The Hot Issues and Future Direction of Forensic Document Examination in China

The domain of forensic document examination consists of a variety of professional tasks related to the history and preliminary of questioned documents.The wide area of tasks implemented by forensic document examiners includes the skill to identify the authorship of handwriting and signature;discriminate among genuine,imitated,or disguised handwriting;to examine and analyze components of inks,papers,and other materials connected with documents;and other highly skilled analyses based on specialized technique.The field of handwriting examination is tightly related to empirical knowledge and practical experience.Handwriting is usually thought to be behavioral activities that are identifiable due to the appearance of features and characteristics within the writing.When we assess these features we universally analyze them in two aspects:Both quality and quantity of writing.As mentioned above,the evaluation of quality and quantity is performed by forensic document examiners.The problem is how to conduct this kind of evaluation related to empirical knowledge and experience.There is not consistent answer yet,although many researchers devote themselves to explore in this hot issue,such as mathematical methods applied in handwriting analysis.In this article,several mathematical methods applied to forensic document field are deciphered in domestic perspective of China.In the digital age,we all inevitably deal with problems with the help of computer or computer technology.We also pay close attention to the computer technique assistant in the field of forensic document examination.Standards or criteria of forensic document examination are still hot issues in China.Although we established a few standards or criterion based on requires of practice,it is also a lack of standards or criterion associated to trainees and continuing education in view of practitioners.At the end of this article,the author intends to discuss a piece of a challenge to forensic document examination,which are also universal issues abroad.Those who are critical of the current state of knowledge in this area argue that members of the judiciary have failed to sufficiently address the shortcomings of the forensic document evidence proffered in criminal trials.Specifically,critics of forensic document examination argue that little valuable wording exists in the report to support the validity and reliability of the methodology and findings of forensic document examination.

This article probes the types,impacts of hot issues of Middle East and the concept of diplomacy on international hot issues.Based on these researches,this article studies the historical evolution,central ideas and fundamental experiences of China’s diplomacy on the hot issues of Middle East,and analyzes the significance of China’s diplomacy on the hot issues of Middle East to the innovation of China’s foreign polices.

Global research trends and mapping knowledge structure of depression in dialysis patients

BACKGROUND Depression is one of the most common and important psychological issues faced by dialysis patients.It can make it more difficult for them to adhere to their treatment regimen,which,in turn,can worsen their physical symptoms and lead to poorer health outcomes.AIM To examine the evolution and growth of publications related to dialysis and depression.The objectives were to identify the number of publications,the top active countries,the contributed institutions,funding agencies and journals,as well as to perform citation and research theme analysis.METHODS The search was conducted using the Scopus database for publications related to dialysis and depression between 1970 and 2022.Subsequently,bibliometric analysis was carried out on the data obtained using VOSviewer software,version 1.6.9.This analysis included visualization analysis,co-occurrence analysis and examination of publication trends in dialysis and depression.RESULTS We identified 800 publications that met the search criteria.The number of publications related to dialysis and depression has increased significantly in the past two decades.The USA led the way with 144 publications,which is 18%of all publications on this topic.Turkey came second with 88 publications(11%),followed by China with 55 publications(6.88%)and Iran with 52 publications(6.5%).Analysis of the research theme identified three main clusters related to gender differences in prevalence,identification of depression as a risk factor,and effective interventions to relieve depression.Future research direction analysis shows a shift toward effective interventions to relieve depression in dialysis patients.CONCLUSION This study provides a comprehensive overview of growth,trends and research themes related to dialysis and depression that could help researchers identify gaps in the literature and develop future research.

Design of Evolutionary Algorithm Based Unequal Clustering for Energy Aware Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)play a vital role in several real-time applications ranging from military to civilian.Despite the benefits of WSN,energy efficiency becomes a major part of the challenging issue in WSN,which necessitate proper load balancing amongst the clusters and serves a wider monitoring region.The clustering technique for WSN has several benefits:lower delay,higher energy efficiency,and collision avoidance.But clustering protocol has several challenges.In a large-scale network,cluster-based protocols mainly adapt multi-hop routing to save energy,leading to hot spot problems.A hot spot problem becomes a problem where a cluster node nearer to the base station(BS)tends to drain the energy much quicker than other nodes because of the need to implement more transmission.This article introduces a Jumping Spider Optimization Based Unequal Clustering Protocol for Mitigating Hotspot Problems(JSOUCP-MHP)in WSN.The JSO algorithm is stimulated by the characteristics of spiders naturally and mathematically modelled the hunting mechanism such as search,persecution,and jumping skills to attack prey.The presented JSOUCPMHP technique mainly resolves the hot spot issue for maximizing the network lifespan.The JSOUCP-MHP technique elects a proper set of cluster heads(CHs)using average residual energy(RE)to attain this.In addition,the JSOUCP-MHP technique determines the cluster sizes based on two measures,i.e.,RE and distance to BS(DBS),showing the novelty of the work.The proposed JSOUCP-MHP technique is examined under several experiments to ensure its supremacy.The comparison study shows the significance of the JSOUCPMHP technique over other models.
