目的:采用PMP(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮)柱前衍生化-HPCE法测定多糖的单糖组成,探讨不同种源霍山石斛、铜皮石斛及野生河南石斛药效物质基础的相似性。方法:采用石英毛细管柱(100 cm×50μm),350mmol/L硼酸溶液(以1.0 mol/L Na OH...目的:采用PMP(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮)柱前衍生化-HPCE法测定多糖的单糖组成,探讨不同种源霍山石斛、铜皮石斛及野生河南石斛药效物质基础的相似性。方法:采用石英毛细管柱(100 cm×50μm),350mmol/L硼酸溶液(以1.0 mol/L Na OH溶液调至p H 10)为缓冲液,运行电压20 k V,柱温为25℃,检测波长250 nm,运行时间34 min。结果:5种石斛样品共检出木糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、半乳糖醛酸和核糖6种单糖。相似度评价显示,同一种源石斛样品10个批次间的相似度均在0.98以上,但不同种源的霍山石斛、铜皮石斛及野生河南石斛单糖组成及含量明显不同。结论:多糖部位PMP柱前衍生化-HPCE法具有简单、快速、准确、重现性好等优点,为不同种源的霍山石斛、铜皮石斛与野生河南石斛的定性鉴别及药材内在质量评价提供新的参考依据。展开更多
目的研究并实现一套云端成人发育性髋关节发育不良(Adult Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip,ADDH)影像协同标注系统,建立ADDH影像标准化标注数据库。方法利用异构平台数据共享与跨区域协同等技术,采用B/S云端架构,根据ADDH临床诊断...目的研究并实现一套云端成人发育性髋关节发育不良(Adult Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip,ADDH)影像协同标注系统,建立ADDH影像标准化标注数据库。方法利用异构平台数据共享与跨区域协同等技术,采用B/S云端架构,根据ADDH临床诊断工作需求,研究服务于医学影像数据共享及跨区域协同标注模式的ADDH影像标注系统。结果实现了高可用、高并发,且支持不同医疗机构间影像与临床信息的共享及调阅,满足多人同时在线协同标注及多盲审核的ADDH影像标注系统。结论该系统填补了目前ADDH影像协同标注与管理系统的空白,为临床诊断带来便利的同时,将临床影像数据赋能为可用于人工智能产品开发的数据资产,具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。展开更多
