The economic benefits of transport infrastructure investment have been widely accepted.However,the varying influence of road transport development across vertical space has rarely been discussed.Taking Sichuan province in China as case study area where the landform is diverse and complex,administrative counties were categorized into 4 main types:plain counties,hill counties,mountain counties,and plateau counties.Using statistical data during 2006-2014,theperformanceofeconomic development and transport construction level in the four types of counties are discussed.Subsequently,the heterogeneous effect of each grade road on economy was calculated by local regression model(GWR).The results indicate that plain counties largely surpassed the other geomorphic counties in economic development level,while the gradient gap among them was on the decline.Similarly,distribution of transport infrastructure presented a decreasing trend from the low plain counties to high plateau counties.Regional imbalances were mainly reflected in the County road and Village road.Regarding the changes of regional gaps,National&Provincial roads and County roads were constantly expanding,whereas the disparity of Village road was slowly narrowing over time.Particularly noteworthy was the non-stationary economic influence of traffic factors across vertical gradients.On average,National&Provincial roads generated higher benefits in the high elevation regions than the lowlands.In contrast,County road and Village road were found to be more effective in promoting economic development in plains.With regard to local estimates of traffic factors,coefficients in mountain counties exhibited larger fluctuation ranges than other geomorphic units.The conclusions provide a basis for government decisionmaking in a more reasonable construction arrangement of road facilities and sustainable economic development. 展开更多

江西境内松墨天牛生活史特征的季节和纬度变化

【目的】探明产卵季节和地理纬度对松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus生活史特征的影响,为该虫的精确测报和治理提供依据。【方法】在江西境内沿约1°的纬度梯度自南向北建立6处固定试验样地,通过林间诱木截顶网罩的方式调查松墨天牛... 【目的】探明产卵季节和地理纬度对松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus生活史特征的影响,为该虫的精确测报和治理提供依据。【方法】在江西境内沿约1°的纬度梯度自南向北建立6处固定试验样地,通过林间诱木截顶网罩的方式调查松墨天牛的世代分化和发育历期,以及通过枯死树解剖的方式调查越冬虫龄的差异。【结果】松墨天牛在赣南和赣中地区存在二代分化现象,其中赣南地区二代分化比例随产卵月份从45.75%下降至2.46%,赣中地区二代分化比例随产卵月份从17.42%下降至0,而在赣北地区仅发生1代,不存在世代分化现象。比较不同纬度下同期所产的卵的二代分代比例时发现,随着地理纬度的增加平均二代分化比例从21.92%下降至0。比较松墨天牛林间的发育历期发现,分化个体的卵-蛹历期在110.66~122.01 d之间且显示同向梯度变异,未分化个体的卵-蛹历期在330.61~366.01 d之间且显示反向梯度变异,但均不存在明显差异。比较越冬幼虫的虫龄及其占比发现,赣南和赣中地区以2-5龄幼虫越冬,赣北地区则以4-5龄幼虫越冬,越冬幼虫中2龄幼虫占比随着地理纬度的增加从12.47%下降至0,而越冬5龄幼虫占比从45.33%上升至98.40%。【结论】季节和纬度对松墨天牛的生活史特征具有一定的影响,其中产卵季节和地理纬度明显影响松墨天牛的世代分化比例,而对分化个体和未分化个体的发育历期影响不明显,越冬虫龄和占比明显受地理纬度的影响。 展开更多

盐地碱蓬养分重吸收对不同水盐交互梯度的响应

植物的养分重吸收是植物适应逆境的重要生态机制.利用盆栽模拟试验,设置28个水盐交互梯度,研究典型盐生植物盐地碱蓬在不同生长发育阶段N、P、K、Na四种元素的重吸收特征.结果表明:盐地碱蓬营养生长阶段和繁殖生长阶段的养分重吸收效率... 植物的养分重吸收是植物适应逆境的重要生态机制.利用盆栽模拟试验,设置28个水盐交互梯度,研究典型盐生植物盐地碱蓬在不同生长发育阶段N、P、K、Na四种元素的重吸收特征.结果表明:盐地碱蓬营养生长阶段和繁殖生长阶段的养分重吸收效率均低于全球陆生植物水平,且营养生长期高于繁殖生长期.N、P、K、Na元素的重吸收效率在营养生长期分别为51.90%、50.79%、28.79%、-19.58%,在繁殖生长期分别为28.60%、27.75%、13.61%、-26.67%.四种元素的重吸收响应水盐梯度的敏感性存在较大差异.在营养生长期,盐分和干旱对P的重吸收具有显著负效应,干旱对K的重吸收具有正效应;在繁殖生长期,盐分对N的重吸收具有显著负效应,对P、Na的重吸收具有正效应.在不同生长阶段,四种元素的重吸收对胁迫响应的差异,体现了植物在抵御胁迫与增加生长的综合需求下,体内元素的吸收、运移、分配策略不同. 展开更多

A computer-assisted method is presented for optimization of mobile phase compositions and development distance in gradient two-step development HPTLC. The method is based on a system which can predict the final R(f) values for gradient two-step development from values measured using five preliminary runs. The statistical scanning method is then used for optimization, using R(f) difference as the selection criterion. The method was evaluated using a mixture of eight components. Excellent agreement was obtained between predicted and experimental results. 展开更多
