Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Application of Blockchain Technology in Optimizing Resource Allocation Efficiency

Based on the existing literature,this paper analyzed and explored the factors that affect the efficiency of resource allocation,and evaluated the current situation of resource allocation in various fields.It is found that with the emergence of the new pattern of China’s economic development,the economic growth rate has slowed down,and the method of large-scale production driving economic growth is no longer applicable to the current economic situation.Nowadays,when structural transformation and upgrading have entered a new stage,to achieve the optimization of resource allocation efficiency,it is necessary to start from three aspects:improving information transparency,upgrading industrial structure,and planning government intervention.Through the adaptation analysis of blockchain technology and the existing problems in optimizing resource allocation efficiency,it explored the feasibility of blockchain technology to optimize resource allocation efficiency,and promote economical,efficient and high-quality development.

The Innovation and Practice of the “Tourism Management + English” Talent Cultivation Model Based on the New Liberal Arts Concept

In the context of globalization, there is an urgent need to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with knowledge of tourism management and proficiency in English. Guided by the New Liberal Arts concept, the “Tourism Management + English” talent cultivation model has emerged. Taking the tourism management talent cultivation of Hainan province as an example, this article analyzes the issues present in traditional tourism management programs and proposes a construction framework that involves conducting in-depth industry research, improving management systems, increasing financial support, implementing strict and standardized management, optimizing talent cultivation plans, highlighting distinctive training features, and strengthening industry services.

The Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Applied Talent Training Mode under the Digital Informatization

This study takes the human resource management major of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the factors influencing the applied talent training mode and improvement paths under digital informatization.The research points out that digital informatization poses new challenges and opportunities to higher education and requires the applied talent training mode to practice and innovate.This study identified five key influencing factors of the applied talent training mode under digital informatization:curriculum setting,teaching methods,faculty structure,practical teaching,and student training.This research presents the improvement paths,including optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,adjusting teacher structure,improving practical teaching,and creating student training.Implementing these paths will help students master the latest knowledge and skills of digital informatization,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking to meet the social demand for human resource management professionals,and promote the development of higher education system.

应用型本科高校人才培养中存在的问题与对策

当前,我国的高等教育已经从“精英化”走向“大众化”,地方本科高校主要以培养应用型人才为主。湖南工学院在人才培养方面面临的主要问题是学生和家长对应用型人才培养认识不足,政府和企业对应用型人才培养重视不够,以及学校缺乏培养应用型人才的教师。因此,今后应重点从以下三方面着手解决,一是加强党建工作,构建德育与智育,教学与科研,学科与专业,第一课堂与第二课堂相融合的人才培养体系;二是加强师资建设,引进和培养具有企业工程经验的教师;三是开展产教融合,开发校企合作课程,重构课程体系。采取这些措施,针对性地解决好当前存在的问题,就有望将地方本科高校建成特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学。

网络工程专业为我国经济和社会发展提供了大量网络技术人才,人才培养质量和社会需求的不断变化是应用型地方高校亟须解决的问题。针对网络工程专业建设中存在的问题,通过企业调研,梳理岗位职责和任务,确定人才培养目标,对黄河科技学院网络工程专业课程体系进行重构,构建了“基础+实践+应用”的“2+1+1”人才培养模式。实践表明,本模式能较好地提升学生的工程实践能力,为其他专业培养应用型人才提供参考。
