Teachers of the Application-Oriented Institutes are the main force in the field of cultivating high-quality workers and skilled personnel, and their abilities determine the educational level and the training quality of the Institutes. Double-quality teacher should have enough theoretical knowledge and corresponding professional practice skills. He isnot only competent for teaching theory, but also qualified for the guidance of professional practice. The professional practical ability is the core ability of teachers in the vocational colleges. Teachers of the Application-Oriented Institutes should eventually becomethe double-quality teachers. Promoting Construction of Professional Teacher Team of Acupuncture and Tuina by Artificial Intelligence

破解极力追求分数、建构引领教师潜心教书育人、上好每一节课的教师质性评价体系是当前教师评价改革的时代命题。美国田纳西州TEAM质性评价体系针对教师专业提升与增值评价的不足应运而生。TEAM质性评价可操作化的指标与观测点、专业化的评价者、规范详细的实施程序及实施过程中注重持续跟进和自身优化、强调收集多重证据、强化指导与专业成长计划等措施,使得其取得了良好成效。这为我国教师教学评价改革带来启示和借鉴,如建立基于教师专业成长和有效课堂的质性评价标准、构建多边互动的评价主体关系、形成个别化课堂观察模式、重视评价结果有效反馈等。

The Application of Team Teaching in EFL

Learning English as a foreign language has become a global trend.There is an open debate about employing non-native English speaking teachers(NNESTs)/local English teachers or native English speaking teachers(NESTs).In some East Asian regions like Japan,Korea,Hong Kong and Taiwan,NNESTs and NESTs work together as a team to teach students English.However,it is a relatively new idea in Chinese mainland.This paper review will introduce some basic points about this teaching method.

团队作为社会生活中无所不在的思维与行动单位,它本身所蕴含的行动的力量对于我们审视高校思政课既存叙事主体的叙事逻辑和组织逻辑具有重要意义。在新的历史时期,有必要对高校思政课教师团队的存在样态进行反思,推进高效能思政课教师团队的模式建构,打造高质量发展、高效率运行的思政课教师团队。基于此,从运行主体上需要实现思政课教师队伍从个体叙事向团队叙事的转向,从构建路向上需要基于差异性分层学习共同体的优势来聚焦思政课的主题,从组织保障上需要以民主型、包容性和自治性的机制来协同整合。

新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状调查研究——基于六省(市)的实证分析

为深入了解高职院校落实《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》等中央文件情况,掌握高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状,在全国六个省(市)高职院校开展调研,结果显示,高职院校在全面领导思政课教师队伍建设、建立常态化思政课教研机制等四个方面取得实效,但仍然存在思政课教师教材使用不规范、马克思主义学院等二级机构设置不规范、思政课教师准入与退出机制不健全、思政课教师企业实践活力不足等突出问题。基于调查,着重从统一编写高职院校思政课选修课教材、建立院企党组织“手拉手”工作机制等四个方面提出参考性建议。

班主任任职意愿及其影响因素:基于心理感受与工作嵌入视角的综合分析

吸引优秀教师担任班主任是当前中小学教师队伍建设中的重要议题。通过对北京市A区1567名中小学教师的调查发现:教师的班主任任职意愿偏低,58.9%的教师不愿意担任班主任;相对而言,城镇教师、低学历教师、高职称教师以及高中教师等亚群体的班主任任职意愿更低;影响班主任任职意愿的因素复杂多样,职业承诺、匹配和牺牲具有显著的正向预测效应,其夏普利分解值贡献率居于前三位。要提高教师的班主任任职意愿,可考虑采取如下举措:加强班主任人力资源开发,优先关注重点人群;改善班主任工作设计,提高班主任岗位本身的吸引力;进一步推动绩效工资改革,加大向班主任的倾斜力度。

谋开放新篇 育强国优师--《教育部关于实施国家优秀中小学教师培养计划的意见》解读

2023年7月教育部制定了国家优秀中小学教师培养计划(以下简称“国优计划”),旨在以“双一流”建设高校为依托,选拔培养专业成绩优秀且乐教适教的理工类学科人才,从而为基础教育事业培养和输送高质量的优秀教师。“国优计划”的出台,一方面是对教师教育历史政策实践,即推动教师教育向高质量发展模式转变,以及健全以开放、协同、联动为主要特点的现代教师教育体系的继承与延续;另一方面是为推动新时代教育强国、科技强国、人才强国建设和契合基础教育发展新形势所制定的创新发展路径,即构建多主体联动,贯通本研、职前职后一体化培养模式,实现“优秀人才”向“优秀教师”转化,切实解决教师队伍建设中存在的学科结构不均衡、培养层次不高等方面的问题,从源头上强化拔尖创新人才的培养。为此,对“国优计划”的政策实施路径提出以下建议:促进政策主体的外部行动协同与内部治理优化;规范研制人才选拔标准与培养方案;建立和健全面向政策实施的专业评估与跟踪监测机制;建立与政策相配套的培训与试点经验交流机制。

基于“课程独立、一课一企”的职业院校教师团队协作模块化教学

团队协作模块化教学是国家职业教育改革的一项重要任务,“专兼结合”“一课多师”是团队协作模块化教学的基本要求,传统以院系和学校管理部门为责任主体、教学组织管理统包统揽的模式,已不能适应团队协作模块化教学分工更细的要求。通过课程独立性改革,将课程分散的资源、条件划归到各课程,使课程成为相对独立的整体,任务下放课程组成为模块化课程建设、教学和管理的责任主体,发挥课程组教师团队的能动性和创造性;课程独立后,将校企合作落实到课程层面,至少做到“一课一企”,解决课程“专兼结合”“一课多师”团队的组建等问题。院系和学校教学组织管理部门的职能转变为对课程宏观指导、服务保障、组织评价和考核等,与课程组共同推进模块化教学顺利实施。

教师联合同伴反馈的实践合作学习模式在创伤护士救护技能培训中的应用

目的 探索基于实践合作学习模式的教师反馈联合同伴反馈在创伤护士救护技能培训中的应用效果。方法 按培训时间将创伤护士分为两组,2023年6-9月参加中国创伤救治培训护理版课程培训的护士514人为对照组,7-10月参加培训的护士510人为试验组。对照组按常规进行创伤救护技能培训,试验组实施基于实践合作学习模式的教师反馈联合同伴反馈的培训方法。培训结束后,对参加培训的创伤护士进行创伤救护知识考核,对试验组进行创伤急救团队配合技能考核,对28名学员进行课后座谈以了解应用效果。结果 试验组创伤救护知识考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组创伤急救团队配合技能考核总分为85.41±8.68;座谈显示,学员认为此培训形式新颖,可使成员熟悉并掌握创伤急救团队配合流程,团队配合顺畅,但感觉培训压力较大。结论 基于实践合作学习模式的教师反馈联合同伴反馈的创伤救护技能培训,能提高创伤护士创伤救护知识,更好地掌握团队配合技能。
