Introduction to Technical Specification for Seismic Appraisement and Strengthening of Buildings in the Province of Sichuan

On May 5, 2008, China experienced a devastating earthquake, also known as Wenchuan earth-quake. Many buildings, whose seismic design levels were too low to endure a strong earthquake, were severely damaged or even destroyed in the disaster.

Classification and Appraisement for Nonparametric Software Reliability Models

A taxonomy of software reliability models is developed that the models are classified as parametric and nonparametric models, and the nonparametric models are classified according to the mathematical methods they used. Then, a practical appraising index system for nonparametric software reliability models are put forward. The nonparametric software reliability models are classified into 5 classes, that is time series analysis models, grey theo- ry forecasting models, artificial neural network models, wavelet analysis models and kernel estimation models, and they are evaluated by the practical index system.

Appraisement on Contributive Ratio of Scientific and Technical Progresses in Milk Productive Enterprises by Model C^2GS^2

Scientific and technical progress has been the driving forces of enterprises development.Milk productive enterprises are developing faster and growing better.It is very important to measure the contributive ratio of scientific and technical progress in milk productive enterprises.And the appraisement could help to develop milk productive enterprises.The model C^2GS^2 was established to appraise the contributive ratio of scientific and technical progress in milk productive enterprises in the research.And the appraisement on the contributive ratio of scientific and technical progress in milk productive enterprises was made by the model.In the results of appraisement,science and technology play a main role in milk productive enterprises.It is shown that our milk productive enterprises are developed by scientific and technical progress while not by input of productive factors.

"The River-Merchant's Wife:A Letter",written by the great poet Li Bai,is the most prestigious version among the translations of Chinese ancient poetry by Ezra Pound and has been accepted as one of the classics of American literature.The poem exquisitely expresses the changes of the wife's mind at different phases.Martin and Rose's Appraisal Theory provides us with a theoretical framework for the analysis of the different realizations of the sentimental resources of the poem in the original and its English version.

The relationship between acceptance of illness and quality of life among men who have sex with men living with human immunodeficiency virus:A cross-sectional study

Objectives To explore the relationship between acceptance of illness and quality of life(QOL),and factors associated with acceptance of illness among men who have sex with men(MSM)living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods Three hundred and one MSM were recruited from an HIV clinic between August and December 2018.The battery of measurements consisted of the Acceptance of Illness Scale,World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire for HIV brief version,HIV Cognitive Appraisal Scale and a self-designed questionnaire used to collect general information.Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationship between acceptance of illness and QOL.Univariate and multivariate ordinal logistic regression analyses were used to examine whether the general data(demographic and HIV-related clinical data)and HIV cognitive appraisal were associated with acceptance of illness levels.Results Descriptive analysis showed the acceptance level among MSM living with HIV was moderate(Mean=26.29,SD=5.28).Those with a better acceptance of illness had a better QOL(r=0.69,P<0.01).In the multivariate ordinal logistic regression model,education level,threat appraisals(OR:1.09;95%CI[1.06–1.13]),and controllability appraisals(OR:0.82;95%CI[0.71–0.94])were significantly associated with acceptance of illness.Conclusions Results showed acceptance level was moderate and had a positive correlation with QOL.High level of education,low threat appraisals and high controllability appraisals were related to high illness acceptance.This finding highlights the importance of focusing on HIV-infected MSM with low education and on their perceptions of threat and controllability about HIV-related issues when designing interventions to promote illness acceptance in this vulnerable population.

Safety appraisement on building natural gas pipeline over coal mining subsidence area

The target of the text is to scientifically appraise dynamic development of surface deformation in subsidence area and its influence on groundwork stability of natural pipe and then adopt some technological measures to ensure safe circulation of natural pipeline. Analysed the influence on natural pipeline from coal mining subsidence in the way of pipeline grade variation, vertical curve variation, transverse deformation, horizontal pull and compression deformation and pipe stress variation etc., and described detailed surface subsidence product and its used time among initial phase, active phase and decline phase in the course of surface movement deformation time. In the context of considering surface subsidence that doesn＇t reach basic latter end and residual subsidence quantity, the text confirmed the calculation method of residual deformation in surface subsidence area, and gave the technological measures about building natural gas pipeline in subsidence area finally.

Expression and Purification of Goose HSP70 and Compound Formation with Virus Polypeptide

The experiment was conducted to study the specific expression of HSP70 caused by heat shock, HSP70 purification and the characteristics of coalescence with antigenic peptide in the formation of the complex. Sixty healthy 6-week-old male Wulong geese were selected and randomly divided into three groups. The control group was slaughtered without heat treatment. Treatment group 1 was shocked with an acute heat treatment at （42 ± 1）℃ for 5 h before they were immediately slaughtered. Treatment group 2 was kept for 12 h after the heat treatment under normal conditions in order to recover and was then slaughtered. Cardiac tissue was taken in order to make paraffin sections for the immunohistochemistry experiment and the liver tissue was used to purify HSP70. The geese heart HSP70 expression differences in the three groups were determined and at the same time the experiments of HSP70 purification and appraisal in the liver tissue were carried on. HSP70 purification and synthesis of HBV PreS1 multi-peptides unified the complex, which was determined by bi-specific antibody enzyme-linked immune sandwich assay. The results indicated that widespread HSP70 positive pellets in the cardiac muscle were found under hot shock conditions. HSP70 expression in the treatment group 1 was centered in the karyotheca and its periphery, but in treatment group 2, it was centered in the surrounding cell membrane. The HSP70 purification could be obtained through two sets of purification plans; both the synthesis peptide and the HSP70 purification form the complex under certain conditions. The double antibody sandwich ELISA technique was applied to detect if the complex had been formed. Positive results showed that the complex was formed. The specific expression of HSP70 under heat shock shifted with time, suggesting that HSP70 possibly had some function in cell protection. High-purity HSP70 protein can be obtained under low-pressure chromatography conditions, and in comparison with each other, it was better in the flow of the molecular sieve preliminary separation, ConA-agarose chromatography and the ADP-agarose chromatography. Under certain condition in vitro, the synthetic peptide could combine with HSP70 to form the compound, thereby providing a further experimental foundation for the immunity function of the complex.

Based on social linguistics and semiotics,sociosemiotics is a renewed perspective to clarify meaning and function of certain signs in a specified social situation and identify correspondence in another culture through the creation and interpretation of texts as "encoding" and "decoding".This study attempts to make a comparative analysis of the similarities and dissimilarities of the realization of the sentimental resources of the ancient poem "The River-Merchant's Wife:A Letter" and its English version,from the perspective of sociosemiotics and Appraisal Theory from systemic functional linguistics.

DIAGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF α_1-ANTITRYSIN IN PRIMARY HEPATIC CARCINOMA - AN APPRAISAL OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY-RATE NEPHELOMETRY

Using hybridoma technique, we prepared the monoclonal antibody against a1-AT and combined it with Immuno-Chemical Monitor System-(ICS)-rate nephelemetry to determine the serum a1-AT concentration of 50 health adults, 49 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) and 52 with benign liver diseases, respectively. Serum a1-AT levels were significantly higher in patients with PHC than in normal adults (P<0.001). Elevated levels of a1-AT were found in 43% of patients with PHC. No difference was found in a1-AT between patients with benigh liver diseases and health adults (P>0.05). The results indicated that a1-AT is one of the serum markers useful for diagnosing PHC. It is hopeful by using the monoclonal antibody against a1-AT as a new reagent to examine a1-AT on the molocular cytological level.

Comprehensive Appraisal for the Development of Different Retail Formats in China ——An Empirical Example in Xi＇an

Nowadays, new retail formats have been growing rapidly in China. Looking into the different retail formats＇ development deeply, a quantitative method＇is proposed for comprehensive appraisal. The proposed method uses the retail life cycle to structure the appraisal factors hierarchically as the criteria in the basic framework of the AHP, and obtains the weight of the criteria from ratio-scale matrices as well as the scores of the altemative retail formats from pairwise comparison matrices. And this method is applied to study the different developing level of three retail formats in Xi＇ an and their developing order is then gained.

Analysis of the Mass Appraisal Model by Using Artificial Neural Network in Kaohsiung City

An accurate assessment of the property value is very important to make a deal, property tax, and mortgage for loan. The mass appraisal system has been developed in some foreign countries, especially in American for a long time. In Taiwan, we still have few experiences in using computer-assisted mass appraisal system, especially using artificial neural network （ANN）. This article has two objectives： （1） to illustrate application of ANN to the Kaohsiung property market by the method of back-propagation. The study is based on the properties data of sales price, we also use multiple regressions in the same data; （2） to evaluate the performance of two models by using the mean absolute percentage error （MAPE） and hit ratio （HR）. This paper finds that using artificial neural network （ANN） is able to overcome multiple regressions＇ methodological problems and also get better performance than multiple regression model （MRA）. These results are useful in helping local government to assess their assessment value.

KRIF模式在医院护理人员绩效考核中的应用研究

目的探讨KRIF模式绩效考核在医院护理人员绩效考核中的应用及效果。方法分析医院护理人员KRIF模式实施前后绩效考核成绩分布、患者满意度、护理不良事件发生率、护理人员对绩效考核满意等情况。结果KRIF模式绩效考核实施后,医院护理人员的绩效考核成绩91~100分占比升高(p<0.05)。实施后护理不良事件总发生率均低于实施前(p<0.05)。患者对护士的护理技术、护理态度的满意度和医院护理人员对考核系统、考核结果的满意度均高于实施前(p<0.05)。结论KRIF模式绩效考核可降低护理不良事件发生率,提高医院护理人员和患者的满意度。

A Kind of Information Processing Method in Linguistic-Value Appraisement of Enterprise Human Resource

Linguistic-value appraisement extensively exists in artificial intelligence and social system. In the appraisement of enterprise human resource, there is a great amount of linguistic-value information. In order to improve the reasonability of the result of appraisement of enterprise human resource, we need to study the methods for processing the linguistic-value information. In this paper, a 2-stages method is proposed for processing the linguistic-value appraisement of enterprise human resource. At the first stage, we choose the experts familiar with the related field according to the appraisement goal and problem. At the second stage, we combine the appraisement results by D-S evidence theory or LOWA operator according to the nature of linguistic variable.
