Regional agricultural landscape pattern changes along the Yellow River in Henan Province from 1987 to 2002

Agricultural landscape along the riparian zones is designated as important landscape components for partly controlling water quality, biodiversity, as well as for their aesthetic role in landscapes. Therefore, the change of agricultural landscape along the riparian zones is at the top of the agenda for many policy makers and landscape planners. As a basis for conservation management, sufficient information about landscape structure should be provided. In the present study, we reconstructed the former landscape structure and elucidated the changes in landscape patterns during a period of about 15 years. Two sets of maps were used： a landsat-5 TM image （1987） and landsat-7 ETM image （2002）. The frequency index, landscape diversity index and landscape fragmentation index were calculated for analyses. The results showed that： （1） the areas of the irrigated land, river, forest and beach landscape classes presented a decreasing trend while the areas of landscape classes of pool, paddy fields, dry land and construction land increased. （2） Disturbed by human activity, landscape diversity index increased but landscape fragmentation index decreased. In short, Human activities have had important influences on agricultural landscape of the riparian zones along the Yellow River in Henan Province.

Study on Balanced Development of Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Henan Province

This article expounds the connotation of balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization",and points out the problems thwarting balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization" in Henan Province as follows:the level of industrialization is not high;the general level of urbanization is low;the agricultural foundation is weak and there are many institutional barriers.The goal of balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization" in Henan Province is to take a road of industrialization and urbanization,not at the expense of agriculture and food.Based on this,the measures are put forward for balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization " in Henan Province as follows:keep to the new road of industrialization with characteristics of Henan Province,promote the development of industry and accelerate the transformation of pattern;keep to the road of new urbanization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in urban development pattern;adhere to the road of agricultural modernization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in pattern of agricultural development.

Researches on Countermeasures and the Status Quo of Agricultural Industrialized Cluster in Henan Province

On the basis of the introduction of the connotation of agricultural industrialized cluster,the thesis introduces the competitive advantages of agricultural industrialized cluster as follows:firstly,it makes the agricultural production factors cluster and curtails the agricultural production costs;secondly it enhances the innovation abilities of industries;thirdly it improves the urbanization level of rural areas and increases farmers' income.The thesis also analyzes the status quo of agricultural industrialized cluster in Henan Province,points out the advantages of resources,cost,location and so on,and discuses the existing problems of the agricultural industrialized cluster in Henan Province as follows:firstly,the scale of agricultural industrialized cluster is small and the industrialized chain is short;secondly,there is a shortage of leading enterprises,and the radiating effect within industrialized cluster is not prominent;thirdly,the organization degree of agricultural industrialized cluster is weak,lacking scientific innovation ability.In order to solve the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows:firstly,take the market as the orientation,strengthen the policies formulation and accelerate the development of agricultural industrialized cluster in Henan by leaps and bounds;secondly,choose suitable developing models of agricultural industrialized cluster.

Research on Supplying Mechanisms of Rural Economic Able-person in Construction of New Countryside——Based on the Phenomenon of Intelligence Returning in Under-developed Agricultural Plain Area of Henan

From a perspective of the discussions on researches of economic able-person by researchers at home,it can be concluded that economic able-person has become the important mode promoting rural development.The research makes a discussion on the rural intelligence returning theory and points out that as a marketing action,rural intelligence returning functions directly and effectively on the supplying to rural economic able-person.The research also makes an analysis of the supplying mechanisms of rural able-person intelligence returning of the under-developed agricultural plain in Henan province.And results show that transferring of rural surplus labors takes place among provinces;farmers accelerate in returning to hometowns to make money and returning phenomena would tend to be normal.With more and more popular the intelligence returning phenomenon in rural areas,the under-developed agricultural plain in Henan province would make enough profits.

Evaluation on Ecological Agriculture Benefit and Coordinated Development Level in Henan Province

[Objective] The aim was to establish theevaluation index system of ecological agriculture benefit in Henan Province to assess its ecological agriculture benefit and coordinated development level. [Method] Based on the existing evaluation index system of ecological agriculture, the evaluation index system of ecological agriculture benefit in Henan Province was established by means of factor analysis from the aspects of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, so as to assess the ecological agriculture benefit and coordinated development level of cities at prefecture level in Henan Province. [Result] Zhengzhou City had the highest development level in ecological agriculture in Henan Province, and coordination level was the highest in Anyang City, while coordinated development level was the highest in Zhengzhou and lowest in Sanmenxia City. [Conclusion] The study could provide reference for the evaluation on ecological agriculture benefit in China.

Problems and Countermeasures for the Development of Modern Agriculture in Henan Province,China

Current status of agricultural development in Henan Province of China is analyzed,showing that the agricultural production condition is increasingly improved;food production reaches to a new level;characteristic agriculture and green agricultural production begin to take shape;the level of agricultural mechanization is significantly improved;and the agricultural standardization and opening degree are enhanced.Problems in the development of modern agriculture in Henan Province are pointed out,such as the prominent pressure on the increase in grain production,the great risks in food safety,the tough employment situation,and the weak ecological environment.Countermeasures for developing the modern agriculture in Henan Province are put forward,including stabilizing cultivation area,optimizing structure,relying on science and technology,doing everything possible to ensure the increase in grain production,strengthening the supervision on food safety,actively exploring the employment space of modern agriculture,and protecting ecological environment by modern agriculture.

Analysis of Factors Influencing Comprehensive Productivity of Agriculture in Henan Province on the Basis of Grey Correlation

According to the data from Henan Statistical Yearbook from 2002 to 2008, from production capital, production conditions, labour inputs and financial support, this paper selects 11 variables influencing comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province. Through calculation and analysis of grey correlation of variables and comprehensive productivity of agriculture, this paper determines the impact of different variables on comprehensive productivity of agriculture. The results show that the agricultural capital has become the most important factor influencing comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province, while the impact of production conditions, labour inputs and financial support on comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province diminishes in turn. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province as follows: strengthen agricultural financial system building, and ensure agricultural production expenditure; scientifically arrange allocation of agricultural resources, and improve agricultural production conditions; carry out training of agricultural skills, and elevate the quality of agricultural labour forces; increase financial expenditure for agricultural production, and optimize financial expenditure structure.

Development strategies of leisure agriculture and rural tourism of Henan province based on industry convergence

The industrial convergence has developed rapidly,which benefit promoting the innovation of traditional industry and optimizing the industrial structure.The integration of agriculture and tourism can promote the development of agricultural economy and tourism economy.Based on the industrial convergence theory,this paper explains the necessity of convergence of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and studies on the status quo of the development of tourism resources in Henan.Finally,it put forward the development strategies:(1)more support from the government is in need on policy,finance and using rural area;(2)the rural planning needs to be strengthened;(3)the agricultural resources needs to be integrated;(4)the incentive system needs to be built to attract talent.

基于因子分析法与聚类分析法的河南省农产品物流发展水平研究

2023年中央一号文件提出“坚持不懈地把解决好‘三农’问题作为全党工作重中之重,举全党全社会之力全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化”,推动农业发展,助力乡村振兴是我国的重点工作。为了研究河南省农产品物流情况,助力农业发展,以河南省的18个省辖市为研究样本,借助SPSS.23软件进行因子分析,以评价各市农产品物流不同的发展水平。利用聚类分析,按照农产品物流发展水平的综合得分将河南省的18个省辖市分为4类,最后有针对性的提出相关建议以推进各地区农产品物流高效发展。

乡村振兴战略下地域性农产品包装设计研究--以豫北黄小米为例

在乡村振兴战略背景下,探索具有豫北地域特色的设计模式,提升豫北黄小米包装的视觉品质,助力乡村振兴。以豫北黄小米包装设计为例,使用问卷调查的方法对豫北黄小米包装设计现状具体问题进行分析。充分提取豫北地区文化介质,结合目标用户需求提出优化方案并付诸实践。通过设计赋能,提升农产品附加值,引发消费者认同,促进地域类农产品的良性发展。

河南省农业科技应急服务能力建设研究

自然灾害突发事件对农业生产危害极大,河南作为农业大省,农业科技应急服务能力建设显得日益重要和迫切。为进一步提升农业科技服务应急能力,对农业科技人员、农民和管理人员三方开展问卷调查,并对农业科技服务应急应用平台、专长兼备的农业科技推广专家队伍、防灾减灾农业应急科技储备及应急物资储备等方面进行了调查分析。结果表明,84.21%的当地农技推广人员和76.05%的农业科研人员认为,需要有一定规模的防灾减灾农业应急科技储备;78.95%的农技推广人员和77.25%的农业科研人员认为,需要有一套农业防灾减灾应急预案。根据调研分析结果,从高度重视农业科技人才队伍建设、加快河南省“藏粮于技”农业科技应急服务信息平台建设、加强河南省农业科技应急技术储备能力建设、完善河南省农业自然灾害预警预报机制等方面提出了河南省农业自然灾害应急服务能力提升的建议,助力河南省农业强省建设。

河南省农业科技文献计量分析——基于2014—2023年10545篇SCI论文

【目的】对近十年河南省农业科技论文进行计量分析,为优化河南省农业科研管理提供数据支撑。【方法】基于WoS核心合集数据库的10 545篇论文,利用VOSviewer、Gephi等文献计量工具,构建国家地区、机构、作者之间的合作网络。【结果】发文量排名前三的单位是河南农业大学、河南工业大学和河南科技大学;发文量排名前三的个人是张全国、张改平和汪学德;作者共现网络共识别出14个研究团队。【结论】河南省农业科技论文在全国排在第十位,与先进地区有一定的差距。今后应加强团队建设,瞄准前沿领域,取得一批世界一流的研究成果。

基于熵权TOPSIS模型的农业绿色发展水平评价——以河南省为例

现代农业绿色发展水平反映了农业综合实力,通过评估河南省农业绿色发展水平,可为河南省建设现代农业强省提供指导。本研究采用熵权TOPSIS模型,构建了包含资源节约、环境友好、生态保育、质量高效4个维度14个指标的农业绿色发展综合评价指数,对河南省2007—2021年农业绿色发展水平动态变化及河南省下辖18个地市2019—2021年农业绿色发展水平(3年的平均值)进行了综合分析。结果表明:反映河南省农业绿色发展水平的综合评价指数呈波动上升趋势,但该指数反映的整体水平仍然较低;河南省各地市之间农业绿色发展水平差异较大,西部地区明显低于其他地区;根据聚类分析结果,河南省不同地市可划分为Ⅰ区(现代农业区)、Ⅱ区(传统农业区)和Ⅲ区(都市农业发展区)3个区域类型。河南省各地市应依据本地资源禀赋,面向国家发展战略需要,因地制宜,重点突破影响现代农业绿色发展的薄弱环节,进一步推进农业绿色发展进程。

河南省氮素农业面源污染风险评价与关键管控区识别

农业面源污染是我国水环境保护面临的重要问题,风险评价对于农业面源污染防治具有重要意义。本研究以河南省为研究区域,采用层次分析法的分级赋值方法,基于熵值法和专家打分确定各影响因子权重,构建河南省氮素农业面源污染风险多因子综合评价模型,计算河南省氮素农业面源污染风险指数并在流域尺度上进行验证,划分氮素农业面源污染的风险等级并识别关键管控区。结果表明:种植源、养殖源和生活源分别贡献河南省31.52%、38.47%和30.01%的氮素流失负荷,流失负荷呈现为西低,中、东部高的特点。河南省有39 429 km^(2)的区域存在中风险,约占河南省总面积的23.61%,有17 318 km^(2)的区域存在高风险,约占总面积的10.37%;划定距河流2 km以内的中、高风险区为一般管控区和重点管控区,面积分别为10 982 km^(2)和9 285 km^(2)。通过与同期水质自动监测数据进行相关分析,决定系数为0.82,表明模型模拟结果具有较高的精准度。综合结果表明,建立的多因子综合评价模型具有科学性和准确性,可用于氮素农业面源污染风险的识别。

河南省农业面源污染负荷估算及控制分区

农业面源污染问题是造成水环境污染的重要原因之一,识别农业面源污染空间分布并进行分区控制是农业面源污染防治的前提。运用清单分析法、等标污染负荷法和聚类分析法对河南省2020年农业面源的污染源、污染物及其空间分布特征进行分析。结果如下:1)河南省农业面源主要污染源为化肥施用和畜禽养殖,污染物COD排放量最大,南阳市排放总量最高;河南省农业面源污染呈较强的区域分异特征,化肥施用污染主要集中在周口市,畜禽养殖以南阳市为最严重;总等标污染指数最高为濮阳市。2)通过聚类分析将河南省划分3个一级面源污染控制分区:高度、中度和轻度风险区,并在此基础上细分为7个二级面源污染控制分区,并针对性地给出了河南省农业面源的防治对策,为河南省农业面源污染的分类管控提供参考依据。

2011-2021年河南省农业绿色发展水平评价

实现农业绿色发展对作为粮食主产区的河南省具有重要意义。该研究采用熵权法,从资源节约、环境友好和经济效益3个层面构建评价指标体系,对2011-2021年河南省农业绿色发展水平进行评估。结果表明:(1)河南省农业绿色发展水平总体呈稳步增长的趋势。资源利用率不断提高,农业生态环境不断改善、农民经济效益不断提高,整体优化程度属于中等以上水平;环境友好和经济效益指标增幅明显,资源节约指标增幅较小。(2)河南省农业绿色发展势头良好。环境友好、经济效益、资源节约的贡献率分别为13.79%、45.4%和40.8%,说明河南省农业绿色发展在资源节约还有较大的发展空间。提出着力补齐农业绿色发展过程中的短板,推进河南省农业生产全方位绿色化;逐步完善农业绿色发展的顶层设计,促进农业绿色发展体制机制创新;鼓励多主体共同推动农业绿色发展,促进生产全过程绿色化等建议。

河南省居民农产品消费现状分析及对策研究

为进一步带动消费结构升级,该文以河南省2007—2021年居民各类产品的年人均消费额为基础分析河南省居民农产品消费结构变化的现状,发现河南省与全国相比,居民的主粮依赖过高、蔬菜肉类消费不足、消费结构升级速度较慢,最后针对目前存在的问题,提出完善收入分配制度、增强居民消费能力、提高居民收入水平、促进消费结构升级、全面提升教育水平、升级消费观念的政策建议。

数字技术赋能农业强省建设的作用机制与对策研究——以河南省为例

数字技术与农业发展、农村建设、农民生活有机结合,成为推动农业强省建设的重要动力。近年来,数字技术在赋能河南省粮食安全、产业韧性、乡村建设、乡村治理、农民增收等方面效应初显,但也面临着数字基础设施薄弱、农业全产业链数字化水平总体较低、数字化转型技术支撑不足、农村数字化人才缺乏等挑战。为此,需从加强数字基础设施建设、推动数产深度融合、强化数字技术创新、建设数字人才队伍等方面提升数字技术的赋能效应。

农业集体化与舆论动员——《河南日报》对黄泛区农场的报道(1952—1957)

农业集体化是新中国成立初期农业经济的发展方向。在集体化的发展过程中,党报媒体对生产模范的宣传报道起到了重要的舆论动员作用,其中以《河南日报》对黄泛区农场的报道最为典型。通过对黄泛区农场丰收情况、机械化生产方式、先进生产技术及高效组织方式的报道,黄泛区的影响力扩展至全省、全国范围,激励、启发着各地农民走向集体化生产。

河南省农业农村碳排放测度及其时空格局分析

为探讨河南省农业农村碳排放时序特征及空间格局,基于IPCC(2006)提出的碳排放因子估算法对河南省2000—2020年农业农村碳排放进行估算,同时运用ArcGIS 10.6软件对河南省各市农业农村碳排放空间格局趋势进行分析。结果表明:河南省2000—2020年农业农村碳排放整体呈先上升后下降的倒“U”曲线趋势,农业农村碳排放结构中畜牧养殖业是第一源头,农村居民能源消费碳排放是第二大碳源。从空间格局来看,河南省各地区的碳排放量参差不齐,碳排放情况整体上由北向南,自西向东逐渐增多。但是,2000—2020年间河南省各地区的碳排放量整体上大致呈下降趋势。研究建议河南省要重视畜牧业的碳减排问题,大力推进畜牧业绿色低碳发展,以科技进步为引擎坚持适度农业机械化、科学施肥,坚持政策引导鼓励使用清洁能源替代高碳排放能源。
