Many direct an...In the context of the codification of China's Civil Code, the academic consensus has been to make commercial legislation systematic and establish commercial norms with proper legislative expression. Many direct and indirect commercial norms in General Provisions of the Civil Law provide evidence that civil law has been turned into commercial law. However, a general overview shows that the absence of related norms, including agency in duty, reveals that General Provisions of the Civil Law is lacking commercial law's characteristics. In addition to the Civil Code, using General Rules of Commercial Law is a relatively reasonable choice for commercial legislative arrangements, such as norms in relation to agency in duty. Taking commercial agency as an example, legislators should adopt problem-oriented and limited systematic patterns of "residue law" instead of unified patterns of codification.展开更多

This paper descri...With the construction of spatial data infi'astructure, automated topographic map generalization becomes an indispensable component in the community of cartography and geographic information science. This paper describes a topographic map generalization system recently developed by the authors. The system has the following characteristics: 1) taking advantage of three levels of automation, i.e. fully automated generalization, batch generalization, and interactive generalization, to undertake two types of processes, i.e. intelligent inference process and repetitive operation process in generalization; 2) making use of two kinds of sources for generalizing rule library, i.e. written specifications and cartographers' experiences, to define a six-element structure to describe the rules; 3) employing a hierarchical structure for map databases, logically and physically; 4) employing a grid indexing technique and undo/redo operation to improve database retrieval and object generalization efficiency. Two examples of topographic map generalization are given to demonstrate the system. It reveals that the system works well. In fact, this system has been used for a number of projects and it has been found that a great improvement in efficiency compared with traditional map general- ization process can be achieved.展开更多
The Schrodinger equation is solved with general molecular potential via the improved quantization rule.Expression for bound state energy eigenvalues,radial eigenfunctions,mean kinetic energy,and potential energy are o...The Schrodinger equation is solved with general molecular potential via the improved quantization rule.Expression for bound state energy eigenvalues,radial eigenfunctions,mean kinetic energy,and potential energy are obtained in compact form.In modeling the centrifugal term of the effective potential,a Pekeris-like approximation scheme is applied.Also,we use the Hellmann–Feynman theorem to derive the relation for expectation values.Bound state energy eigenvalues,wave functions and meanenergies of Woods–Saxon potential,Morse potential,Mobius squared and Tietz–Hua oscillators are deduced from the general molecular potential.In addition,we use our equations to compute the bound state energy eigenvalues and expectation values for four diatomic molecules viz.H_(2),CO,HF,and O_(2).Results obtained are in perfect agreement with the data available from the literature for the potentials and molecules.Studies also show that as the vibrational quantum number increases,the mean kinetic energy for the system in a Tietz–Hua potential increases slowly to a threshold value and then decreases.But in a Morse potential,the mean kinetic energy increases linearly with vibrational quantum number increasing.展开更多

By replacing P_(+b)/2)^(n+1)(x) by the Hermite cabic interpolant at a and b. we obtain some known formulae by a different ap- proach (see [1] and [2]). Finally we discuss some nonlinear numerical integration rules obtained by taking piecewise polynomials of odd degree, each piece being the Taylor polynomial off at a and b. respectively.
