The content of this book is based on Woolf’s two speeches at Cambridge, with the theme of “Women and fiction.” Through the analysis of the history and current situation of female literary creation, the paper points out that women should have the courage and right to fight for independent economic power and social status. “Oxbridge” is a combined term of Oxford and Cambridge, and Oxbridge pictures dominate the first chapter of A Room of One’s Own, which are the focus of this paper. Through a detailed analysis of the different indoor and outdoor pictures of Oxbridge, including nature, landscape, humanistic architecture and the “pictures” imagined in the narrator’s mind, this paper discusses the existence of Victorian women and Woolf’s feminist thoughts so as to provide possible implications for the social survival of contemporary women. Food Waste(FW)is a pressing environmental concern that affects every country globally.About one-third of the food that is produced ends up as waste,contributing to the carbon footprint.Hence,the FW must be properly tr...Food Waste(FW)is a pressing environmental concern that affects every country globally.About one-third of the food that is produced ends up as waste,contributing to the carbon footprint.Hence,the FW must be properly treated to reduce environmental pollution.This study evaluates a few available Food Waste Treatment(FWT)technologies,such as anaerobic digestion,composting,landfill,and incineration,which are widely used.A Bipolar Picture Fuzzy Set(BPFS)is proposed to deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty that arise when converting a real-world problem to a mathematical model.A novel Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation-Stable Preference Ordering Towards Ideal Solution(CRITIC-SPOTIS)approach is developed to objectively analyze FWT selection based on thirteen criteria covering the industry’s technical,environmental,and entrepreneurial aspects.The CRITIC method is used for the objective analysis of the importance of each criterion in FWT selection.The SPOTIS method is adopted to rank the alternative hassle-free,following the criteria.The proposed model offers a rank reversal-free model,i.e.,the rank of the alternatives remains unaffected even after the addition or removal of an alternative.In addition,comparative and sensitivity analyses are performed to ensure the reliability and robustness of the proposed model and to validate the proposed result.展开更多
Due to the rapid evolution of Advanced Persistent Threats(APTs)attacks,the emergence of new and rare attack samples,and even those never seen before,make it challenging for traditional rule-based detection methods to ...Due to the rapid evolution of Advanced Persistent Threats(APTs)attacks,the emergence of new and rare attack samples,and even those never seen before,make it challenging for traditional rule-based detection methods to extract universal rules for effective detection.With the progress in techniques such as transfer learning and meta-learning,few-shot network attack detection has progressed.However,challenges in few-shot network attack detection arise from the inability of time sequence flow features to adapt to the fixed length input requirement of deep learning,difficulties in capturing rich information from original flow in the case of insufficient samples,and the challenge of high-level abstract representation.To address these challenges,a few-shot network attack detection based on NFHP(Network Flow Holographic Picture)-RN(ResNet)is proposed.Specifically,leveraging inherent properties of images such as translation invariance,rotation invariance,scale invariance,and illumination invariance,network attack traffic features and contextual relationships are intuitively represented in NFHP.In addition,an improved RN network model is employed for high-level abstract feature extraction,ensuring that the extracted high-level abstract features maintain the detailed characteristics of the original traffic behavior,regardless of changes in background traffic.Finally,a meta-learning model based on the self-attention mechanism is constructed,achieving the detection of novel APT few-shot network attacks through the empirical generalization of high-level abstract feature representations of known-class network attack behaviors.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can learn high-level abstract features of network attacks across different traffic detail granularities.Comparedwith state-of-the-artmethods,it achieves favorable accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 scores for the identification of unknown-class network attacks through cross-validation onmultiple datasets.展开更多

This scheme reduces the amount of the candidate modes to generate a dynamic list for the current encoding macroblock according to the statistical information derived from the co-located reference macroblocks in different temporal levels. The experimental results show that this fast algorithm reduces approximately 31% encoding time on average with the negligible loss of encoding performance.展开更多
This study explored the possibility of using event-related potentials (ERP) for the measurement of picture-recognition memory and examined its correlation with the Chinese Wechsler Memory Scale-revised (WMS-RC) in...This study explored the possibility of using event-related potentials (ERP) for the measurement of picture-recognition memory and examined its correlation with the Chinese Wechsler Memory Scale-revised (WMS-RC) in patients with memory disorder caused by severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI). The subjects included 20 sTBI patients with memory disorder and 22 healthy individuals. Memory function was measured by using WMS-RC. Behavioral and ERP responses were recorded on-line during performance on a battery of picture recognition and the responses were analyzed off-line for recognition memory effects. Mean memory quotient (MQ) of patients with sTBI was significantly lower than that of the control group. Mean reaction time (RT) was significantly longer and the mean correctness rate (CR) of picture recognition was significantly lower in sTBI group than that of the controls. In controls, the main components of average ERP of picture recognition includes two positive-going waves, designated as P170 and P500, that appear 170 ms and 500 ms after stimulation when the subject could later successfully recall and recognize the pictures. P500 amplitude of target stimulus was significantly higher than that of non-target stimulus. Compared to controls, P500 responses of sTBI group were significantly delayed in latency (P〈0.001) and lower in amplitude (P〈0.001). P500 latency showed significant negative correlation with MQ and the scores of "addition", "visual recognition", "picture recall", "visual reproduction" and "tactile memory" in WMS-RC. ERP of picture recognition provides a neurophysiological approach to directly assess memory impairment, and P500 may serve as a helpful index for memory disorder caused by sTBI in forensic practice.展开更多

In this wor...It is easy for teenagers to view pornographic pictures on social networks. Many researchers have studied the detection of real pornographic pictures, but there are few studies on those that are artificial. In this work, we studied how to detect artificial pornographic pictures, especially when they are on social networks. The whole detection process can be divided into two stages: feature selection and picture detection. In the feature selection stage, seven types of features that favour picture detection were selected. In the picture detection stage, three steps were included. 1) In order to alleviate the imbalance in the number of artificial pornographic pictures and normal ones, the training dataset of artificial pornographic pictures was expanded. Therefore, the features which were extracted from the training dataset can also be expanded too. 2) In order to reduce the time of feature extraction, a fast method which extracted features based on the proportionally scaled picture rather than the original one was proposed. 3) Three tree models were compared and a gradient boost decision tree (GBDT) was selected for the final picture detection. Three sets of experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve better recognition precision and drastically reduce the time cost of the method.展开更多

A traditional crisp relation re...Nowadays, picture fuzzy set theory is a flourishing field in mathematics with uncertainty by incorporating the concept of positive, negative and neutral membership degrees of an object. A traditional crisp relation represents the satisfaction or the dissatisfaction of relationship, connection or correspondence between the objects of two or more sets. However, there are some problems that can’t be solved through classical relationships, such as the relationship between two objects being vague. In those situations, picture fuzzy relation over picture fuzzy sets is an important and powerful concept which is suitable for describing correspondences between two vague objects. It represents the strength of association of the elements of picture fuzzy sets. It plays an important role in picture fuzzy modeling, inference and control system and also has important applications in relational databases, approximate reasoning, preference modeling, medical diagnosis, etc. In this article, we define picture fuzzy relations over picture fuzzy sets, including some other fundamental definitions with illustrations. The max-min and min-max compositions of picture fuzzy relations are defined in the light of picture fuzzy sets and discussed some properties related to them. The reflexivity, symmetry and transitivity of a picture fuzzy relation are described over a picture fuzzy set. A traditional crisp relation represents the satisfaction or the dissatisfaction of relationship, connection or correspondence between the objects of two or more sets. However, there are some problems that can’t be solved through classical relationships, such as the relationship between two objects being vague. In those situations, picture fuzzy relation over picture fuzzy sets is an important and powerful concept which is suitable for describing correspondences between two vague objects. It represents the strength of association of the elements of picture fuzzy sets. It plays an important role in picture fuzzy modeling, inference and control system and also has important applications in relational databases, approximate reasoning, preference modeling, medical diagnosis, etc. In this article, we define picture fuzzy relations over picture fuzzy sets, including some other fundamental definitions with illustrations. The max-min and min-max compositions of picture fuzzy relations are defined in the light of picture fuzzy sets and discussed some properties related to them. The reflexivity, symmetry and transitivity of a picture fuzzy relation are described over a picture fuzzy set. Finally, various properties are explored related to the picture fuzzy relations over a picture fuzzy set.
