The porcine peptides at different doses were administered hepatotoxic mice to investigate their in vivo antioxidant capability. After administration, the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in liver and serum was enhanced and malonaldehyde content in liver and serum was greatly decreased. Therefore, the porcine peptides can significantly reduce the damage of active oxygen to body, enhance the body's antioxidant capability, and thus maintain health.展开更多
