Exploration of Graduate Student Cultivation Mode of Landscape Architecture under the Background of“Artificial Intelligence+X”

Under the background of“artificial intelligence+X”,the development of landscape architecture industry ushers in new opportunities,and professional talents need to be updated to meet the social demand.This paper analyzes the cultivation demand of landscape architecture graduate students in the context of the new era,and identifies the problems by comparing the original professional graduate training mode.The new cultivation mode of graduate students in landscape architecture is proposed,including updating the target orientation of the discipline,optimizing the teaching system,building a“dualteacher”tutor team,and improving the“industry-university-research-utilization”integrated cultivation,so as to cultivate high-quality compound talents with disciplinary characteristics.

The Misdirection and Return of Graduate Course Teaching

Graduate course teaching plays an irreplaceable role in knowledge mastery,skill enhancement,and quality cultivation of graduate students.This paper addresses current issues in graduate course teaching,such as ambiguous objectives,formulaic content,formalistic operation,and oversimplified evaluation.It proposes corresponding solutions with the hope of steering graduate course teaching back to its original purpose and realizing its true significance.

Multidimensional Quality Evaluation of Graduate Thesis:Based on the Probabilistic Linguistic MABAC Method

Graduate education is the main way to train high-level innovative talents,the basic layout to cope with the global talent competition,and the important cornerstone for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovation-driven country.Therefore,graduate education is of great remarkably to the development of national education.As an important manifestation of graduate education,the quality of a graduate thesis should receive more attention.It is conducive to promoting the quality of graduates by supervising and examining the quality of the graduate thesis.For this purpose,this work is based on textmining,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys to obtain the factors influencing the quality of a graduate thesis first.Then,through three rounds of expert consultation,a multidimensional evaluation indicator system for the graduate thesis quality is built.Furthermore,probabilistic linguistic termsets(PLTSs)are utilized to obtain the initial evaluation information and apply the stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis method to determine the weights of attributes.In the ensuing step,the novel multi-attribute border approximation area comparison based on the PLTS method is established.Finally,the proposed method is employed in a case study concerning the quality evaluation of a graduate thesis and the effectiveness of this approach is further illustrated.

Transversal Competences and Clinic Tutorship: Appreciation by Graduated Nursing Specialists

Background: Transversal competences are included in the United Nations Organization 2030 Agenda for the formation of staff professional in higher education, having disciplinary and transversal skills to develop individual, professional, social, and entrepreneurship at present time, creative individuals being able to solve social problems via collaboration. The aim was to evaluate the transversal competences developed by graduates, specialists in nursing with the accompaniment of clinic tutorship. Methods: Qualitative, phenomenological, and interpretative research. The informants were seven graduates from the Unique Program of Nursing Specialties (UPNS), from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), one participant from each knowledge field: Nursing in the Elderly, Public Health, Neurology, Physical and Sports Culture, Oncology, and two participants from Adult in Critical Condition. Information collection was through a focal group, and data analysis according to the principles of Souza Minayo. Signed informed consent was obtained previously. Results: Five categories with 24 sub-categories emerged. Category 1, Student’s perception on clinic tutorship specialty. Category 2, Competences promoted by clinic tutorship according to student’s experience. Category 3, Experiences about clinic tutorship planning. Category 4, Challenges faced by the student in the evaluation of clinic tutorship. Category 5, Opportunity fields in clinic tutorship from students’ experiences. Conclusion: Graduate students from the specialties describe transversal competences related with decision taking, collaborative work, and increase of population welfare, as well as generic disciplinary competences. The analogy of a social hinge between the clinic tutor and the student is highlighted, which allows to identify mobile and fixed components while the bolt that binds mentor with mentee is learning, by means of the accompaniment by an expert. .

Teaching Reform and Practice of Software Engineering Graduate Students by Implanting Scientific Research Literacy into Classroom Teaching Content

How to cultivate and improve graduate students’innovation and practical abilities in software engineering through the curriculum and teaching mode reform is an important issue.In this paper,a research literacy-driven teaching mode is proposed.It assists in the reform of the curriculum system.Then,a curriculum system construction framework is proposed,which involves the integration of research literacy into classroom teaching content.It assists in the cultivation of research abilities of graduate students in software engineering.The effectiveness of the curriculum reform is demonstrated through questionnaire surveys and research outcomes of the project team.The results show that the methods explored in this paper can serve as valuable references for future course design and teaching practice in computer-related courses for graduates.

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Employment Quality of College Graduates:A Case Study of China

The employment quality of college graduates in China is a topic of widespread concern.This paper uses authoritative data sources,including the China Labor Statistics Yearbook,China Statistical Yearbook,and data from provincial statistical bureaus,to examine the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China.Specifically,the paper explores three aspects:salary level,job intensity,and job stability.The research results indicate that undergraduate graduates experience lower job intensity than college counterparts.However,while North,East,and South China show high salary levels and job stability,issues such as high work intensity,high cost of living,and small living space exist.Therefore,this paper offers policy development recommendations to promote job market reform and improve employment quality.These recommendations aim to address the challenges faced by college graduates in various regions of China and to promote the stability of the country’s social and economic development.By examining the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China,this paper provides valuable insights for scholars,policymakers,and practitioners.

中医药团体标准评价体系(SCORE-TCM)解读

目前,各社会团体积极参与中医药标准的制定和发布,特别是“十四五”以来,中医药团体标准化工作更是迎来了提质增效的关键阶段。深入评估社会团体发布的中医药标准质量,是推进中医药团体标准工作的关键环节和重点任务。前期已研制并形成了中医药团体标准评价体系(System of Consortium Standards Rating and Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, SCORETCM)。在上述背景下,本研究通过专家共识法,设计了一套基于SCORE-TCM的中医药团体标准抽样评价方案,应用场景为对于特定社会团体发布的标准,或各团体发布的特定技术类别的标准进行快速评估。该方案涵盖了标准抽样、材料收集、标准评价、结果解读的完整流程,为中医药团体标准的抽样评价工作提供了参考方案。

Research on Postgraduate Classroom Construction Framework from the Perspective of Smart Education

Smart education is the future and development direction of higher education.Taking the graduate course Crime and Police Theory as the research subject,the shortcomings of smart education,which include the lack of understanding of the concept of smart education,the limited content structure of smart education,the poor cognition of smart education among teachers and students,and inadequate hardware and technical support for smart education,are systematically analyzed.In view of these shortcomings,several strategies are proposed,including improving the smart education curriculum development plan and management level,ensuring the construction quality of smart education projects,and raising funds for smart education construction from various sources.

A Conversation with Professor Ted Kaptchuk,a Key Architect of Modern TCM in the West

The interview was conducted on November 20th,2022 by Ioannis Solos and Charles Buck.Ted Kaptchuk(泰开阳)is a Professor of Medicine and a Professor of Global Health&Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School.In 1975,he graduated from the Macao Institute of Chinese Medicine,Macao,China.After returning to the West,Ted taught Chinese medicine throughout the States,Europe,Latin America,and Australia.Ted’s book,The Web that Has No Weaver:Understanding Chinese Medicine is a groundbreaking explanation of East Asian medicine that continues to shape the discourse of the Chinese medicine profession in the West and has been translated into 13 languages.In 1990,Ted was recruited in Harvard Medical School to help research Chinese medicine.After encountering high placebo responses in multiple acupuncture clinical trials,Ted decided to switch his career to primarily studying placebo.He has published over 300 peer-reviewed articles.He has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Acupuncture Research(2015),the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society for Interdisciplinary Placebo Studies(2021),and the William Silen Lifetime Achievement Award in Mentoring from Harvard Medical School(2022).

城市轨道交通ATO与TCMS功能融合设计

[目的]基于ATO(列车自动运行系统)与TCMS(列车控制及监控系统)的基本功能,采用融合设计的方式可简化重复设计,并优化列车控制功能,故有必要开展相关研究。[方法]通过综合分析现阶段ATO和TCMS在城市轨道交通中的功能和应用,研究ATO和TCMS控制功能融合,提出了一种列车系统集成化和控制功能更佳的一体化设计方案,并分析了功能融合所带来的优势。[结果及结论]融合ATO和TCMS功能后,可提高列车的系统集成度,使之更容易实现智能化,但也需要克服技术和管理等方面的挑战。

应用于中继卫星通信系统的16QAM-TCM技术研究

网格编码调制技术可以在不改变信息传输频谱带宽的条件下,改善信噪比,减少发射功率,降低误码率,其实现的方法是分割星座图形成子集,逐步增大星座图中信号点之间的最小欧氏距离。本论文在项目组自研的中继卫星通信系统仿真平台上,仿真了8PSK与16QAM-TCM两种调制技术的解调性能,仿真曲线反映了误比特率需求与所需信噪比之间的关系。仿真结果表明:(1)在理想信道条件、I/Q(Inphase/Quadrature,同相/正交)幅相不平衡、幅频特性、群时延、相位噪声、功率放大器饱和点条件下,假设误比特率需求为1E-7,16QAM-TCM技术的信噪比需求与8PSK调制技术的信噪比需求相比,分别可节省8.85 dB、9.04 dB、8.45 dB、10.2 dB、8.5 dB、14.6 dB的信噪比;(2)在非线性信道条件下,当信噪比增大时,8PSK调制技术的误比特率在1E-3数量级附近波动,不再变化;(3)假设需求的误比特率为1E-7,16QAMTCM调制技术非线性信道信噪比仿真值与理想信道信噪比仿真值相比,损失了4.8 dB。

基于GaN器件的单相逆变器TCM控制策略研究

氮化镓(GaN)高电子迁移率晶体管具有开关速度快、器件损耗小的优点,在高频应用场合得到广泛应用。为了进一步提高变换器效率和功率密度,将三角电流模式(TCM)调制用于基于GaN器件的单相逆变器中,通过控制负向电流与死区时间实现了全范围零电压开关(ZVS),达到提高变换器效率和功率密度的目的。搭建了1台样机进行验证,实验结果表明,TCM调制在不同负载条件下均可实现软开关,最大开关频率可达300 kHz,峰值效率可达98.5%。

Analysis on the results of graduate examination for standardized medical residency training in general hospital---- Takes The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University as an example

[ 目的] 对昆明医科大学第一附属医院（ 以下简称昆医附一院）2016 -2017年住院医师规范化培训结 业综合考核结果进行分析和总结,查找培训过程中存在的问题,提出提高住院医师规范化培训质量的建议. [方法] 将云南省住院医师规范化培训管理平台中公布的昆医附-院2016 - 2017年住院医师规范化培训结业综 合考核的结果录入Excel, 按照考试站点各专业考核情况进行分类统计,并对数据进行分析.[结果] 各站点考 试的合格率分别为综合知识部分95.26%,辅助检查部分88.23%,病史采集部分97.64%,体格检查部分 96. 14% ,病例分析部分97.21%,临床操作部分94.21%,门诊病例书写部分97.42%,医患沟通部分98.07%. 各专业综合考核第-阶段的不合格率：最高的为泌尿外科63. 64 %,最低的为内科学6.25%.各专业综合考核 第二阶段的不合格率：最高的为神经内科33.33%,最低的为超声科6. 67 %.[结论] 结业考核结果中,除辅助 检查部分外,其余七站均达到90 %以上的合格率,说明辅助检查判读的部分是该院参培住院医师的薄弱环节, 应加强检查结果判读培训,以确保提高住院医师规范化培训的综合质量.

Challenges for Graduate Writers

The ability to write effectively is becoming increasingly important, and instruction in writing is thus assuming an increasingly role in second language education, particularly the relationship between composition studies and second language studies has come to attract significant attention. The purpose of this paper is to discuss issues on academic writing confronted by student writers at graduate level. The conclusion of this paper will present some possible solutions to these problems.

Use of disposable graduated biopsy forceps improves accuracy of polyp size measurements during endoscopy

AIM: To determine the accuracy of endoscopic polyp size measurements using disposable graduated biopsy forceps(DGBF). METHODS: Gradations accurate to 1 mm were assessed with the wire of disposable graduated biopsy forceps. When a polyp was noted, endoscopists determined the width of the polyp; then, the graduated biopsy forceps was inserted and the largest diameter of the tumor was measured. After excision, during surgery or endoscopy, the polyp was measured using the vernier caliper.RESULTS: One hundred and thirty-three colorectal polyps from 119 patients were studied. The mean diameter, by post-polypectomy measurement, was 0.92 ± 0.69 cm; 83 were < 1 cm, 36 were between 1 and 2 cm, and 14 were > 2 cm. The mean diameter, by visual estimation, was 1.15 ± 0.88 cm; compared to the actual size measured using vernier calipers, the difference was statistically significant. The mean diameter measured using the DGBF was 0.93 ± 0.68 cm; compared to the actual size measured using vernier calipers, this difference was not statistically significant. The ratio between the mean size estimated by visual estimation and the actual size was significantly different from that between the mean size estimated using the DGBF and the actual size(1.26 ± 0.30 vs 1.02 ± 0.11).CONCLUSION: The accuracy of polyp size estimation was low by visual assessment; however, it improved when the DGBF was used.

Competence of clinical teachers:A survey on perception of masters of nursing specialist postgraduates, their clinical teachers, and head nurses

Objectives:To explore the current admittance situation of clinical teachers for masters of nursing specialist(MNS)postgraduates and to test the competence of clinical teachers in self-evaluation and other evaluations.Methods:In this cross-sectional study,using a random number table,we chose 80 MNS postgraduates under clinical practice,their clinical teachers,and head nurses each from six hospitals in Hunan and Guangdong.The participants were tested on the basis of the Clinical Teachers'Competence Inventory of MNS Postgraduates.The competences of clinical teachers were evaluated by the three groups of participants.Results:The aggregated scores of teacher competence as evaluated by the MNS postgraduates(181.33±24.95)were lower than those assigned by both clinical teachers(190.75±24.30)and their head nurses(198.53±18.90),with significant differences in all dimensions except for clinical managing ability.The five highest rated items from all participants focused on the teachers'clinical nursing ability,and the five lowest rated items were mainly about their clinical research ability.Conclusion:The evaluation from MNS postgraduates is obviously lower than the self-evaluation of clinical teachers,and all participants are aware of the deficiency in research ability of the teachers.Thus,the admittance and examination of clinical teachers should be controlled strictly.Training should be carried out immediately to strengthen their comprehensive abilities,especially their research ability.

From nuclear submarines to graduate medical education: applying David Marquet's intent-based leadership model

L.David Marquet,a decorated Navy Captain,transformed an under performing submarine crew by empowering his subordinates to be leaders and reach their full potential.He called this intent-based leadership(IBL).What would happen if Marquet’s model were implemented in Graduate Medical Education(GME)?In this letter to the editor,we summarize the potential of the IBL model in graduate medical education as opposed to the traditional leaderfollower method.IBL harnesses human productivity toward the shared goals of GME,which are patient care and trainee learning.This shift in mindset could lead both teachers and trainees to focus more on the real reason that we undertake GME and change behaviors for the better.We suggest that IBL can and should be adopted in GME and propose that both patients and providers will benefit from this action.

Master’s Degree, a New Requirement to Become an RDN by 2024: A Comparison of Nutrition Graduate Programs Offered in the USA

Background: The registered dietetic four-year degree educational structure has been intact since 1926. Master level nutrition programs exist in the U.S., but are not standardized or accredited unlike four-year degrees. Academic requirements for nutrition graduate programs vary regionally across the nation. Objective: To 1) quantify and describe the availability of Master level nutrition programs regionally;and 2) examine the current M.A. and M.S. program requirements for a nutrition graduate degree in the U.S. Methods: Nutrition graduate programs (n = 201) were analyzed and compared by geographical region. Data were collected between August 2017 and May 2018. Inclusion criteria were defined as: nutrition graduate programs listed in the American Society of Nutrition (ASN) database that had a nutrition graduate program website. Descriptive statistical analysis measured evaluated variables. Results: A total of 201 nutrition graduate programs in the U.S. were identified. The title of the programs was categorized into 29 main themes. The most common nutrition graduate program title was a M.S. in Nutrition, 55 institutions (27.4%). A total of 181 institutions offered a M.S. with a required thesis, whereas 95 offered a M.S. with a non-thesis option, and only eight offered a M.A. Region 3-South offered the highest number of nutrition graduate programs (66), followed by region 2-Midwest with 49 programs, region 1-Northeast offered a total of 46 programs, and 37 programs were offered in region 4-West. Conclusion: In 2024, as part of the RD eligibility criteria, it will be required that students possess a master’s degree. To date, only one master’s program in the U.S. is accredited, which assures the student a measure of confidence of program rigor and accountability. Dietitians’ three major professional concerns: respect, recognition and rewards are predicated on rigorous educational programs that meet ACEND standards. It is unlikely that all U.S. master level programs will be accredited by 2024.
