Analysis of the Countermeasures of Innovative Development of Ideological and Political Teaching in Secondary Vocational Education

Secondary vocational colleges are an essential part of the education system.They have provided a large number of technical talents to the society for many years.With the progress of society,ideological and political education of vocational colleges has gathered many people’s attention.However,according to the findings of current teaching,there is still the problem of solidified teaching,thus timely innovation and improvement are needed.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of ideological and political teaching and the significance of innovation,and puts forward suggestions for innovative development.The transformation of teaching mindset and models can provide a guideline for improving teaching quality in secondary vocational colleges.

On the Application of Red Cross Spirit to Moral Education of Secondary Vocational Health School

Red Cross Spirit acts as an important moral value for students.It wins so wide recognitions that more and more Chinese secondary vocational health schools have already put it into use.This paper attempts to discuss the application of Red Cross Spirit to the moral education of secondary vocational health school from the perspectives:curriculum,assignments,and activities.We hope this study could promote students’professional ethics and boost the development of moral education with the feature of secondary vocational health school.

The Realistic Dilemma and Promoting Path of Secondary Vocational Education Talent Training Model under the Background of Education Supply-side Reform

In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

Application of Bandura's Social Learning Theory in the Moral Education of Secondary Vocational College Students

In recent years,with the high rate of juvenile delinquency,people pay more attention to the moral education of students in secondary vocational colleges.Based on the framework of social learning theory,this paper explores the systematic and comprehensive application of social learning theory in the moral education course.From the cognition of the behavior to the selection and internalization of the representation of the model behavior,and finally the selective extemalization of the representation symbol to generate the behavior,the influencing factors and their utility in each stage of the production of moral behavior are analyzed step by step,assisting students to establish correct outlook on life and values,and cultivating their"key abilities."When students face a complex and diverse social environment,they can make judgments in line with the general moral standards of the society,and then seek to improve the effectiveness of the moral standards of secondary vocational students,and strive to maximize the effectiveness of moral education.

Curriculum System Construction for Art and Design Major in the Transition between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

Cooperative secondary and higher vocational education has been gradually launched in China,however,the curriculum system for the transition between both has not been fully established in many professional fields,such as art and design major,and has been confined by many disadvantages and perception problems.Taking the students of art design and production major co-cultivated by Nanjing Vocational College of Industry and Technology,Nanjing Xuanwu Secondary School,Jiangsu Dingyi International Cultural Creative Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper explored the contents and methods of constructing curriculum system in sectionalized secondary and higher vocational education,in order to provide references for the art and design curriculum transition between secondary and higher vocational education,and to further promote the transition between secondary and higher vocational education.

Online Teaching of Secondary Vocational Education based on Constructivism

Online teaching would become a development trend in the field of education.Based on the characteristics of online education and the theory of constructivism,the elements of online teaching would undergo fundamental changes which would certainly lead to revolutionary educational concepts,contents,designs,methods,etc.With the continuous rapid development of China's economy,the scale of vocational education has expanded.In combination with the constructivist learning theory to explain the meaning of online education,analysis of the feasibility of secondary vocational education and their students,as well as the online education in secondary vocational schools,a feasible online teaching design is constructed for vocational teachers.Through research,it is found that the online teaching of secondary vocational education teachers based on constructivism requires improvement in some of their abilities and personal qualities.

职业教育大数据专业中高本一体化培养模式研究

中高职一体化课程体系构建研究与实践——以水生态修复技术专业为例

中高职一体化培养是建立现代职业教育体系的重要举措之一,中高职衔接的核心是一体化课程体系的构建。通过分析一体化课程体系内涵及构建途径,以水生态修复技术专业为例,探索构建中高职一体化课程体系,以实现中高职一体化人才培养的有效衔接,提高技术技能人才培养质量。

基于学习进阶的中高职一体化课程设计研究——以汽车发动机构造与检修课为例

中高职一体化是一种推进中高职衔接、加强中高职贯通的培养模式。对现有中高职一体化研究现状分析,初步探明由于缺乏理论指导,当前中高职一体化课程存在课程内容重复、教学方式单一、学生学习积极性差等问题。以OECD学习框架2030、学习进阶理论、社会分工理论为基础构建了基于学习进阶的中高职一体化课程设计模型。选取汽车检测与维修技术专业核心课程“汽车发动机构造与检修”,从学习进阶理论的五大要素进阶终点、进阶维度、成就水平、学业表现和评测工具进行中高职一体化课程设计,提出实施建议,以期实现中高职一体化由形式上的合作走向内涵式融合发展。

中高职“3+2”衔接教育及存在的问题、原因与对策

通过对湖北省及全国部分地区中高职“3+2”衔接技能人才分段培养的调研,梳理人才培养过程中存在的问题及主要原因。一是高职阶段学生学习动力不足,学生管理难度大;原因有中职段管理不严,学习无压力,及教学设计存在问题;二是课程设置存在脱节与重叠现象;问题原因是标准未严格执行,并且中高职校缺乏沟通;三是存在衔接口径不匹配现象;原因在于缺乏专业设置标准及监督。针对问题提出了相应的对策建议。一是要建立统一的专业衔接标准、专业教学标准,加强标准执行情况的检查力度;二是要改革“3+2”转段考核的方式,加强中职学生平时成绩的要求与管理;三是加强中高职的沟通与交流;四是延伸中高职衔接为中高本衔接。

中高本职业教育贯通衔接的成效、问题及实践策略

有效推进中高本不同层次职业教育的贯通衔接是构建现代职教体系的关键。经过多年的“贯通衔接”实践,中高本职业教育贯通衔接的顶层设计已基本形成,实践探索也在向纵深开展,积累了不少宝贵的实践经验。但是在具体实践中依然存在着关系协调通畅不够、内涵衔接缝隙较多、教学质量差强人意和社会认可依然偏低等突出问题。破解“贯通衔接”实践难,实现中高本职业教育高质量贯通衔接须对标对表疏“堵点”,强化政府主导下的协调机制;对点对卯连“断点”,健全上下一体化管理的运行机制;上下同行“聚焦点”,优化提升教学质量的激励机制;跨界合作“攻难点”,全力推进“类型化”发展的办学机制。

西北中等职业教育与乡村振兴协调发展:时空特征及其驱动因子

实现中等职业教育与乡村振兴的协调发展是激发乡村内生性力量的关键举措。基于西北地区五省(自治区)2011-2021年的面板数据,构建中等职业教育与乡村振兴综合评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、综合评价模型、耦合协调模型、趋势分析法以及地理探测器,对两系统协调演进关系定量测定。研究结果发现:西北地区中等职业教育与乡村振兴综合发展水平大致呈现递增趋势且具有“西低东高,南高北低”空间布局特征;耦合协调度逐年提升,协调互促作用愈加显著,且受到经济发展水平、对外开放程度等多因子的综合影响。基于此提出促进西北地区中等职业教育与乡村振兴区域间协调发展建议:改革教育模式,实现供需匹配;促进创新氛围,吸引人才回流;充分发挥区位优势,挖掘乡村价值。

江苏省中职职教高考命题研究

中职职教高考是中等职业学校毕业生接受高等职业教育的选拔性考试,考试命题在选拔过程中发挥着重要的基础性作用。以江苏省为例,通过问卷对30所中等职业学校的师生进行调查,用SPSS工具对调查结果进行统计分析,探讨中职职教高考的考试定位。通过完善“文化素质+职业技能”考试招生办法、制定基于课程标准的考试大纲、基于课程核心素养组织命题、采用命题技术控制命题质量等路径,推动职教高考制度发展完善,培养更多高素质技术技能型人才。

基于双高和升本任务水利工程制图“中高本”一体化课程教学衔接探究

在高职院校(或部分专业)向职业本科升级的新环境下,以国家双高水利工程专业群开设的《水利工程制图》为研究对象,提出“中职重基础,高职会应用,本科善创新”的“中高本”一体化课程设计理念。具体做法是重新划分教学内容的知识点和技能点并提出“初中-中职、中职-高职、中职-职业本科、高职-职业本科、高中-高职、高中-职业本科”6种不同升学出口的具体要求,分层次设计职业素养思政目标,在模块化教学的基础上采用任务驱动和不同教学秩序开展具体教学工作,针对不同升学出口提出不同的考核办法。最终实现内容不重复、技能螺旋上升、职业素养全贯通的课程衔接目标,为“中高本”一体化课程研究提供一定的借鉴。

中等职业教育能促进经济发展吗?——来自中国中等职业教育与经济发展的相关关系探究

中等职业教育与经济发展密不可分,本研究基于2001年至2020年中国政府公示数据,分析中国的中等职业教育和经济增长的互动关系,发现中等职业教育与GDP、第二产业显著相关且协调发展,贡献率分别为27.5%、36.2%,影响的单向性明显;与第一产业、第三产业无统计学意义上的相关关系,其原因可以解释为第一产业整体发展水平较低与第三产业的知识需求极化,以及职教学生主体来自农村影响职教认同,造成“第一产业”生源不足和“第三产业”适配不强。研究认为要真正实现中等职业教育服务经济发展的作用,有必要补齐职业教育对接第一产业、第三产业的短板,在现代职教体系、产教融合及优化职教布局、技能匹配及预测机制建设上发力,并配合中等职业教育社会认同体系建构。

回归职校属性:校企合作的现实困境与路径探索——基于中职学生“升学热”视角

在中职学生升学诉求日益增长背景下,升学成为阻碍中职学校与企业深度合作的重要因素,寻找升学与就业的平衡点成为突破口。分析中职学校与企业合作中存在学生留企与管理难、中职教师缺乏企业实践经验与行业认知、学生实操课时不足且课时分配不均匀等问题,提出提升学生综合岗位能力以适应轮岗要求、增加教师的企业经验与技能,技能主导升学考试、深化校企合作等建议。

中小学教师对其孩子接受职业教育意愿的差异分析

国家有关政策及法律要求社会各界要积极营造职业教育良好发展氛围,在普职分流及民众对职业教育接受度不高的情况下,中小学教师对职业教育的接受度值得关注。通过对全国15625名中小学教师的调查发现:中小学教师让其孩子接受职业教育的意愿比较低,仅为27.9%,在各人口学变量间存在显著差异,学段越高的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,经济越发达的东部地区及地级市、省会地区的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,除了年收入在10万元以上的高收入水平及职称未定级的教师外,年收入水平越高及职称越高的教师越愿意让其孩子上职业院校。为此,建议:为形成正确的劳动观与职业观,很有必要要求中小学教师在平时的课程与活动中逐步渗透有关的职业启蒙教育知识,应要求初中及普通高中教师越来越多地正面向学生宣讲职业教育,让学生明白职业教育同样是适合的成长成才途径,在正面宣讲职业教育中应更多地要求男性教师及年收入水平在10万元以下中的收入越高的教师及职称越高的教师,因他们更能接受职业教育,其有利身份与地位也更容易取得学生及家长的信任与接纳。
