On the Wisdoms of Human Life Embodied in Robert Frost's Poems-A Brief Analysis of Motifs of Robert Frost's Poems

Robert Frost is one of the famous poets of the 20th century American literature who won the Pulitzer Prize for four times. The reason for his popularity is partially because he employs traditional verse form and iambic pentameter pattern in poem writing, but the most important reason for the reputation of his poems lies in the thematic concern of something universal, such as death and life, love and hate, war and peace, the good and the evil, the wisdom of human life and etc. . A brief analysis will be given in the following text about the wisdoms of human life embodied in Robert Frost's poems from three aspects: 1. Relaxation and responsibility of man. 2. The decisions in life.

The start of a human life program

The genetic information of a human being is encoded in the genomic DNA of about 3 billion base pairs.Every new individual starts from a one-cell zygote,or called fertilized egg,carrying genetic and epigenetic information from the parents.

HUMAN LIFE AND HUMAN RIGHTS:DEATH PENALTY DATA AND SENTENCING PROCEDURE DURING THE SONG DYNASTY

The adjudication and amnesty system in the Song Dynasty has been thoroughly researched by academia,but the annual death penalty numbers have not been credibly determined due to insufficient and disorganized historical records.The period's policy that no innocent person would be executed was based on the double-digit record of capital punishments for Zhenguan during the Tang Dynasty,and the execution number was adjusted accordingly.As a special procedure,Zoucai(a request for judgment)was used to reduce the death penalty numbers.The value of human life,concern about excessive execution,and trimming of the capital punishment regime resulted in conversations between the emperors and their officials about the death penalty,which allowed the law that executed capital punishments during the Song Dynasty to strike a proper balance between justice,efficiency,and mercy,while avoiding rigidity and abuse.

Causation mechanism of coal miners' human errors in the perspective of life events

In order to effectively decrease the safety accidents caused by coal miners’human errors,this paper probes into the causality between human errors and life events,coping,psychological stress,psychological function,physiological function based on life events’vital influence on human errors,establishing causation mechanism model of coal miners’human errors in the perspective of life events by the researching method of structural equation.The research findings show that life events have significantly positive influence on human errors,with a influential effect value of 0.7945 and a influential effect path of‘‘life events—psychological stress—psychological function—physiological function—human errors’’and‘‘life events—psychological stress—physiological function—human errors’’.

Associations among depression, suicidal behavior, and quality of life in patients with human immunodeficiency virus

AIM: To investigate the potential associations among major depression, quality of life, and suicidal behavior in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) patients. METHODS: A detailed MEDLINE search was carried out to identify all articles and book chapters in English published from January 1995 to January 2015. RESULTS: Based on the main findings, the prevalence of major depressive disorder(MDD) ranged from 14.0% to 27.2%. Furthermore, the prevalence of suicidal ideation varied from 13.6% to 31.0% whereas, attempted suicides were reported to range from 3.9% to 32.7%. Interestingly, various associated risk factors for both depression and suicide were identified in HIV patients. Finally, consistent associations were reported among MDD, suicidal ideation, and poor quality of life in individuals living with HIV. CONCLUSION: Although additional studies are needed to elucidate this complex association, our results suggest the importance of early detection of both MDD and suicidality in patients living with HIV.

Human Care Theory and Influences on the Life Quality Index of Cancer Patients in Household Life

To investigatetheinfluences of the application of human care theory on the life quality and happiness of cancer patients after they receiveda community nursing care which was implemented by the human care theory. The quality life and the happiness index of 93 patients with cancer living in the six communities in Jillin were assessed, the assessment of the life quality was based on a life quality scale (SF-36) and that of the happiness index was based on Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH). The community nurses cared for these patients by applying the theory of human care and the life quality and the happiness index of the patients were observed after the care. The results showed that there were significant differences in the score of 5 dimensions in the eight dimensions of the life quality between before the care and after the care (<0.05), and there were significant differences in the average sores of the positive emotion, positive experience, negative emotion, negative experience and level of happiness included in the happiness index between before the care and after the care (<0.05), suggesting that the theory of human care can be used for the care of patients with cancer and the application of the theory can effectively improve the life quality and the happiness index of the patients, strengthen their problem-solving abilities and let them have a positive attitude towards their lives.

基于LifeMod的人枪系统模型连续射击动力学仿真研究

基于多刚体动力学软件ADAMS及人体生物力学软件Life Mod,建立了人枪系统的动力学仿真模型。通过ADAMS动力学仿真分析,获得人体在连续冲击下的动力学响应。根据试验获得的人体主动态参数,提出了一种在腰部关节添加驱动力的主动态仿真模型。仿真结果表明,采用所提新模型的仿真结果与试验结果一致性良好,反映了射击时人体主动态的真实情况。该模型真实可信,对研究射击时人体在连续冲击下的主动态动力学响应具有重要意义。

Smart Devices Based Multisensory Approach for Complex Human Activity Recognition

Sensors based Human Activity Recognition(HAR)have numerous applications in eHeath,sports,fitness assessments,ambient assisted living(AAL),human-computer interaction and many more.The human physical activity can be monitored by using wearable sensors or external devices.The usage of external devices has disadvantages in terms of cost,hardware installation,storage,computational time and lighting conditions dependencies.Therefore,most of the researchers used smart devices like smart phones,smart bands and watches which contain various sensors like accelerometer,gyroscope,GPS etc.,and adequate processing capabilities.For the task of recognition,human activities can be broadly categorized as basic and complex human activities.Recognition of complex activities have received very less attention of researchers due to difficulty of problem by using either smart phones or smart watches.Other reasons include lack of sensor-based labeled dataset having several complex human daily life activities.Some of the researchers have worked on the smart phone’s inertial sensors to perform human activity recognition,whereas a few of them used both pocket and wrist positions.In this research,we have proposed a novel framework which is capable to recognize both basic and complex human activities using builtin-sensors of smart phone and smart watch.We have considered 25 physical activities,including 20 complex ones,using smart device’s built-in sensors.To the best of our knowledge,the existing literature consider only up to 15 activities of daily life.

Science Letters:Culture of Spirulina platensis in human urine for biomass production and O_2 evolution

Attempts were made to culture Spirulina platensis in human urine directly to achieve biomass production and O2 evolution, for potential application to nutrient regeneration and air revitalization in life support system. The culture results showed that Spirulinaplatensis grows successfully in diluted human urine, and yields maximal biomass at urine dilution ratios of 140-240. Accumulation of lipid and decreasing of protein occurred due to N deficiency. O2 release rate of Spirulina platensis in diluted human urine was higher than that in Zarrouk medium.

以数字技术推动人口高质量发展——基于健康人力资本的跨国实证研究

数字技术在促进经济增长和改善社会福祉方面发挥了积极作用,成为实现经济和社会高质量发展的重要引擎。数字技术是促进健康人力资本积累的重要途径和实现人口高质量发展的关键支撑。本文从理论层面系统阐述了数字技术促进健康人力资本积累的逻辑机制,并采用全球118个国家1990—2020年跨国面板数据,结合不同国家经济发展水平差异,从人口“生命长度和生命质量”两个维度,实证检验数字技术对健康人力资本积累的具体影响。研究发现,数字技术在大健康领域的广泛应用,有助于降低人口死亡率、提高人口健康预期寿命,进而促进健康人力资本积累;其作用途径主要通过提高政府卫生支出效率、提升数字健康素养、增加闲暇时间和促进环境改善四个路径来实现;数字技术在改善健康人力资本方面的差异与国家经济发展水平差距密切相关。基于以上分析,研究认为应加大医疗技术创新,发挥新型举国体制的优势,集中力量技术攻关,实现现代数字技术、医疗健康大数据、医疗全流程、医疗健康行业相关方多要素融合,创新中国式精准医疗发展模式。

广西崇左江西岸遗址人类的生存方式

极端气候环境事件及其引起的早期人类经济模式转变是过去全球变化领域的热点问题,然而,目前针对9200 BP气候事件对史前人类行为方式的影响一直缺乏研究。广西是珠江流域的重要区域之一,具有独特的植被、气候和环境背景,既是史前人群迁徙和文化交流的重点地区,也是应对气候突变和气候事件的理想避难所,是人类生存方式和环境适应研究的难得实验场。本文基于AMS 14C年代学以及植硅体与孢粉等微体遗存记录,对广西崇左江西岸遗址新石器时代文化的气候环境背景与生业经济模式进行分析。研究表明,广西江西岸遗址新石器时代地层的年代为9300-9100 BP;在9200 BP气候事件中,该遗址周边环境呈现明显的冷干化趋势;该阶段人类可选择的植物资源较少,而地层中则发现了大量的螺壳、蚌壳和水牛、犀牛、象等水生动物与哺乳动物遗骸以及渔猎工具。上述结果表明,广西江西岸遗址的气候在9200 BP时处于冷干期,导致可采集的植物资源减少,因此,江西岸遗址的人类可能选择渔猎方式适应生存。这一研究为深入理解亚洲季风区早全新世重要气候事件与新石器时代文化发展之间的相互作用关系提供了新的思路和线索。

A Study on the Role of Human Element (Staffs) in Marine Accidents

Ships usually operate in the vibrant and dynamic environment;a majority of crews work and have a rest in a stressful space and have daily job displacements that working in it and moving from port disrupt as soon as reaching to port. Such conditions which require living at work place for a long time raises a unique job life which causes increase in risks of human mistakes. Huge marine accidents occur per year in country in which human element plays a major role. Identification and analysis of the components affect individuals as the staffs in ships, so that such component raises the conditions due to inattention which result in rise of severe and more severe marine accidents. Evaluation of each component has been taken into account in the present research. The present research seeks to examine and identity factors affecting human elements in marine accidents.

Value Appeal of Harmonious Moral Life of Chinese College Students

Based on the theory of human nature and community,this paper analyzes some problems such as the weakening of moral appeal,the loss of moral behavior,the supremacy of physical values and the unclear role orientation faced by some Chinese college students in the course of their moral life so as to cultivate moral feelings and construct moral values,reshape the ethics of behavior,give full play to the main channel of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,inherit the outstanding Chinese traditional culture as the focal point,and probe into the value demands of college students' harmonious moral life.

资本逻辑批判与生命逻辑建构——乔尔·科威尔生态社会主义理论的生命政治意蕴

人的生命权利伴随着现代性的发展逐渐被凸显,而作为现代性发展的时代产物,生命政治学表现出对人作为现代主体的自然生命权利的价值审思。在此意义上,科威尔立足于生态中心主义的价值观将人置于整个生态系统的集合中,其生态社会主义理论无论对生态危机的揭示,还是对作为危机根源的资本逻辑的批判,都表现出对人的生命权利的政治关怀,具有丰富的生命政治意蕴。科威尔不仅从理论维度揭露了资本与危机对人的生命世界的渗入以及“资本力场”对人的生命权利的异化,而且从实践维度提出了资本主义视域下人的生命政治回归的基本构想,即通向生态社会主义社会以实现对人的生命权利的本质占有。因此,科威尔生态社会主义理论以资本逻辑批判与生命逻辑建构为主题,蕴含着以批判“资本力场”对人的生命权利异化为核心,以克服生命权利异化从而实现人的生命解放为应然旨归的生命政治逻辑。

On Indiscriminate Bombardment during World War II: Opposition between Human Rights and Human Rights Abuse

Base on the strategic bombardment to destroy willpower of Chinese Anti-Japanese war, in the Second World War, Japanese aircrafts were nondiscriminatorily bombing China’s cities, which committed crimes against humanity. Actually, the US army nondiscriminatorily bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki and damaged the human rights too. The US army, however, speeded up Japanese surrender and protected more people’s rights to life. It is never forgotten that the painful game of protecting and damaging human rights between Japanese militarism and anti-fascist alliance.

基于个人主义的传统环境治理体系,与环境治理的整体性、系统性、协同性的本质要求之间存在极大的落差和张力,面临治理实践的多重困境。人与自然生命共同体理念的提出确立了人与自然关系的新的定位,对环境治理形成了一种新的认知框架和解决方案,是理念、目标和方法论的有机统一体,因而具有治理哲学的意涵。环境治理从个人主义转向生命共同体,带来了主体、思维、手段、制度等方面的治理创新。具体表现为治理主体从个体主体转向治理共同体,治理思维从人对自然的单向治理转向双向建构,治理手段从个体关注转向关系和共同体,治理制度从主体性规范转向结构性连接。
