Research on railway BIM platform framework based on homemade graphics engine

At present,BIM platforms rely on foreign software.Homemade software and industry applications are mostly secondary developments,which present stranglehold problems caused by interruptions to the software supply.To solve the problem,key technical research on the 3D integrated design of railway engineering was stuedied based on homemade graphics engines to propose an innovative railway BIM platform framework.The entire process was completed from the top-level design to the engineering verification of the platform.The co-designed mechanism of a"center model and link"hybrid mode was constructed,which solved the difficulties of data management and increment synchronization at a large scale,achieving teamwork among surveying and mapping,alignments,and bridges.The results of this study could provide strong support for the development of BIM software for a whole railway and all majors. 展开更多

[Methods]The optimal determination condition of total polyphenols content in plum wine( commercially available and homemade) by Folin-Ciocalteu method was inspected,and commercially available and homemade plum wine was evaluated by the method. [Results]The optimal determination conditions of total polyphenols content: sample dose of 1. 0 m L,Folin-Ciocalteu reagent of 1 m L,4% Na_2CO_3 solution of 4. 0 m L,reaction temperature of 50 ℃,reaction time of 1. 5 h,and determination wavelength of 756 nm. Absorbance showed good linear relationship with total polyphenols content within the range of 17. 73-59. 12 μg/m L( y = 14. 878 x + 0. 0739,R^2= 0. 9998). Recovery rate of adding standard sample was between 98. 8% and 103. 5%,and relative standard deviation was 2. 0%( n = 5). Beijing GuoDian ZhiShen Control Technology applied the homemade DCS (EDPF-NT System) to the integrated BOP control system of 600-MW supercritical power unit, which offers advantages in efficiency promotion, cost reduction and resource sharing. That also reflects the dominance of EDPF-NT System in performance, price, real-time DUP, network compatibility and communication. Large numbers of aircraft composite structures were researched,and the distribution of delamination sizes and though thickness positions in the composite laminates were investigated.An experiment was conducted to probe into the effect of delamination sizes and through thickness positions on the compressive strengths of laminates with single embedded circular delamination with the most dangerous delamination sizes and positions defined from the distribution.A shell model was established for compressive strength prediction,and the virtual crack closure technique(VCCT) was employed for the strain energy release rate calculation.The finite element(FE) prediction was in good agreement with the experimental measurements,for the predicted compressive strengths stood within 10%error of experimental results.It was observed that the compressive strength was highly effected by the delamination size,while the though thickness position of delamination did not have significant effect on the compressive strength. 展开更多

Introduction: Criminals’ propensity to precautionary mask their tracks such as disposing of an item of evidence in an aquatic environment (including freshwater and seawater) warrants the ongoing quest for advanced reagents and techniques that are tailored to the substrate characteristics on which the print will be developed. Aim: The study aimed to evaluate the synergic efficiency of the superglue fuming technique (using a homemade fuming chamber) and the powder technique in the development and visualization of latent fingerprints (LFPs) from different nonporous substrates submerged in an aquatic environment for up to 120 days. Materials and Methods: All selected nonporous substrates were cleaned thoroughly with a 70% alcohol swab. Natural latent prints were obtained from a single donor and the substrates were exposed to an aquatic environment. The superglue fuming (using a homemade fuming chamber) plus the powder technique was employed to develop and visualize the print. Results: Our findings disclose that the use of the superglue fuming technique together with the powder technique enhances the recovery rate of LFPs from substrates kept underwater for up to 90 days. The development of fingerprints was challenging from the substrates that were submerged in water for exactly 120 days. Conclusions: The resulting efficiency of the combined technique (superglue fuming technique using a homemade fuming chamber + powder technique) is substantially more sensitive, and selective, and performs better than the previously used stand-alone fingerprint enhancement technique. The improvised homemade fuming chamber proves to be a viable alternative to the standardized fuming cabinet in terms of functionality and sensitivity. 展开更多

Distinguishing non-epileptic events,especially psychogenic non-epileptic seizures(PNES),from epileptic seizures(ES)constitutes a diagnostic challenge.Misdiagnoses are frequent,especially when video-EEG recording,the gold-standard for PNES confirmation,cannot be completed.The issue is further complicated in cases of combined PNES with ES.In emergency units,a misdiagnosis can lead to extreme antiepileptic drug escalade,unnecessary resuscitation measures(intubation,catheterization,etc.),as well as needless biologic and imaging investigations.Outside of the acute window,an incorrect diagnosis can lead to prolonged hospitalization or increase of unhelpful antiepileptic drug therapy.Early recognition is thus desirable to initiate adequate treatment and improve prognosis.Considering experience-based strategies and a thorough review of the literature,we aimed to present the main clinical clues for physicians facing PNES in non-specialized units,before management is transferred to epileptologists and neuropsychiatrists.In such conditions,patient recall or witness-report provide the first orientation for the diagnosis,recognizing that collected information may be inaccurate.Thorough analysis of an event(live or based on home-video)may lead to a clinical diagnosis of PNES with a high confidence level.Indeed,a fluctuating course,crying with gestures of frustration,pelvic thrusting,eye closure during the episode,and the absence of postictal confusion and/or amnesia are highly suggestive of PNES.Moreover,induction and/or inhibition tests of PNES have a good diagnostic value when positive.Prolactinemia may also be a useful biomarker to distinguish PNES from epileptic seizures,especially following bilateral tonic-clonic seizures.Finally,regardless the level of certainty in the diagnosis of the PNES,it is important to subsequently refer the patient for epileptological and neuropsychiatric follow-up. 展开更多

Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)can stimulate the proliferation of stem cells and have a positive effect on tissue repair.Although many commercialized PRP preparation kits are already on the market,first-line clinical workers are still not satisfied with most of the PRP kits.The work of commercial PRP kits is based on the density of blood elements.However,the blood elements are very close in density which makes the separation challenging.Therefore,the mentioned commercialized kits are generally contaminated by leucocytes and erythrocyte.In this study,a home-designed PRP device was developed to use a separation membrane with adequate cut-off pore size of 5μm,3μm and 2μm for the groups of H5M,H3M,and H2M,respectively,to be placed in the middle of the centrifuge tube.The home-designed H2M showed a very promising results regardless of the final volume(1.82±0.09 ml),platelet yield(8.39±0.44%),Red Blood Cells(0%),White Blood Cells(0%),and Relative Concentration of Platelet Increment value(225.09%).Further,it showed a good result in cell viability and cytotoxicity and confirmed a good multilineage potentials.The concentration in PRP prepared by group H2M was relatively stable and far above average.All the fibrin fibers were linked together as bridging strands or strings and turned into an inter-connected porous structure for nutrients transportation and regenerative cell migration.We believe that the home-designed group H2M should have a great potential to develop into the final product to meet the requirements of first-line clinical workers. 展开更多
