经验小波变换和改进S变换结合的电能质量检测与识别方法

为分析不确定干扰因素影响下的实际电力网络电能质量问题,提出一种经验小波变换(EWT)和改进S变换相结合的电能质量检测与识别方法。该方法一方面利用EWT联合归一化直接正交(NDQ)算法和奇异值分解(SVD)算法准确提取调幅-调频分量的频率、幅值和时间参数,另一方面考虑到EWT算法在高噪声环境下瞬时幅值波动的问题,引入改进S变换提取高噪声干扰下的电能质量扰动时频信息,最后,基于EWT和改进S变换提取的扰动特征向量,利用基于改进粒子群优化算法(IPSO)优化支持向量机(SVM)的电能质量扰动识别分类器实现扰动类型的精确识别。仿真和实验表明所提方法在复合扰动识别分类时平均识别准确率为93.23%,且能够准确识别4种实测扰动信号。

From the Voices in the Narratives of After-School Support Advisors: Support for Children’s After-School Support Advisors in Japan

This paper examines how advisors perceive the voices made by Mr.A(pseudonym),the founder of after-school support for children(Initiative Z:pseudonym)in Japan,to advisors who support children.Furthermore,the purpose of this study is to find out how advisors think about the voices and that the voices have led or not advisors to support children,if to do so,what points are key to continuing support for children.Therefore,in Initiative Z,I conducted a survey of two advisors who were approached by Mr.A,who is involved in supporting children as an advisor.As a result of analyzing the narratives obtained from interviews with the two advisors,it was found that the advisor had a sense of being recognized by Mr.A because Mr.A acknowledged the advisor’s way of life.This feeling on the part of the advisor led to trust in Mr.A,and the advisor was in tune with Mr.A’s thoughts on after-school support,suggesting that the advisor was providing support to the child.

光滑点是巴拿赫空间几何理论中的重要概念,在估计理论,概率论等领域有重要应用。本文中,首先用凸模引入赋s-范数Orlicz空间对偶空间范数,然后讨论对偶范数的范数可达性,在此基础上给出赋s-范数Or-licz空间的支撑泛函的显式形式,最后给出赋s-范数Orlicz空间光滑点的判据。

基于ISVM-DS的红外多传感器融合识别方法

弹道中段目标为一个目标群,包括弹头、诱饵、碎片等,并且由于距离传感器较远,红外成像为点目标,可用信息较少,因此单一的红外传感器往往难以满足识别要求,需要融合多个传感器进行识别。针对红外多传感器的融合识别问题,本文提出了基于增量支持向量机和D-S(increment support vector machine-Dempster-Shafer,ISVM-DS)证据理论的融合识别方法。首先,训练多个波段传感器红外特征的支持向量数据描述(support vector data description,SVDD)模型,生成壳向量并训练其ISVM模型;接着,采用ISVM模型的后验概率生成基本概率赋值(basic probability assignment,BPA);最后,利用D-S证据理论对多个证据的BPA进行融合,输出分类结果。实验结果表明,该方法能有效提高目标识别的准确性。

基于IGWO算法优化LSSVM的电能质量扰动识别方法

为了提高电能质量扰动(power quality disturbance,PQD)识别结果的准确性,笔者提出一种基于改进灰狼优化算法(improved grey wolf optimization,IGWO)优化最小二乘支持向量机(least squares support vector machine,LSSVM)的PQD识别方法。通过采用收敛因数指数调整、自适应位移和权重动态修订等措施对灰狼优化算法进行改进,得到IGWO算法;以PQD信号的9个特征量为支持向量、7种PQD类型为输出量,利用IGWO算法寻找LSSVM的最优参数,建立基于IGWO-LSSVM的PQD识别模型并进行仿真分析,且与其他模型的识别结果进行对比。结果表明,相比算例中列出的几种对比模型,IGWO-LSSVM模型识别结果的正确率更高,验证了所提PQD识别方法的有效性和实用性。

Dynamics Modeling and Numerical Analysis of Rotor with Elastic Support/Dry Friction Dampers

The elastic support/dry friction damper is a type of damper which is used for active vibration control in a rotor system.To establish the analytical model of this type of damper,a two-dimensional friction model-ball/plate model was proposed.By using this ball/plate model,a dynamics model of rotor with elastic support/dry friction dampers was established and experimentally verified.Moreover,the damping performance of the elastic support/dry friction damper was studied numerically with respect to some variable parameters.The numerical study shows that the damping performance of the elastic support/dry friction damper is closely related to the stiffness distribution of the rotor-support system,the damper location,the pressing force between the moving and stationary disk,the friction coefficient,the tangential contact stiffness of the contact interface,and the stiffness of the stationary disk.In general,the damper should be located on an elastic support which has a large vibration amplitude in order to achieve a better damping performance,and the more vibration energy in this elastic support concentrates,the better performance of the damper will be.The larger the tangential contact stiffness of the contact interface,and the stiffness of the stationary disk are,the better performance of the damper will be.There will be an optimal value of the friction force at which the damper performs best.

Planning a Patient-Centered Parkinson’s Disease Support Program: Insights from Narrative Medicine

Background: We desired relevant information from patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their caregivers for help in planning a long-term support program. Methods: We compared 3 ap-proaches: 1) a standard needs assessment questionnaire, the Camberwell assessment of need in the elderly, 2) an open-ended listing of needs, and 3) participation in a narrative medicine program in which health care professionals were involved. Results: On the questionnaire, patients reported physical needs as the most important while their caregivers were more concerned about psychological needs. The open-ended listings revealed additional needs, particularly access to re-liable information about PD and to opportunities to participate in clinical research. The narrative medicine process yielded a number of new insights and proposed solutions, particularly related to the heterogeneity of needs across individuals, the importance of providing hope, and the fact that caregivers expressed that their needs had been largely neglected. Participation in the narrative medicine sessions led to an increase in measured empathy by health care professionals, an im-provement in measured depression among PD patients, but a worsening of measured depression among the caregivers. Conclusions: We have identified important needs and potential solutions to be considered in providing long-term support to patients with PD and their caregivers.

Speech Analysis for Diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease Using Genetic Algorithm and Support Vector Machine

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the most common disease of motor system degeneration that occurs when the dopamine-producing cells are damaged in substantia nigra. To detect PD, various signals have been investigated, including EEG, gait and speech. Since approximately 90 percent of the people with PD suffer from speech disorders, speech analysis is considered as the most common technique for this aim. This paper proposes a new algorithm for diagnosing of Parkinson’s disease based on voice analysis. In the first step, genetic algorithm (GA) is undertaken for selecting optimized features from all extracted features. Afterwards a network based on support vector machine (SVM) is used for classification between healthy and people with Parkinson. The dataset of this research is composed of a range of biomedical voice signals from 31 people, 23 with Parkinson’s disease and 8 healthy people. The subjects were asked to pronounce letter “A” for 3 seconds. 22 linear and non-linear features were extracted from the signals that 14 features were based on F0 (fundamental frequency or pitch), jitter, shimmer and noise to harmonics ratio, which are main factors in voice signal. Because changing in these factors is noticeable for the people with PD, optimized features were selected among them. Of the various numbers of optimized features, the data classification was investigated. Results show that the classification accuracy percent of 94.50 per 4 optimized features, the accuracy percent of 93.66 per 7 optimized features and the accuracy percent of 94.22 per 9 optimized features, could be achieved. It can be observed that the best classification accuracy may be achieved using Fhi (Hz), Fho (Hz), jitter (RAP) and shimmer (APQ5).

社会组织参与困境儿童社会支持网络构建的服务策略研究--以广州市S组织困境儿童服务项目为例

要妥善回应深化改革过程中困境儿童多元化的需求,须从困境儿童社会支持着手,通过发挥社会组织联动多元主体的作用来筑实困境儿童社会支持网络。研究聚焦S组织困境儿童服务实践策略,分析其回应需求的服务过程,旨在为社会组织参与构建困境儿童支持网络提供实务参考。研究发现,S组织在开展困境儿童服务时能够充分发挥枢纽平台优势,在一定程度上促进了儿童主体发展和多元主体参与,但组织存在建设局限性、服务内容与形式创新不足、服务不够规范、机制缺失等方面的问题。推动儿童福利事业发展的关键在于要坚持政府主导的公共服务供给格局,拓宽社会参与渠道和门槛,整合跨界创新力量,动员多元主体在困境儿童服务中积极投入服务和资源,强化其社会支持网络。

Gene therapy for Parkinson's disease: a decade of progress supported by posthumous contributions from volunteer subjects

Over the past decade,nine separate gene therapy clinical trials for advanced Parkinson’s disease（PD）have been launched and completed,involving the dosing of nearly 12-dozen PD volunteers who incurred significant risks to hopefully reduce symptoms and gain a better life.

基于S变换和IWOA-SVM的复合电能质量扰动识别

针对目前复合电能质量扰动(PQD)信号特征冗余,分类识别准确率低的问题,提出了一种基于S变换和改进鲸鱼算法支持向量机(IWOA-SVM)的复合电能质量扰动识别方法。首先,利用S变换对7种单一电能质量扰动和生成的13种复合扰动信号进行时频分析,使复杂扰动信号的特征得以凸显。设计特征提取方法,从实频矩阵中尽可能地获取便于分类的信号特征信息;其次,引入自适应权重因子和随机差分变异策略对WOA进行优化,提升其搜索能力;最后建立IWOA-SVM分类预测模型,优化SVM高斯核函数参数,以获得更好的鲁棒性和泛化能力,对提取的特征样本进行自动分类和识别。实验结果表明,所提方法分类识别准确率高,能有效识别多种复合PQD信号,有助于评估与治理电能质量问题。

Classification of the Priority of Auditing XBRL Instance Documents with Fuzzy Support Vector Machines Algorithm

Concluding the conformity of XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language)instance documents law to the Benford's law yields different results before and after a company's financial distress.A new idea of applying the machine learning technique to redefine the way conventional auditors work is therefore proposed since the unacceptable conformity implies a large likelihood of a fraudulent document.Fuzzy support vector machines models are developed to implement such an idea.The dependent variable is a fuzzy variable quantifying the conformity of an XBRL instance document to the Benford's law;whereas,independent variables are financial ratios.The interval factor method is introduced to express the fuzziness in input data.It is found the range of a fuzzy support vector machines model is controlled by maximum and minimum dependent and independent variables.Therefore,defining any member function to describe the fuzziness in input data is unnecessary.The results of this study indicate that the price-to-book ratio versus equity ratio is suitable to classify the priority of auditing XBRL instance documents with the less than 30%misclassification rate.In conclusion,the machine learning technique may be used to redefine the way conventional auditors work.This study provides the main evidence of applying a future project of training smart auditors.

THE APPLICATION OF WEINSTEIN-CHIEN′S METHOD——THE UPPER AND LOWER LIMITS OF FUNDAMENTAL FREQUENCY OF RECTANGULAR PLATES WITH EDGES ARE THE MIXTURE OF SIMPLY SUPPORTED PORTIONS AND CLAMPED PORTIONS

In this paper, the method of relaxed boundary conditions is applied to rectangular plates with edges which are a sort of the mixture of simply supported portions and clamped portions, so that the lower limit of fundamental frequency of such plates is evaluated. A kind of polynomial satisfying the displacement boundary conditions is designed, os that it is enabled to evaluate the upper limit of fundamental frequency by Ritz' method. The practical calculation examples solved by these methods have given satisfactory results. At the end of this paper, it is pointed out that the socalled exact solution of such plates usually evaluated by the force superposition method is essentially a kind of lower limit of solution, if the truncated error of series which occurs in actual calculation is considered.
