Drawing upon social responsibility theory and collaborative governance theory, this research constructs a social responsibility guidance and governance system guided by the public, supported by the voluntary fulfillment of responsibilities by online audiovisual enterprises, and based on the collaborative participation of diverse stakeholders. It explores and optimizes the implementation pathways of this system, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the sustainable development of online audiovisual enterprises. As the main body of rural water pollution control, how to define and fulfill the local governments’ responsibilities is of great significance to the advancement of the overall governance work. This paper starts from the local governments, which are the important main body of rural environmental governance. By comparing the similarities and differences between the performance of government responsibilities under the traditional governance model and the collaborative governance model, clarifies the governance responsibilities of the local governments. Data on discrete,isolated attributes of the marine economy are often used in traditional marine economic research.However,as the focus of urban research shifts from internal static attributes to external dynamic linka...Data on discrete,isolated attributes of the marine economy are often used in traditional marine economic research.However,as the focus of urban research shifts from internal static attributes to external dynamic linkages,the importance of marine economic net-work research is beginning to emerge.The construction of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas is necessary to change the flow of land and sea resources and optimize regional marine economic development.Employing data from headquarters and branches of sea-related A-share listed enterprises to construct the marine economic network in China,we use social network analysis(SNA)to discuss the characteristics of its evolution as of 2010,2015,and 2020 and its governance.The following results were obtained.1)In terms of topological characteristics,the scale of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas has accelerated and expan-ded,and the connections have become increasingly close;thus,this development has complex network characteristics.2)In terms of spatial structure,the intensity of the connection fluctuates and does not form stable development support;the group structure gradually becomes clear,but the overall pattern is fragmented;there are spatial differences in marine economic agglomeration radiation;the radi-ation effect of the eastern marine economic circle is obvious;and the polarization effect of northern and southern marine economic circles is significant.On this basis,we construct a framework for the governance of a marine economic network with the market,the government,and industry as the three governing bodies.By clarifying the driving factors and building objectives of marine economic network construction,this study aims to foster the high-quality development of China’s marine economy.展开更多

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ...Corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting and corporate governance concepts have been two important concepts for researchers and corporate managers in recent years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential effect of corporate governance levels of Turkish deposit banks' on CSR reporting. First, the concentration areas of CSR reporting of Turkish deposit banks were identified between the years 2012-2014 from their annual and sustainability reports. Second, the concentration areas were divided into subgroups and each bank was rated according to their disclosure level. Finally, a model was designed in order to determine the relationship between CSR reporting and corporate governance. In the model, CSR reporting rating scores are used as a dependent variable, and financial data and corporate governance indicators of banks are used as independent variables. Model results indicate that corporate governance level and bank's size have a significant effect on the level of CSR reporting in Turkish banking sector.展开更多

The company can maximize the shareholders' equities, the prosperity of the owners of interests, the reputation of the company, and the long-term viability of the company by undertaking the CSR. The controversy whether the company should be engaged in CSR or not is still going on. According to the shareholder theory, the supporters of CSR (Donaldson & Preston, 1995; Jones, 1995) say that CSR is a mechanism to achieve a better financial condition and to maximize the property of the shareholders (A. Mackey, T. B. Mackey, & Barney, 2007). This research investigates in three folds, the relationships among corporate governance, CSR, and firm performance, then the relationship between intellectual property and firm performance. This research shows that the independent board of commissioners is related to CSR. CSR and the institutional ownership are also related to firm performance. In addition, intellectual property is strongly related to firm performance. This means that intellectual property owned by public-limited companies in Indonesia increases firm performance.展开更多

Reputation mechanism is introduced and Bayesian approach is based on, in which government supervision as well as consumer purchasing behavior is taken as crucial factors to impact on the food quality security. As to the proposed quantitative indicators, government supervision includes exposure rate, fine and etc.;at the same time, consumer purchasing behavior includes consumer’s WTP for security food and consumer expectations to food safety. Taking China’s dairy industry as an example, it makes simulation by Netlog. The results show that consumer purchasing behavior alone has little effect on the dairy companies’ decision-making to be honest or counterfeiting enterprises. However, combination government supervision with purchasing behavior has great impact, and plays very good effects on food safety.展开更多

When we include special relativity expressed in simplest units, we find that, for particulate matter, the square of rest mass , i.e., angular frequency squared minus wave vector squared. This equation separates into a conservative part and a uniform responsive part. A wave function is derived in manifold rank 4, and from it are derived uncertainties and internal motion. The function solves four anomalies in quantum physics: the point particle with prescribed uncertainties;spooky action at a distance;time dependence that is consistent with the uncertainties;and resonant reduction of the wave packet by localization during measurement. A comparison between contradictory mathematical and physical theories leads to similar empirical conclusions because probability amplitudes express hidden variables. The comparison supplies orthodox postulates that are compared to physical principles that formalize the difference.
