguistic unclear, ambiguous, and incomplete knowledge. Additionally, TOPSIS, which is a ranking multi-criteria decision making method, is employed to rank the alternative sites based upon overall efficiency. The contribution of this paper lies in the evolution of a new approach that is flexible and practical to the decision maker, in providing the guidelines for the solar power plant site choices under stakeholder needs: at the same time, the desirable functions are achieved, in avoiding flood, reducing cost, time and causing less environmental impact. The new approach is assessed in the empirical study during major flooding in Thailand during the fourth quarter of 2011 to 2012. The result analysis and sensitivity analysis are also presented.

Two-Sided Matching Decision Making with Multi-Attribute Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy Sets

In previous research on two-sided matching(TSM)decision,agents’preferences were often given in the form of exact values of ordinal numbers and linguistic phrase term sets.Nowdays,the matching agent cannot perform the exact evaluation in the TSM situations due to the great fuzziness of human thought and the complexity of reality.Probability hesitant fuzzy sets,however,have grown in popularity due to their advantages in communicating complex information.Therefore,this paper develops a TSM decision-making approach with multi-attribute probability hesitant fuzzy sets and unknown attribute weight information.The agent attribute weight vector should be obtained by using the maximum deviation method and Hamming distance.The probabilistic hesitancy fuzzy information matrix of each agent is then arranged to determine the comprehensive evaluation of two matching agent sets.The agent satisfaction degree is calculated using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).Additionally,the multi-object programming technique is used to establish a TSM method with the objective of maximizing the agent satisfaction of two-sided agents,and the matching schemes are then established by solving the built model.The study concludes by providing a real-world supply-demand scenario to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The proposed method is more flexible than prior research since it expresses evaluation information using probability hesitating fuzzy sets and can be used in scenarios when attribute weight information is unclear.

L-fuzzy h-ideals with Operators in Hemirings

The notions of M-hemirings and L-fuzzy left h-ideals with operators in M-hemirings are introduced, and some properties are investigated. Given an L-fuzzy left h-ideal with operators, a new L-fuzzy left h-ideal with operators is established. Using a collection of left M-h-ideals, L-fuzzy left h-ideals with operators are constructed. Moreover, the concept of M-Notherian M-hemiring is introduced and its characterization is given.

基于FAHP-EWM-TOPSIS的新型电力负荷管理系统的通信方式适配方法

针对目前新型电力负荷管理系统的发展,文章旨在寻找一种合适的通信方式来承载系统端到端的通信。首先,从新型电力负荷管理系统的概念出发,剖析差异化业务需求,建立业务指标体系架构;其次,基于模糊层次分析法-熵权法-逼近理想解排序法,分析最优通信方式的选择策略;最后通过算例,分析不同通信方式对差异化业务的适配程度,确定符合新型电力负荷管理系统的最优通信方式,为新型电力负荷管理系统通信架构搭建提出参考性意见。
