以超纯磁铁精矿为原料通过H?gan?s工艺制备高纯还原铁粉

在本研究中,以铁品位为68.38%、硅含量为2.33%的优质磁铁精矿为原料通过反浮选获得了铁品位为72.12%、硅含量为0.09%的超纯磁铁精矿。以超纯磁铁精矿为原料,在1075℃下煤基还原18 h、850℃下氢气还原50 min制备了铁品位为99.06%的高纯还原铁粉。高纯还原铁粉的松装密度、流动性和压缩性分别为2.34 g/cm^(3),9.01 s/(50 g)和6.55 g/cm^(3),达到了粉末冶金用铁粉企业标准(MHF/QB-2016)中MHF80·235(优等)级。用高纯还原铁粉通过共沉淀法制备磷酸铁锂,其首次充电比容量达168.20 m A·h/g。铁鳞经过1075℃煤基还原36 h、14 m T磁选、850℃氢气还原60 min得到铁品位为98.47%的二次还原铁粉,其松装密度、流动性和压缩性分别为2.30 g/cm^(3),10.39 s/(50 g)和6.41 g/cm^(3)。与铁鳞相比,超纯磁铁精矿不仅可省去赫格纳斯工艺中的磁选环节,而且其煤基还原和氢气还原环节所需的时间更短,得到的还原铁粉铁品位更高、工艺性能更佳。本文提出了还原铁粉工艺性能的改善机理:还原铁粉的粗颗粒占比和铁品位的提高可以明显改善其松装密度和压缩性,粗颗粒占比的增加也会改善还原铁粉的流动性。

On Characteristics and Cultures of the Hakka's Enclosed Houses in South Jiangxi Province

General situation and distribution of round houses of the Hakka in south Jiangxi were introduced, such architectural styles as enclosed house with a square yard (kouzi wei, in the shape of 口), enclosed house with a yard of three transverse and one longitudinal constructions (guozi wei, in the shape of 国), and enclosed house with a round house in its yard (tao wei) were taken to analyze features of the Hakka's enclosed houses. It was highlighted that the Hakka's enclosed houses in south Jiangxi has diversified architectural styles and outstanding defensive and living functions. Construction art and religious culture shown by the enclosed houses were interpreted, and the branch of Han people with unique dialects, cultures, folk customs and emotional attitudes was proposed as a miniature of the culture in south Jiangxi. Moreover, it was stressed that more attention of the public and more efforts for the protection should be given to the Hakka's cultures in south Jiangxi, carriers of the locals' history over the past thousands of years.

District Partisan Homogeneity, Communications, and the Electoral Motive: An Analysis of the Facebook Posts of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives

The research examines the way in which members of the U.S. House of Representative represent themselves on the social network site Facebook. Each member’s activity is observed on seven different occasions and the frequency and substantive character of posts made during the second half of 2013 are established. The focus is on position-taking posts versus posts which mention the district the member serves in. Our expectation is that members from electorally safe districts will be more likely to advertise their policy positions while members from marginal districts will be more inclined to advertise their district connections. We control for minority party status, gender, and ideological extremism among other concerns and learn electoral safety is a good predictor of both “position-taking” and “district mentions”. Consistent with an electoral motive, we also find members from the minority party less likely to take positions on the issues of the day and more likely to mention the district they serve in.

基于Si衬底AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件的功率放大器链是下一代S波段相控阵雷达T/R组件的核心部分。研制的S波段放大器链主要由驱动放大器和功率放大器组成,驱动放大器与功率放大器都是基于Si衬底AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件的混合集成电路。基于混合集成电路的放大器链获得了高的输出峰值功率和附加功率(PAE),整个放大器链输出功率在800 MHz频率范围内大于20 W,附加效率(PAE)大于50%。

S波段35WGaN功率MMIC

报道了一款采用两级拓扑结构的2～4GHz宽带高功率单片微波功率放大器芯片。放大器采用了微带结构,并使用电抗匹配进行设计,重点在于宽带功率效率平坦化设计。经匹配优化后放大器在2～4GHz整个频带内脉冲输出功率大于35W,小信号增益达到22dB,在2.4GHz频点处峰值输出功率达到40W,对应的功率附加效率为35%。功率放大器芯片采用0.25μm GaN HEMT76.2mm圆片工艺制造,芯片尺寸为2.7mm×2.3mm。

S波段GaN大功率放大器的设计与实现

本文介绍了基于新型GaN宽禁带半导体材料的大功率器件的特点和优势,采用微波仿真软件ADS对一款S波段的GaN MOSFET进行优化仿真设计,得到了良好的仿真结果,并给出了该功放的实物和测试数据。测试结果表明,该功放适用于2.1～2.7GHz,功率量级为100W,连续波和脉冲制式均可工作,对GaN MOSFET功率器件高增益、高效率、宽带宽的优异性能得以验证和实现。
