Construction of the "Three-integration" Rolling Development Mode in the Urban-rural Fringe from the Perspective of Thematic Business Engine : A Case Study of "Zhucheng Dinosaur Eco-city" in Shandong Province

Starting from the transformation and upgrading of traditional culture,the optimization and development of traditional industries,and the innovation of traditional models,this paper used cultural entrepreneurship to trigger the thematic business engine,and explored Zhucheng City with its unique dinosaur culture.It proposed"Three-integration"rolling development mode to build Zhucheng into a new highland of cultural entrepreneurship and create new competitiveness under the background of agricultural and rural modernization development.This paper also explored from the perspective of multi-subject collaboration of cultural entrepreneurship.Government needs to establish rolling development pilot projects and promote their application;enterprises need to play the engine role of thematic business through the mode of"getting larger to help smaller ones";the masses need to pay attention to the reaction of culture to the economy,so as to promote the wave of high-level promotion of cultural inheritance and urban-rural integration.

Issues of Eco-agricultural Industrialization for Big Qinling Eco-city Cluster

Firstly,the necessities of ecological agriculture development in Big Qinling Eco-city Cluster were discussed.Then,condition endowment of eco-agricultural industrialization in Big Qinling Eco-city Cluster was analyzed from the aspects of basic conditions and differential endowment of eco-agricultural industrialization.Finally,specific forms and functional orientation of eco-agriculture were pointed out.Countermeasures for the eco-agricultural industrialization in Big Qinling Eco-city Cluster were put forward.Firstly,the government guidance and the media publicity should be strengthened.Secondly,financial support for the eco-agricultural industrialization in Big Qinling Eco-city Cluster should be enhanced.Thirdly,branding strategies of eco-agricultural products in Big Qinling Eco-city Cluster should be implemented as soon as possible.

Eco-city Planning and Practices from the Perspective of Environmental Performance Evaluation

By reviewing researches on environmental performance evaluation of current eco-city construction, this paper analyzed characteristics and deficiencies of the evaluation methods and index systems, and took Haizhu Eco-city for example to assess the environmental performance of eco-city construction from the perspectives of land, water environment, regional weather, and biodiversity. On this basis, a scientific, objective and feasible evaluation method and index system was basically formed so as to demonstrate the efficiency of eco-city construction, and to provide scientific support for the dynamic adjustment and optimization of eco-city construction.

Comparative Study of Eco-city Indicator System in Tianjin-Tangshan Area: A Case Study of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city and Caofeidian Eco-city

On the basis of previous researches on current eco-city indicator system in China, achievements of Caofeidian Eco-city and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city in the establishment of indicator system were compared, and their differences in indicator construction framework, indicator component ratio and indicator valuation were summarized. It was found through studying the indicator systems that local indicators should stress characteristics of the city on the basis of national standards, and comply with urban construction conditions; and also that indicator system needed balance between macro and micro level, more reasonable value, and further improvement in the construction and management.

Analysis on Green Agriculture Policy during the Development of Eco-city in European Countries and the United States and Policy Recommendations

Ecological agriculture is the important industrial foundation for building eco-cities,while green agriculture policy plays an essential role in promoting sustainable development of ecological agriculture. This paper analyzed the relationship between green agriculture policy and developing eco-cities and characteristics of green agriculture policies in European countries and the United States developing ecological cities.Besides,it summarized experience,in hope of providing beneficial reference for China developing eco-cities.

Study on Integration of Suburban Forest Park and Eco-city into “Mega-landscape”

Review of Related Studies on Eco-city Theory

This paper reviews the birth and development of eco-city research by means of historical analysis and literature search. It elaborates the concepts,connotations and principles of scholars both at home and abroad. By comparing the research and practice differences between domestic and foreign eco-city construction,it reviews the various indicators and research progress applied in the current eco-city construction in foreign countries. It systematically sorts out the characteristics of eco-city construction practice in China and points out the main problems in the construction of China's eco-city.

An evaluation of Chinese eco-city development based on daily lifestyle study:Taking Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as a case study

After the rapid large-scale but rough development in China since 1978,environmental issues occurred at the same time.As a result,China started to pay attention to environmental protection and try to seek a way of decoupling economic growth and the environment.Eco-city is regarded as a solution widely supported by the central government.After learning from international experience,China has explored a distinctive way to develop eco-cities within the specific Chinese context.This paper aims to evaluate the development of Chinese eco-cities.Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city is taken as a case study to analyze based on daily lifestyle of its residents.A total of 22 interviews,and three days of potential observations were collected in this study as a database.Summative content analysis is applied with 15 keywords and three categories.Policy suggestions are provided at the end aiming to overcome the current existing weakness.

Clean Production and Ecological Industry:A Key to Eco-city Development

Eco-city development is a healthy process towards sustainable development, within the carrying capacity of local ecosystem through changing production mode, consumption behavior and decision instrument based on ecological economics and system engineering. The key to its planning is an ecological integration to make trade-off between economic wealth and environmental health, between material and spiritual civilization, between natural and human eco-cybernetics. Integration, demonstration, citizens’ participation and scientists’ and technician’s catalyzing are the key instruments for the implementation of the ecocity plan. "Clean production" and "ecological industry" are key elements in comprehensive development towards an eco-city. Beyond the technical and management questions, how to interlink production, consumption and reduction at the local and regional level, the spatial and urban dimension should be considered in order to perform an integrative urban eco-space.

Production of an Eco-Cement by Clinker Substitution by the Mixture of Calcined Clay and Limestone, Songololo (DR Congo)

Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) is by mass the largest manufactured product on Earth, responsible for approximately 6% - 8% of global anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) and 35% of industrial CO2 emissions. On average 0.8 to 0.9 ton of CO2 is emitted to produce one ton of OPC. In this paper, partial substitution of clinker (30% - 35%) by the calcined clay-limestone mixture was investigated in order to produce an eco-cement (LC3). Analyzes by XRF, XRD and ATG/ATD have characterized different components, determined the calcination temperature and selected the right clay which can act as effective Supplementary Cementitious Material (SCM). Mechanical tests on mortar carried out over a period of 90 days. The WBCSD/WRI “Greenhouse Gas Protocol” methodology then allowed the calculation of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Three types of clay are available in the Songololo Region. The kaolinite is the principal clay mineral and its content varies from 27% to 34%. The sum of kaolinite and amorphous phase which enable clay to react with cementitious material ranges from 57% to 60%. The SiO2 content ranges from 33% to 76%, the Alumina content from 12% to 20% so that the ratio Al2O3/SiO2 is on the higher side (0.17 - 0.53). The calcination window is between 750°C and 850°C and the best clay which can act as SCM identified. The clinker’s substitution reduced CO2 emissions from 0.824 ton of CO2 for one ton of OPC to 0.640 ton of CO2 for one ton of LC3, means 22% less emissions. The compressive strengths developed by LC3 vary from 8.91 to 57.6 MPa (Day 1 to Day 90), exceed those of references 32.5 cement and are close to 42.5 cement. In view of the results, LC3 cement can be considered for industrial trials.

海珠区极端短时强降水的特征分析

选取2017—2022年广州市海珠区内23个区域气象站的逐小时降水观测资料,统计分析了海珠区内极端短时强降水的特征,结果表明:海珠区极端短时强降水有“一年多两年少”的年变化特征,年内分布主要集中在4—9月(主汛期),且在5、8月呈“双峰”特征,前汛期的峰值高于后汛期的峰值;凌晨、傍晚到上半夜是极端短时强降水的易发时段,恰好与下班高峰期重合,给城市交通增加了巨大的压力。小时雨量在50~59.9 mm范围内出现的次数最多,占比超过50%;极端短时强降水年极值在8月出现次数最多,2019年7月22日16:00出现了期间极端最强短时强降水,达80.9 mm。极端短时强降水年平均次数在海珠区中部、东北角、西北角最多,尤其中部是极端短时强降水的易发区域,说明不同高低的城市建筑物会产生不同的地表粗糙程度,会使降水系统的移动速度减慢,导致雨强增大。

A New Kind of Eco-Cement Made of Cement Kiln Dust and Granular Blast Furnace Slag

A research project wus conducted to manufacture eco-cement for sustainable development using cement kiln dust（ CKD ） and granular blast furnace slag（ GBFS ）. In the project, the burning process and minerul compositions of CKD dinker were investigated. Different minerulizers such as CaSO4 and CaF2 , sulfur and alkali corttent were coasidered. The strength of CKD and GBFS eco-cement were evaluated. The results indicate the CKD clinker can not only form ordinary cement clinker minerals such as C3 S, C2 S and C4 AF , but also form such high-reuctive minerals as C4 A3 S and C. A7 · CaF2 . The CKD and GBFS eco-cement will have the similar strength to the Portland cement grade 32.5 when blend proportion is properly applied.

生态空间内的详细规划单元划定与规划策略——以广州海珠国家湿地公园为例

采用自然资源资产评估理论和方法,通过评估生态空间内部的自然资源资产价值,识别自然资源资产价值空间差异,利用空间耦合分析方法划定生态空间内的详细规划单元并提出差异化的规划管控策略。在此基础上,以广州海珠国家湿地公园为例,根据自然资源资产价值评估结果将生态空间内的详细规划单元划分为4种类型,并以自然资源资产保值增值为目标,重点聚焦人类活动强度、保护利用、生态修复等重要指标,探讨差异化的规划管控策略。

基于环境DNA宏条形码技术的水体无脊椎动物多样性研究:以广州海珠湖为例

于2021年1月,利用环境DNA宏条形码(eDNA)技术,对广州海珠国家湿地公园海珠湖的水体和沉积物进行无脊椎动物多样性和群落结构调查,并比较了eDNA和传统形态学鉴定对浮游动物的检出能力。结果表明:eDNA检出海珠湖无脊椎动物9门16纲34目71科93属137个可操作分类单元(OTUs);其中,水采样品中共检出9门50属68个OTUs,网采样品中共检出6门27属35个OTUs,沉积物休眠卵样品中共检出9门70属103个OTUs。水采和网采样品中,主要的无脊椎动物均为轮虫动物门和节肢动物门;沉积物中主要的无脊椎动物为环节动物门和节肢动物门。沉积物休眠卵OTU丰富度最高,水采样品的OTU丰富度高于网采样品。比较浮游动物的形态鉴定和eDNA鉴定,发现后者在属水平上能鉴定出更多的种类;形态学鉴定的桡足类(100%)和多数轮虫(58.82%)可被eDNA注释出,而eDNA注释出的多数桡足类(71.43%)和轮虫(58.82%)在形态学鉴定中未发现;eDNA未注释出枝角类。结果表明,eDNA在无脊椎动物调查中具有较高的应用潜力,与传统形态学鉴定组合应用能更全面地了解无脊椎动物的种类和水生生物多样性。

广州海珠湿地鞘翅目中国新记录属种记述

为了摸清粤港澳大湾区的昆虫多样性的现状,自2020年以来对大湾区各地多个森林公园、湿地公园以及保护区进行布点监测。在整理2021年与2022年采集自广州海珠国家湿地公园的马氏网鞘翅目标本的过程中,本研究发现了7个中国新记录种,分别为拳甲科的Acalyptomerus asiaticus Lawrence,1979、谷盗科的Ancyrona haroldi Reitter,1877、拟花萤科的Dromanthomorphus mirabilis(Pic,1907)、出尾扁甲科的Europs sp.、锯谷盗科的Silvanopsis raffrayi Grouvelle,1892、穴甲科的Triboderus sp.和窄须伪瓢虫科的Bystodes flavoapicalis Sasaji,1990,其中Acalyptomerus、Dromanthomorphus、Europs和Triboderus为新记录属。

传承与创新:广州海珠区非遗传承现状及保护方案研究

作为广州老城核心区之一的海珠区,不仅是广州岭南传统文化的重要区域,亦是打造广州城市名片的关键一环。海珠区丰富悠久的历史文化将借由这些饱含广府文化元素的非遗代表性项目展现在世人眼前。该文通过对海珠区内相关非物质文化遗产项目的整理,梳理出广州海珠区非遗项目的传承现状,在此基础上分析非遗项目的价值,最后探讨其保护路径。旨在以海珠区为典型,摸索保护、传承非物质文化遗产的新模式,不仅有利于推进本区域历史文化的有序重组,为塑造广州整体城市形象蓄力,也将为其他地区开展相关工作提供一定参考。

海珠湾过江隧道总体设计方案研究

海珠湾隧道是打通广州中心城区与南站枢纽快速连通的重要组成部分,具有接线路网复杂、超大直径、地质条件复杂及沿线结构物密集等难点,隧道总体设计难度大。首先,详细阐述隧道建设的意义,综合考虑总体规划、农田占用、征地拆迁和环境效应等因素,探索最优的平面线位,通过分析提出合理的技术指标;同时基于隧道建设条件与特点,制定沿线敏感结构物力学扰动评价指标和标准,开展隧道工法比选分析。然后,对推荐的盾构法进行横断面方案比选,并借助数值法评价不同断面方案诱发的既有结构力学响应,以支撑方案优选设计。最后,明确实施控制条件,进行推荐方案的平面、纵断面设计研究,并分析隧道建设关键技术;针对海珠湾隧道建设特点,通过多因素综合比选,形成合理的工程总体设计方案。

海珠喘息定片的特征图谱研究

目的建立海珠喘息定片的特征图谱,为整体质量评价提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A(250×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL·min^(-1),梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长300 nm。结果建立了不同厂家的15批样品的HPLC特征图谱,确定8个特征峰,并对其分别归属于胡颓子叶、防风、甘草三味药材。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,可有效控制该药品质量。

基于多组分含量测定和化学计量学的海珠喘息定片质量评价研究

目的:建立超高效液相色谱(UPLC)同时测定海珠喘息定片中5种化学成分含量的方法,并结合化学计量学分析不同来源样品的质量。方法:Waters-ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,检测波长为300 nm。对5家企业的15批样品中5种成分进行含量测定,并采用雷达图分析、热图聚类分析、主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘-判别分析法对数据进行统计分析。结果:15批海珠喘息定片中5种化学成分的平均含量(μg•g^(-1)),升麻素苷为53.09~324.05,甘草苷为172.03~533.81,5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷为84.44~278.85,亥茅酚苷为42.82~302.54和5-甲氧基补骨脂素为2.61~16.59。化学计量学分析表明,同一企业不同批次的样品整体质量较为一致,不同企业样品的整体质量差异较大。结论:所建立的UPLC多组分含量测定方法准确、稳定、简便,可为该制剂的质量控制和评价方法提供参考。
