To realize the robotic harvesting of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemums,the quick recognition and 3D vision localization system for target Chrysanthemums was investigated in this study.The system was comprised of three mai...To realize the robotic harvesting of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemums,the quick recognition and 3D vision localization system for target Chrysanthemums was investigated in this study.The system was comprised of three main stages.Firstly,an end-effector and a simple freedom manipulator with three degrees were designed to meet the quality requirements of harvesting Hangzhou White Chrysanthemums.Secondly,a segmentation based on HSV color space was performed.A fast Fuzzy C-means(FCM)algorithm based on S component was proposed to extract the target image from irrelevant background.Thirdly,binocular stereo vision was used to acquire the target spatial information.According to the shape of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemums,the centroids of stamens were selected as feature points to match in the right and left images.The experimental results showed that the proposed method was able to recognize Hangzhou White Chrysanthemums with the accuracy of 85%.When the distance between target and baseline was 150-450 mm,the errors between the calculated and measured distance were less than 14 mm,which could meet the requirements of the localization accuracy of the harvesting robot.展开更多

Focusing on literary works quoted in both of these ga...This article examines the shifting geo-political significance of Hangzhou as presented in two local gazetteers dating from the Southern Song dynasty (1127-1276). Focusing on literary works quoted in both of these gazetteers that describe two of Hangzhou's famous halls on West Lake, I argue that geographic discourses on these halls manifest a tension between two conflicting presentations of Hangzhou's geo-political significance as understood by literati elite of the Southern Song. In writings concerning the Hall of Possessing Beauty (Youmei tang 有美堂), Hangzhou was viewed as a city of rising economic and cultural importance during the Northern Song. Writings on the Hall of Centrality and Harmony (Zhonghe tang 中和堂), in contrast, depict Hangzhou as an imperial refuge for a court in flight and associate it with the motif of territorial loss during the Southern Song when the city became the dynastic capital. By examining how these two views of Hangzhou are contrasted, this essay concludes that gazetteers functioned to grade and rank different kinds of landscapes in order to make geo-political arguments about the proper reconstitution of the empire during the Southern Song.展开更多

Based on the hierarchical model of leisure constraints (personal constraints, interpersonal constraints, and structural constraints), this study has tended to focus on the leisure constraints for foreign students participating in local folk and cultural activities in Wenzhou. A first-order nonlinear autoregression model based on Clark’s negative exponential model is proposed to show urban population density. The new method and model are applied to Hangzhou City, China, as an example. The average distance of population activities, the auto-correlation coefficient of urban population density, and the auto-regressive function values all show trends of gradual increase from 1964 to 2000, but there always is a sharp first-order cutoff in the partial auto- correlations. These results indicate that urban development is a process of localization. The discovery of urban locality is significant to improve the cellular-automata-based urban simulation of modeling spatial complexity.展开更多
The attention mechanism can extract salient features in images,which has been proved to be effective in improving the performance of person re-identification(Re-ID).However,most of the existing attention modules have ...The attention mechanism can extract salient features in images,which has been proved to be effective in improving the performance of person re-identification(Re-ID).However,most of the existing attention modules have the following two shortcomings:On the one hand,they mostly use global average pooling to generate context descriptors,without highlighting the guiding role of salient information on descriptor generation,resulting in insufficient ability of the final generated attention mask representation;On the other hand,the design of most attention modules is complicated,which greatly increases the computational cost of the model.To solve these problems,this paper proposes an attention module called self-supervised recalibration(SR)block,which introduces both global and local information through adaptive weighted fusion to generate a more refined attention mask.In particular,a special"Squeeze-Excitation"(SE)unit is designed in the SR block to further process the generated intermediate masks,both for nonlinearizations of the features and for constraint of the resulting computation by controlling the number of channels.Furthermore,we combine the most commonly used Res Net-50 to construct the instantiation model of the SR block,and verify its effectiveness on multiple Re-ID datasets,especially the mean Average Precision(m AP)on the Occluded-Duke dataset exceeds the state-of-the-art(SOTA)algorithm by 4.49%.展开更多

文摘具有混合记忆的自步对比学习(Self-paced Contrastive Learning,SpCL)通过集群聚类生成不同级别的伪标签来训练网络,取得了较好的识别效果,然而该方法从源域和目标域中捕获的行人数据之间存在典型的分布差异,使得训练出的网络不能准确区别目标域和源域数据域特征。针对此问题,提出了双分支动态辅助对比学习(Dynamic Auxiliary Contrastive Learning,DACL)框架。该方法首先通过动态减小源域和目标域之间的局部最大平均差异(Local Maximum Mean Discrepancy,LMMD),以有效地学习目标域的域不变特征;其次,引入广义均值(Generalized Mean,GeM)池化策略,在特征提取后再进行特征聚合,使提出的网络能够自适应地聚合图像的重要特征;最后,在3个经典行人重识别数据集上进行了仿真实验,提出的DACL与性能次之的无监督域自适应行人重识别方法相比,mAP和rank-1在Market1501数据集上分别增加了6.0个百分点和2.2个百分点,在MSMT17数据集上分别增加了2.8个百分点和3.6个百分点,在Duke数据集上分别增加了1.7个百分点和2.1个百分点。
