新疆伊犁果子沟牧场绦虫病的调查

本文报道新疆伊犁州果子沟牧场的家畜和某些动物的绦虫病原计有6科12属24种。黄鼠栉带绦虫、梳状莫斯绦虫、黄鼠膜壳绦虫、厚头带虫和四斑绦虫蚴等为我国的新记录。粪检表明有16.4%绵羊和7.40%黄牛感染奠氏绦虫病。屠宰场剖检发现18%绵羊和25%黄牛感染有4种裸头科绦虫病原,其中11.47%阳性牲畜感染扩张莫氏绦虫,16.30%感染贝氏莫氏绦虫,22.95%为中点无卵黄腺绦虫,16.39%为贾氏曲子宫绦虫,而混合感染2种以上都却占32.78%。屠宰场剖检绵羊有96.2%感染细粒棘球蚴病,其中肝棘球蚴有99.67%,肺棘蚴有74%。检验牧场地螨计5属9种20,220只,发现Scheloribates latipes(0.080%)和Scheloribates sp(0.023%)等二种地螨自然感染莫氏绦虫拟囊尾蚴。所有阳性的地螨均是采自夏牧场,表明性畜主要是在夏牧场放牧时而被感染。裸头科绦虫和媒介地螨类之间的相互关系以及包虫病在我国的重要性等问题有简要的讨论。
