Radiation therapy is an effective treatment for early stage MF and has been shown to result in long-term disease-free intervals, with even curative potential. Radiation is also effective as palliative treatment for the localized lesion resistant to the topic or other treatments. In the current study, we report using high dose rate (HDR) radiation treatment for a patient with resistant mycosis fungoides involving the wrist. We report a convenient treatment with an ideal radiation dose distribution, and a excellent clinical outcome.展开更多

Because of these advantages, this technique attracts the attention of many researchers. In this paper, a new distortion-free data embedding scheme for high dynamic range (HDR) images is proposed. By depending on Cartesian product, this scheme can obtain higher embedding capacity while maintaining the exactly identical cover image and stego image when using the tone mapping algorithms. In experimental results, the proposed scheme is superior to Yu et aL's scheme in regard to the embedding rate——an average embedding rate of 0.1355 bpp compared with Yn et aL's scheme (0.1270 bpp).展开更多
The High-energy Fragment Separator(HFRS),which is currently under construction,is a leading international radioactive beam device.Multiple sets of position-sensitive twin time projection chamber(TPC)detectors are dist...The High-energy Fragment Separator(HFRS),which is currently under construction,is a leading international radioactive beam device.Multiple sets of position-sensitive twin time projection chamber(TPC)detectors are distributed on HFRS for particle identification and beam monitoring.The twin TPCs'readout electronics system operates in a trigger-less mode due to its high counting rate,leading to a challenge of handling large amounts of data.To address this problem,we introduced an event-building algorithm.This algorithm employs a hierarchical processing strategy to compress data during transmission and aggregation.In addition,it reconstructs twin TPCs'events online and stores only the reconstructed particle information,which significantly reduces the burden on data transmission and storage resources.Simulation studies demonstrated that the algorithm accurately matches twin TPCs'events and reduces more than 98%of the data volume at a counting rate of 500 kHz/channel.展开更多

We first transform the task of computing the throughput capacity region into a mathematical o...A new non-parameter method is proposed to compute the throughput capacity region of high data rate (HDR) wireless networks. We first transform the task of computing the throughput capacity region into a mathematical optimization problem without introducing any additional parameters. By using a greedy algorithm to solve the optimization problem, the non-parametric characterization of the throughput capacity region of HDR can be obtained. By using the new non-parameter method, the HDR throughput capacity region can be characterized by at most N(M2-M+1)N-1 linear constraints where N is the user number and M is the rate set size. The correctness of the new method is verified by several numerical examples.展开更多
