从农药厂污水处理池中分离得到一株氯氰菊酯降解菌,在30℃,pH 7.0的条件下,无机盐培养基中100mg/L的氯氰菊酯,经过7.5天,能够降解大约52.3%,外加碳源能够明显提高其降解性能。生理生化实验结合16S rDNA,gyrB和GyrB的系统发育分析,将其归... 从农药厂污水处理池中分离得到一株氯氰菊酯降解菌,在30℃,pH 7.0的条件下,无机盐培养基中100mg/L的氯氰菊酯,经过7.5天,能够降解大约52.3%,外加碳源能够明显提高其降解性能。生理生化实验结合16S rDNA,gyrB和GyrB的系统发育分析,将其归为Gordonia菌属。在16S rDNA水平上,其与G.amicalis DSM44461和G.hydrophobica DSM44015T的相似值最高,为98.1%;而在gyrB和GyrB水平上,其与G.hydrophobica JCM10086的相似值最高,分别为86.8%和91.1%。通过对所构建的系统发育树进行评估,表明16S rDNA序列适用于将分离菌株鉴定到属的水平上,而gyrB和GyrB更适用于在属内种的水平上进行系统发育的分析。 展开更多

A new kind of bittern-resisting cement (BRC) was introduced. This material is based on the ternary cementitious system of clinker containing C4A3 S phase, high-activity ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBFS) and fly ash (FA). The hydration process and the hydrated products of BRC were studied by means of XRD, TG-DTA and SEM, and the resistance to chemical attack of BRC in high-bittern environment was also examined. The corrosion experiment in seven kinds of brines proved that BRC exhibits an excellent resistance to chemical attack of bittern. The corrosion resistance factors were calculated and all of them were greater than 0.96. It showed that BRC totally controls the cement-based material corrosion in brines from four aspects: (1) making full use of the dominant complementation effect of mineral materials; (2) diminishing the hydrated products easy to be attacked; (3) improving the microstructure of hardened cement mortar; (4) degrading the chemical attack of bittern. 展开更多

Removal characteristics of disinfection by-products formation potential by bioaugmentation activated carbon process

The high-active bacteria were screened from 8 dominant bacteria obtained from the natural water body,and then the bioaugmentation activated carbon was formed by hydraulic immobilization of the high-active bacteria. Plant-scale studies on removal characteristics of disinfection by-products formation potentials (DBPFP) by bioaugmentation activated carbon process were conducted for micro-polluted raw water treatment. The results show that the bioaugmentation activated carbon process has adopted better purification efficiency to THMFP and HAAFP than traditional biological activated carbon process,and that average removal efficiencies of THMFP and HAAFP can reach 35% and 39.7% during the test period,increasing by more than 10% compared with traditional biological activated carbon process. The removal efficiencies of THMFP and HAAFP are stable because of the biodegradation of the high-active bacteria and the adsorption of active carbon. The biodegradability of CHCl3 formation potential is better as compared with that of CHCl2Br and CHClBr2 formation potentials among THMFP,and high removal efficiency of CHCl3formation potential is obtained by bioaugmentation degradation of the high-active bacteria. The biodegradability of HAAFP is better in comparison with that of THMFP,and the chemical properties of HAAFP are propitious to adsorption of activated carbon. Thus,HAAFP is on predominance during the competitive removal process with THMFP. 展开更多
