To improve the performance of multiple classifier system, a knowledge discovery based dynamic weighted voting (KD-DWV) is proposed based on knowledge discovery. In the method, all base classifiers may be allowed to operate in different measurement/feature spaces to make the most of diverse classification information. The weights assigned to each output of a base classifier are estimated by the separability of training sample sets in relevant feature space. For this purpose, some decision tables (DTs) are established in terms of the diverse feature sets. And then the uncertainty measures of the separability are induced, in the form of mass functions in Dempster-Shafer theory (DST), from each DTs based on generalized rough set model. From the mass functions, all the weights are calculated by a modified heuristic fusion function and assigned dynamically to each classifier varying with its output. The comparison experiment is performed on the hyperspectral remote sensing images. And the experimental results show that the performance of the classification can be improved by using the proposed method compared with the plurality voting (PV). 展开更多

It follows from the analysis of artillery fire errors that approximately two-thirds of the inaccuracy of indirect artillery fire is caused by inaccuracies in the determination of the meteo parameters included in fire error budget model.Trajectories calculated under non-standard conditions are considered to be perturbed.The tools utilized for the analysis of perturbed trajectories are weighting factor functions(WFFs)which are a special kind of sensitivity functions.WFFs are used for calculation of meteo ballistic elements B(ballistic wind w B,densityρB,virtual temperatureτB,pressure p B)as well.We have found that the existing theory of WFF calculation has several significant shortcomings.The aim of the article is to present a new,improved theory of generalized WFFs that eliminates the deficiencies found.Using this theory will improve methods for designing firing tables,fire control systems algorithms,and meteo message generation algorithms. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to obtain the numerical solutions of generalized space-fractional Burgers' equations with initial-boundary conditions by the Jacobi spectral collocation method using the shifted Jacobi-Gauss-Lobatto collocation points. By means of the simplifed Jacobi operational matrix, we produce the diferentiation matrix and transfer the space-fractional Burgers' equation into a system of ordinary diferential equations that can be solved by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. The numerical simulations indicate that the Jacobi spectral collocation method is highly accurate and fast convergent for the generalized space-fractional Burgers' equation. 展开更多

This paper proposes a new proactive weighted threshold signature scheme based on Iflene's general secret sharing, the generalized Chinese remainder theorem, and the RSA threshold signature, which is itself based on the Chinese reminder theorem. In our scheme, group members are divided into different subgroups, and a positive weight is associated to each subgroup, where all members of the same subgroup have the same weight. The group signature can be generated if and only if the sum of the weights of members involved is greater than or equal to a fixed threshold value. Meanwhile, the private key of the group members and the public key of the group can be updated periodically by performing a simple operation aimed at refreshing the group signature message. This periodical refreshed individual signature message can enhance the security of the proposed weighted threshold signature scheme. 展开更多

This model has extensive representation. It is a new kind of aggregative method of group forecasting. By taking the suitable combining form of the forecasting models and seeking the optimal parameter, the optimal combining form can be obtained and the forecasting accuracy can be improved. If the cross-section is locations, there is a need to check the correlation among locations. ρ and λ are parameters in generalized spatial model to cover effect of correlation between locations. Value of ρ or λ will influence the goodness of fit model, so it is important to make parameter estimation. The effect of another location is covered by making contiguity matrix until it gets spatial weighted matrix (W). There are some types of W—uniform W, binary W, kernel Gaussian W and some W from real case of economics condition or transportation condition from locations. This study is aimed to compare uniform W and kernel Gaussian W in spatial panel data model using RMSE value. The result of analysis showed that uniform weight had RMSE value less than kernel Gaussian model. Uniform W had stabil value for all the combinations. 展开更多

We use the generalized weighted exponential distribution, as a generator to introduce a new family called generalized weighted exponential-G family, and apply this new generator to provide a new distribution called generalized weighted exponential gombertez distribution. We investigate some of its properties, moment generating function, moments, conditional moments, mean residual lifetime, mean inactivity time, strong mean inactivity time, Rényi entropy, Lorenz curves and Bonferroni. Furthermore, in this model, we estimate the parameters by using maximum likelihood method. We apply this model to a real data-set to show that the new generated distribution can produce a better fit than other classical lifetime models. 展开更多

As a useful alternative of Shewhart control chart, exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control chat has been applied widely to quality control, process monitoring, forecast, etc. In this paper, a method was introduced for optimal design of EWMA and multivariate EWMA (MEWMA) control charts, in which the optimal parameter pair ( λ, k) or ( λ, h ) was searched by using the generalized regression neural network (GRNN). The results indicate that the optimal parameter pair can be obtained effectively by the proposed strategy for a given in-control average running length (ARLo) and shift to detect under any conditions, removing the drawback of incompleteness existing in the tables that had been reported. 展开更多
