The purpose of this study is to reduce the uncertainty in the calculation process on hesitant fuzzy sets(HFSs).The innovation of this study is to unify the cardinal numbers of hesitant fuzzy elements(HFEs)in a special...The purpose of this study is to reduce the uncertainty in the calculation process on hesitant fuzzy sets(HFSs).The innovation of this study is to unify the cardinal numbers of hesitant fuzzy elements(HFEs)in a special way.Firstly,a probability density function is assigned for any given HFE.Thereafter,equal-probability transformation is introduced to transform HFEs with different cardinal numbers on the condition into the same probability density function.The characteristic of this transformation is that the higher the consistency of the membership degrees in HFEs,the higher the credibility of the mentioned membership degrees is,then,the bigger the probability density values for them are.According to this transformation technique,a set of novel distance measures on HFSs is provided.Finally,an illustrative example of intersection traffic control is introduced to show the usefulness of the given distance measures.The example also shows that this study is a good complement to operation theories on HFSs.展开更多

The automatic parking module in the automatic driving system ...With the development of automatic driving and fuzzy theory, people pay more and more attention to the application of fuzzy logic in engineering technology. The automatic parking module in the automatic driving system has always been the focus of research. Automatic parking modules can greatly assist drivers in parking operations, greatly reduce parking difficulties and make people more convenient and fast parking. In this paper, an automatic parking system based on the fuzzy controller is proposed. The fuzzy controller of automatic parking system is constructed by using fuzzy theory, and the robustness of the whole system is examined by fuzzy logic. Firstly, the vehicle motion rules and trajectory changes are analyzed in detail, and the real parking lot model is simulated. Then, the input and output variables of the whole system are analyzed by fuzzy theory and the membership function is constructed. Based on the experience of human experts, the parking rules are tested and summarized, and a reasonable and practical rule base is established. Finally, MATLAB is used to code, build the visual interface of parking lot and vehicles, and draw the cyclic iterative function to detect the vehicle position and direction angle, so as to act as a sensor. The results show that using a fuzzy controller to construct an automatic parking system can effectively improve the parking level.展开更多

A fuzzy neural network based research method of data quality evaluation is proposed. First, the criteria for the evaluation of data quality are selected to construct the fuzzy sets of evaluating grades, and then by using the learning ability of NN, the objective evaluation of membership is carried out, which can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality. This research has been used in the platform of 'data report of national compulsory education outlay guarantee' from the Chinese Ministry of Education. This method can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality worldwide, and the data quality situation can be found out more completely, objectively, and in better time by using the method.展开更多

To reduce the numerous work and subjective uncertainties in manual adjustments, a hybrid particle swarm optimization (HPSO) algorithm based on immune theory and nonlinear decreasing inertia weight (NDIW) strategy is proposed. Owing to the restraint factor and NDIW strategy, an HPSO algorithm can effectively prevent premature convergence and keep balance between global and local searching abilities. Meanwhile, the algorithm maintains the ability of handling multimodal and multidimensional problems. The HPSO algorithm has the fastest convergence velocity and finds the best solutions compared to GA, IGA, and basic PSO algorithm in simulation experiments. Experimental results on the AUV simulation platform show that HPSO-based controllers perform well and have strong abilities against current disturbance. It can thus be concluded that the proposed algorithm is feasible for application to AUVs.展开更多

Modified instantaneous p-q theory is adopted for calculating the compensating current. Fuzzy-adaptive hysteresis band technique is applied for the current control to derive the switching signals for the voltage source inverter. A fuzzy logic controller is developed to control the voltage of the DC capacitor. Computer simulations are carried out on a sample power system to demonstrate the suitability of the proposed control strategy, for harmonic reduction under three different conditions namely, ideal, unbalance, unbalance and distorted source voltage conditions. The proposed control strategy is found to be effective to reduce the harmonics and compensate reactive power and neutral current and balance load currents under ideal and non-ideal source voltage conditions.展开更多

The arrival of big data era has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of various industries in China.The explosive growth of commercial bank data has brought great pressure on internal audit.The ...The arrival of big data era has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of various industries in China.The explosive growth of commercial bank data has brought great pressure on internal audit.The key audit of key products limited to key business areas can no longer meet the needs.It is difficult to find abnormal and exceptional risks only by sampling analysis and static analysis.Exploring the organic integration and business processing methods between big data and bank internal audit,Internal audit work can protect the stable and sustainable development of banks under the new situation.Therefore,based on fuzzy set theory,this paper determines the membership degree of audit data through membership function,and judges the risk level of audit data,and builds a risk level evaluation system.The main features of this paper are as follows.First,it analyzes the necessity of transformation of the bank auditing in the big data environment.The second is to combine the determination of the membership function in the fuzzy set theory with the bank audit analysis,and use the model to calculate the corresponding parameters,thus establishing a risk level assessment system.The third is to propose audit risk assessment recommendations,hoping to help bank audit risk management in the big data environment.There are some shortcomings in this paper.First,the amount of data acquired is not large enough.Second,due to the lack of author’knowledge,there are still some deficiencies in the analysis of audit risk of commercial banks.展开更多
