The method opted for accuracy,and no existing studies are based on this method.A design and characteristic survey of a new small band gap semiconducting Single Wall Carbon Nano Tube(SWCNT)Field Effect Transistor as a photodetector is carried out.In the proposed device,better performance is achieved by increasing the diameter and introducing a new single halo(SH)doping in the channel length of the CNTFET device.This paper is a study and analysis of the performance of a Carbon Nano Tube Field Effect Transistor(CNTFET)as a photodetector using the self-consistent Poisson and Green function method.The 2D self-consistent Poisson and Green’s function method for various optical intensities and wavelength simulate this proposed photodetector.The performance study is based on the simulation of drain current,transconductance,sub-threshold swing,cut-off frequency,gain,directivity,and quantum efficiency under dark and illuminated conditions.These quantum simulation results show that cut-off frequency increases while there is an increase in diameter.The proposed SH-CNTFET provides better performance in terms of higher gain and directivity than conventional CNTFET(C-CNTFET).This device will be helpful in optoelectronic integrated circuits(OEIC)receivers due to its superior performance. 展开更多

The possible exotic nuclear properties in the neutron-rich Ca,Ni,Zr,and Sn isotopes are examined with the continuum Skyrme Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory in the framework of the Green’s function method.The pairing correlation,the couplings with the continuum,and the blocking effects for the unpaired nucleon in odd-A nuclei are properly treated.The Skyrme interaction SLy4 is adopted for the ph channel and the density-dependentinteraction is adopted for the pp chan-nel,which well reproduce the experimental two-neutron separation energies S_(2n)and one-neutron separation energies Sn.It is found that the criterion S_(n)>0 predicts a neutron drip line with neutron numbers much smaller than those for S_(2n)>0.Owing to the unpaired odd neutron,the neutron pairing energies−E_(pair)in odd-A nuclei are much lower than those in the neighbor-ing even-even nuclei.By investigating the single-particle structures,the possible halo structures in the neutron-rich Ca,Ni,and Sn isotopes are predicted,where sharp increases in the root-mean-square(rms)radii with significant deviations from the traditional rA^(1∕3)rule and diffuse spatial density distributions are observed.Analyzing the contributions of various partial waves to the total neutron densityρlj(r)∕ρ(r)reveals that the orbitals located around the Fermi surface-particularly those with small angular momenta-significantly affect the extended nuclear density and large rms radii.The number of neutrons Nλ(N_(0))occupying above the Fermi surfacen(continuum threshold)is discussed,whose evolution as a function of the mass number A in each isotope is consistent with that of the pairing energy,supporting the key role of the pairing correlation in halo phenomena. 展开更多

The author will describe the variations in Chinese Indonesian tradition. The festival is on the 3rd day of the third month of Chinese lunar year. Xuan Tian Shangdi's birthday festival shows the similarities and differences in variations of tradition. The festival of god's birthday is also a temple festival involving various groups which are aimed to integrate. This research is qualitative research conducted by field research. For doing this, we propose the new approach founded on construction the coupled elliptical trajectory for a probe body in the gravitational fields of Newtonian potential and potential of dark matter’s halo. This allows more accuracy estimate its central density for the Navarro-Frenk-White profile and free parameter for the Einasto profile . Different fused-core stationary phase chemistries(C18,Amide,Phenyl-hexyl and Peptide ES-C18) were used for the analysis of 21 structurally representative model peptides.In addition,the effects of the mobile phase composition(ACN or MeOH as organic modifier;formic acid or acetic acid,as acidifying component) on the column selectivity,peak shape and overall chromatographic performance were evaluated.The RP-amide column,combined with a formic acid-acetonitrile based gradient system,performed as best.A peptide reversed-phase retention model is proposed,consisting of 5 variables:log SumAA,log Sv,clog P,log nHDon and log nHAcc.Quantitative structure-retention relationship(QSRR) models were constructed for 16 different chromatographic systems.The accuracy of this peptide retention model was demonstrated by the comparison between predicted and experimentally obtained retention times,explaining on average 86% of the variability.Moreover,using an external set of 5 validation peptides,the predictive power of the model was also demonstrated.This peptide retention model includes the novel in-silico calculated amino acid descriptor,AA,which was calculated from log P,3D-MoRSE,RDF and WHIM descriptors. 展开更多

The seven deadly sins--pride, envy, anger, sloth, avarice, gluttony, and lust--are disordered loves; the seven cardinal virtues--faith, hope, love, courage, justice, temperance, and prudence--are reordered loves. Since love is central in human experience---rooted in the heart--it is also central in moral formation and deformation. The primary assumption of Neuroscience is that all experiences are strongly correlated with or caused by the specifics of brain structures and their particular dynamics. The profound experiences attributed to the “sensed presence” and their cultural anthropomorphisms such as deities and gods are persistent reports in human populations that are frequently associated with permanent changes in behavior, reduced depression and alleviation of pain. The majority of traditional clinical observations and modern imaging techniques have emphasized the central role of right temporal lobe structures and their directly related networks. The experimental simulation of sensed presences which can result in attributions to spiritual, deity-based or mystical sources within the clinical laboratory by the application of physiologically-patterned magnetic fields across the temporal lobes through our God Helmet requires the same precision of technology that is essential for synthesizing molecular treatments for modifying anomalous behavior, depression and pain. Despite the clinical utility of these simulated conditions within Neuroscience and Medicine, misinformation concerning the bases and efficacy of this new technology persist. Here we present detailed technical clarifications and rebuttals to refute these misconceptions. A Hegelian approach to this delay of development and impedance provides a context through which the ultimate synthesis and application of this technology may be accommodated in the near future. 展开更多
