Firstly, the existence of bounded absorption set is proved by using a prior estimation, then the existence and uniqueness of the global solution of the problem is proved by using the classical Galerkin’s method. Finally, Housdorff dimension and fractal dimension of the family of global attractors are estimated by linear variational method and generalized Sobolev-Lieb-Thirring inequality.展开更多

The flow curves of S-198 gum showed plastic behavior above 0.3%. Gelation did not occur in S-198 gum solution at low temperature (0℃), even at 0.8%. Both the viscosity and the elastic modulus remained constant with increasing temperature up to 80?C. The elastic modulus decreased a little with the addition of CaCl2 (6.8 mM), but then once again remained constant up to 80℃. The highest elastic modulus was observed for deacylated gellan gum with the addition of CaCl2 and increased slightly with increasing temperature up to 80℃, which was considered to be a transition temperature, after which it decreased rapidly. The elastic modulus of S-198 gum in the presence of urea (4.0 M) was lower than that in aqueous solution at low temperature (0℃), but remained constant with increasing temperature up to 80℃. The intramolecular associations, (hydrogen bonding and van der Waals forces of attraction), of S-198 gum molecules in aqueous solutions were proposed. The gellan family of polysaccharides, S-198, S-88, S-657, rhamsan, welan and gellan gum, provided a good opportunity to investigate the structure-function relationship for polysaccharides.展开更多

We analyzed the structures and functions of the Caspr family- CNTNAP1 (Casprl), CNTNAP2 (Caspr2), CNTNAP3 (Caspr3), CNTNAP4 (Caspr4) and CNTNAP5 (Caspr5), Casprl-5 is not only involved in the formation of myelinated axons, but also participates in maintaining the stability of adjacent connections. Casprl participates in the formation, differentiation, and proliferation of neurons and astrocytes, and in motor control and cognitive function. We also analyzed the relationship between the Caspr family and neurodegenerative diseases, multiple sclerosis, and autoimmune encephalitis. Gu’s Function shows that the trace metal ion concentration in water vapor has positive correlation to"specific electron affinity constant"last ionization potential Iz/ion valence Z and negative correlation to ion volume V and coordination number N(Gu, 1994). Gu’s Func-tion C=f[(Iz/Z)/VN]of the bond parameter in water vapor chemistry corresponds to the potential energy function Z’ e2/r in the Schrodinger Equation of quantum chemistry. In different ions with the same 2+ charge, the ion concentration of water-water vapor transfer may be much different. This shows that the 2+ charge of different ions has different attractive force (hydration force). This different attractive force of the charge can be scaled with the relative energy or charge size from Gu’s Function.展开更多

The treatment of both diseases depends on their individual therapies. However, it is very hard to deal with this coexistence when CD is refractory to standard therapies. Ongoing activity of CD triggers the clinical attacks of FMF and the symptoms like abdominal pain interfere with both disease presentations which can cause problems about diagnostic and therapeutic approach. The main therapeutic agent for FMF is colchicine and diarrhea is the most common side effect of this drug. This side effect also causes problems about management of these diseases when both of them are clinically active. Here we report probably the first case in the literature with coexisting CD and FMF who was successfully treated by leukopheresis since he was refractory to conventional therapies for CD.展开更多

PARK1 gene contains two mutation sites, namely Ala30Pro and Ala53Thr, which are located on exons 3 and 4, respectively. However, the genetic loci of the pathogenic genes remain unclear. In this study, blood samples were collected from 11 members of a family with high prevalence of Parkinson's disease, including four affected cases, five suspected cases and two non-affected cases. Point mutation screening of common mutation sites on PARK1 gene exon 4 was conducted using PCR, to determine the genetic loci of the causative gene for Parkinson's disease. Gene identification and sequencing results showed that a T base deletion mutation was observed in the PARK1 gene exon 4 of all 11 collected samples. It was confirmed that the PARK1 gene exon 4 gene mutation is an important pathogenic mutation for Parkinson's disease.展开更多

文摘Pressure is an effective and clean way to modify the electronic structures of materials, cause structural phase transitions and even induce the emergence of superconductivity. Here,we predicted several new phases of the Zr XY family at high pressures using the crystal structures search method together with first-principle calculations. In particular, the Zr Ge S compound undergoes an isosymmetric phase transition from P4/nmm-I to P4/nmm-II at approximately 82 GPa.Electronic band structures show that all the high-pressure phases are metallic.Among these new structures,P4/nmm-II Zr Ge S and P4/mmm Zr Ge Se can be quenched to ambient pressure with superconducting critical temperatures of approximately 8.1 K and 8.0 K,respectively. Our study provides a way to tune the structure, electronic properties, and superconducting behavior of topological materials through pressure.
