The effective half-lifeof,131I-lipiodol in tumor was(4.5±1.92)anys and(6.22±0.61) days. The radioactivity of lung was(13.19±3.01)% and(5.19±2.28)% espectively.These results suggest that the 131I-lipiodol biodistribution in BGPI is better than that in HAI.Clinical results showed that ABP levels dropped rapidlyin 64.3% of patients with peltive AFP.A shrinkage in tumor size was observed in 66.7% of patients.Besides transient fever,elevated bilirubin and SGPT,no any toxicity and adverse reaction wasobserved.展开更多
