An impact point prediction(IPP) guidance based on supervised learning is proposed to address the problem of precise guidance for the ballistic missile in high maneuver penetration condition.An accurate ballistic trajectory model is applied to generate training samples,and ablation experiments are conducted to determine the mapping relationship between the flight state and the impact point.At the same time,the impact point coordinates are decoupled to improve the prediction accuracy,and the sigmoid activation function is improved to ameliorate the prediction efficiency.Therefore,an IPP neural network model,which solves the contradiction between the accuracy and the speed of the IPP,is established.In view of the performance deviation of the divert control system,the mapping relationship between the guidance parameters and the impact deviation is analysed based on the variational principle.In addition,a fast iterative model of guidance parameters is designed for reference to the Newton iteration method,which solves the nonlinear strong coupling problem of the guidance parameter solution.Monte Carlo simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of the impact point is high,with a 3 σ prediction error of 4.5 m,and the guidance method is robust,with a 3 σ error of 7.5 m.On the STM32F407 singlechip microcomputer,a single IPP takes about 2.374 ms,and a single guidance solution takes about9.936 ms,which has a good real-time performance and a certain engineering application value. 展开更多

In order to forecast projectile impact points quickly and accurately,aprojectile impact point prediction method based on generalized regression neural network(GRNN)is presented.Firstly,the model of GRNN forecasting impact point is established;secondly,the particle swarm algorithm(PSD)is used to optimize the smooth factor in the prediction model and then the optimal GRNN impact point prediction model is obtained.Finally,the numerical simulation of this prediction model is carried out.Simulation results show that the maximum range error is no more than 40 m,and the lateral deviation error is less than0.2m.The average time of impact point prediction is 6.645 ms,which is 1 300.623 ms less than that of numerical integration method.Therefore,it is feasible and effective for the proposed method to forecast projectile impact points,and thus it can provide a theoretical reference for practical engineering applications. 展开更多

In order to measure the parameters of flight rocket by using radar,rocket impact point was estimated accurately for rocket trajectory correction.The Kalman filter with adaptive filter gain matrix was adopted.According to the particle trajectory model,the adaptive Kalman filter trajectory model was constructed for removing and filtering the outliers of the parameters during a section of flight detected by three-dimensional data radar and the rocket impact point was extrapolated.The results of numerical simulation show that the outliers and noise in trajectory measurement signal can be removed effectively by using the adaptive Kalman filter and the filter variance can converge in a short period of time.Based on the relation of filtering time and impact point estimation error,choosing the filtering time of 8-10 scan get the minimum estimation error of impact point. 展开更多

Compared with the one-dimensional trajectory correction technology which adjusts longitudinal range, not only does the two-dimensional trajectory correction technology adjust the force in velocity direction, but also need to modulate the lateral force or trajectory (perpendicular to the vertical plane of fire direction). Therefore, the structure of control cabin of two-dimensional trajectory correction projectile (TDTCP) is more complicated than that of one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile (ODTCP). To simplify the structure of control cabin of TDTCP and reduce the cost, a scheme of adding a damping disk to the control cabin of ODTCP has been developed recently. The damping disk is unfolded at the right moment during its flight to change the ballistic drift of spin stabilized projectile. For this technical scheme of TDTCP, a fast and accurate impact point prediction method based on extended Kalman filter is presented. An approximate formula for predicting the ballistic drift and trajectory correction quantity is deduced. And the lateral correction capability for different fire angles and its influencing factors are analyzed. All the work is valuable for further research. 展开更多

This study assessed the impact of petrol service stations on physico-chemical water quality in Port Harcourt metropolis, Rivers State. This threw light on the extent of damage and alteration of water quality in Port Harcourt metropolis as a result of the proliferation of petrol service stations especially the condition of ground and nearby surface water. This serves as a useful tool to government and regulatory authorities for planning especially due to lack of central water supply system in Port Harcourt metropolis. The parameters studied were sampled, measured and analyzed using in situ and other standard methods. Remarkable results above permissible limits of interest for physicochemical parameter analysis revealed pH values from 4.6 to 6.8, electrical conductivity from 0.002 µS/cm to 0.42 µS/cm, salinity from 3 ppm to 4050 ppm, and temperatures from 19.9˚C to 32.6˚C. Total dissolved solids (TDS) varied from 7 ppm to 1000 ppm, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) from 0.167 mg/L to 2.167 mg/L, chemical oxygen demand (COD) from 0.257 mg/L to 3.253 mg/L, and dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations from 1.70 mg/L to 4.30 mg/L. Specifically, water samples from NNPC Filling Station (Choba) and Eneka Pond displayed “Poor” water quality with WQI values of 112.003 and 112.076, respectively. Similarly, ALLTEC Filling Station (Eneka) and TOTAL Filling Station (Rumuomasi) had “Poor” water quality with WQI values of 173.707 and 180.946, respectively. In contrast, Excelsis Filling Station (Akpajo) demonstrated “Good” water quality with a WQI of 85.2072, while Total Filling Stations (Slaughter) and Choba River revealed “unsuitable for drinking” water quality with WQI values of 552.461 and 654.601, respectively. Slaughter River also indicated very poor water quality with a WQI of 442.024. The physicochemical and nutrient analyses of the water samples showed that activities of the filling stations within the study area may have polluted groundwater in the environment posing poor aesthetics and great health risk to consumers of the water bodies. The findings underscore the need for immediate remediation efforts and stricter regulatory measures to protect water quality. The study concluded that surface and groundwater near petrol service stations in Port Harcourt are unfit for drinking and irrigation purposes without adequate treatment. 展开更多

A highway in the floodplain of the Abandoned Yellow River in the north of Jiangsu Province is recently remediated to reduce liquefaction potential using the dynamic compaction(DC)method of densification of in-place soils.Firstly,the liquefaction potential of the soil at the project site is analysed according to the code of seismic design.Then the in-situ single point impact tests are performed on the liquefiable soil.Settlement of crater,excess pore pressure,ground heave and lateral deformation under DC impact are measured and analyzed.Subsequently, the standard penetration test(SPT)and cone penetration test(CPT)are used for investigating the compaction effectiveness.At last,the improvement effect of DC is discussed according to the technical specification of dynamic consolidation to ground treatment.The investigation results indicate that the DC technique is an effective way for remediating liquefiable soil in highway engineering practice. 展开更多

Recently, a particle-based multiscale simulation procedure is being developed, within the framework of the MPM, to describe the detonation process of energetic nano-composites from molecular to continuum level so that a multiscale equation of state could be formulated. In this letter, a multiscale MPM is proposed via both hierarchical and concurrent schemes to simulate the impact response between two microrods with different nanostructures. Preliminary results are presented to illustrate that a transition region is not required between different spatial scales with the proposed approach. 展开更多

According to the World Health Organization, approximately 3 million deaths are prevented each year in the world thanks to vaccination and then, in addition, each year, it makes it possible to avoid nearly 750,000 children suffering from serious physical, mental or neurological handicaps and 1.5 million other deaths could be avoided if the vaccination coverage is improved. However, vaccination coverage is often not achieved due to various difficulties encountered by health providers in the expanded program on vaccination activities. Yet, it is important to strengthen the program. This research paper aimed to assess health providers’ points of view on the impact of the project to strengthen the routine expanded program on vaccination in the Barumbu health zone in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC). To do so, we surveyed a convenience sample of 234 health providers involved in the implementation of the project, including 210 community relays, 9 permanent nurses, 9 health committee chairpersons and 6 health authorities. A questionnaire related to the objective of the research was submitted to them. After analyzing the data, we found that the points of view of health providers are negative. The performance of the vaccination program was not great. Several reasons were given for this, including the non-involvement of the political and administrative authorities, the failure to respect the funds disbursement circuit and the non-effective financing of vaccination activities in the Barumbu health zone in Kinshasa, DRC. 展开更多

Under single-satellite observation,the parameter estimation of the boost phase of high-precision space noncooperative targets requires prior information.To improve the accuracy without prior information,we propose a parameter estimation model of the boost phase based on trajectory plane parametric cutting.The use of the plane passing through the geo-center and the cutting sequence line of sight(LOS)generates the trajectory-cutting plane.With the coefficient of the trajectory cutting plane directly used as the parameter to be estimated,a motion parameter estimation model in space non-cooperative targets is established,and the Gauss-Newton iteration method is used to solve the flight parameters.The experimental results show that the estimation algorithm proposed in this paper weakly relies on prior information and has higher estimation accuracy,providing a practical new idea and method for the parameter estimation of space non-cooperative targets under single-satellite warning. 展开更多

运载火箭助推器分离后的落点预示对于安全区的管控及回收系统的设计十分重要,然而助推器再入过程由于失去姿态控制能力导致姿态运动范围大、运动规律复杂,传统型号往往采用极限偏差组合或六自由度打靶的手段来进行助推器落点范围的预示... 运载火箭助推器分离后的落点预示对于安全区的管控及回收系统的设计十分重要,然而助推器再入过程由于失去姿态控制能力导致姿态运动范围大、运动规律复杂,传统型号往往采用极限偏差组合或六自由度打靶的手段来进行助推器落点范围的预示,存在预示范围过大、预示方法对落点预示范围正向设计指导意义不足的问题。采用一种基于非线性动平衡理论的分析方法,分析助推器无控再入过程三通道耦合姿态运动动态稳定特性,辨识固有周期性姿态运动模态,针对有限固有模态建立等效质点运动受力建模,快速、精确分析助推器分离后的落点范围,并能够对助推器特征参数对落区范围影响进行灵敏度分析,指导落区范围正向设计。仿真结果表明:该方法相较极限偏差组合法大幅提升助推器落点预示精度,相较六自由度打靶法更高效、更具有设计指导意义,为火箭助推类飞行器的航区安全性设计提供了重要支撑。 展开更多

自然界中的香蒲茎秆能较好地抵御外部和自身荷载性能,其微观结构由大量直径不相同的细胞孔构成,基于其特点提出横截面的多尺度模型,并设计一种具有良好侧向抗冲击性能的仿香蒲结构。使用有限元方法研究仿香蒲结构的侧向抗冲击性能,对其... 自然界中的香蒲茎秆能较好地抵御外部和自身荷载性能,其微观结构由大量直径不相同的细胞孔构成,基于其特点提出横截面的多尺度模型,并设计一种具有良好侧向抗冲击性能的仿香蒲结构。使用有限元方法研究仿香蒲结构的侧向抗冲击性能,对其相关参数进行分析,建立同质量的仿竹子、仿双节竹、仿仙人掌、仿马尾草、仿蜘蛛网和仿螳螂虾共6种仿生模型,并与仿香蒲结构模型进行对比。研究结果表明:横向胞壁间距、胞孔壁厚度、表皮厚度、胞孔直径这4个参数对仿香蒲结构的性能有显著影响,在较小的横向胞壁间距、中等的胞孔壁厚度、较大的表皮厚度以及由外到内先变大后变小的胞孔直径下能得到较高的比吸能;新型仿香蒲结构的比吸能和冲击力均明显比其他仿生结构的高,说明仿香蒲结构具有较强的吸能能力和较高的吸能效率。 展开更多

目的 探讨放散式体外冲击穴位点对老年慢性颈痛病人疼痛程度、运动能力的影响作用。方法 采用电脑随机数字表法将2020年1月至2021年1月中南大学湘雅三医院98例老年慢性颈痛病人,按照1∶1试验设计原则分为两组,各49例。对照组予以传统物... 目的 探讨放散式体外冲击穴位点对老年慢性颈痛病人疼痛程度、运动能力的影响作用。方法 采用电脑随机数字表法将2020年1月至2021年1月中南大学湘雅三医院98例老年慢性颈痛病人,按照1∶1试验设计原则分为两组,各49例。对照组予以传统物理康复疗法,观察组予以物理康复联合放散式体外冲击穴位点,连续治疗15 d。观察比较两组临床疗效、不同时间点数字疼痛评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、颈椎主动活动障碍、肌力和耐力、表面肌电信号及疼痛介质[前列腺素E2(PGE2)、P物质、神经肽Y(NPY)]变化。结果 观察组总有效率97.96%(48/49)高于对照组77.55%(38/49)(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、15 d观察组NRS评分分别为(3.00±0.49)分、(1.09±0.20)分,均低于对照组的(3.56±0.52)分、(1.78±0.36)分(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、15 d观察组颈椎功能障碍分别为(9.46±2.85)分、(5.12±2.10)分,颈椎主动活动障碍分别为(1.63±0.76)分、(0.58±0.32)分,均低于对照组的(12.10±3.10)分、(8.96±2.56)分,(2.10±0.53)分、(1.52±0.45)分(P<0.05)。治疗15 d观察组肌力、耐力分别为(29.63±3.12)mm、(35.98±2.56)s,均高于对照组(28.12±2.56)mm、(33.21±2.10)s(P<0.05)。治疗7d、15 d观察组血清PGE2、NPY、P物质水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗15 d观察组22 mmHg、26 mmHg、30 mmHg气囊压力时表面肌电信号均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 放散式体外冲击穴位点有助于提高老年慢性颈痛病人疗效,减轻疼痛,改善颈椎功能和运动功能,增强肌肉肌力和耐力。 展开更多

目的探究高速空气燃料热喷涂(Activated Combustion-high Velocity Air Fuel,AC-HVAF)过程中喷涂纯铝粒子撞击基材后的状态及铝涂层的组织形态与变化。方法采用AC-HVAF热喷涂技术在AZ80镁合金基体上喷涂纯Al颗粒并且制备Al涂层,通过颗... 目的探究高速空气燃料热喷涂(Activated Combustion-high Velocity Air Fuel,AC-HVAF)过程中喷涂纯铝粒子撞击基材后的状态及铝涂层的组织形态与变化。方法采用AC-HVAF热喷涂技术在AZ80镁合金基体上喷涂纯Al颗粒并且制备Al涂层,通过颗粒撞击实验获得单一撞击粒子,探讨粒子撞击形貌状态、形成原因、结合机制并分析涂层形成原因与转变结果。结果在AC-HVAF粒子撞击过程中,大功率喷枪制备铝颗粒经过短暂高温高压作用后,粉末粒子达到熔融状态,以熔融的方式撞击基体,与小功率喷枪形成的低温喷涂相比,颗粒间不再是单一机械结合。在短暂高温作用下涂层形成大量再结晶,制备的涂层获得了细小晶粒尺寸,并且形成了均匀分布位错密度,喷涂撞击形成了方向统一的织构状态。结论通过大功率喷枪制备的铝涂层在高温高压条件下使铝颗粒以熔融态撞击基体,涂层获得了更高的完整度与致密度;喷涂涂层形成了均匀细小的晶粒组织,且位错密度均匀,在受到喷涂撞击后涂层获得垂直于喷涂方向的丝织构。 展开更多

为充分挖掘弹丸径向速度在时空上的规律,提高弹丸落点预测精度,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络结合门控循环单元的弹丸落点预测方法。分别利用卷积神经网络(CNN)和门控循环单元(GRU)网络对弹丸的径向速度在时间和空间上的强相关性特征进行... 为充分挖掘弹丸径向速度在时空上的规律,提高弹丸落点预测精度,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络结合门控循环单元的弹丸落点预测方法。分别利用卷积神经网络(CNN)和门控循环单元(GRU)网络对弹丸的径向速度在时间和空间上的强相关性特征进行提取,学习弹丸高度复杂的非线性飞行轨迹,构建弹丸落点预测模型。通过某型炮弹径向速度数据作为训练集和测试集进行弹丸落点预测,并与MLP、LSTM和CNN-LSTM时序预测方法进行比较。实验结果表明,CNN-GRU预测模型能够有效提取径向速度序列中的时空间信息,学习出弹丸相对雷达的位置,相比其他模型具有预测精度高、收敛速度快且稳定性好的优势。 展开更多

受落石冲击作用的埋地管道极易造成巨大损害,严重影响管道安全运行。受环境和输送介质影响,长输管道腐蚀产生往往不以单一缺陷出现,当管道上产生两个或多个缺陷时可能导致情况更加复杂。结合国内外研究现状,采用ABAQUS软件构建环向和轴... 受落石冲击作用的埋地管道极易造成巨大损害,严重影响管道安全运行。受环境和输送介质影响,长输管道腐蚀产生往往不以单一缺陷出现,当管道上产生两个或多个缺陷时可能导致情况更加复杂。结合国内外研究现状,采用ABAQUS软件构建环向和轴向双点腐蚀有限元模型,对管道内压、落石冲击速度、腐蚀缺陷尺寸等参数进行力学分析。研究结果表明:轴向和环向双点腐蚀应力应变变化规律曲线大致相似,轴向双点腐蚀敏感性高,更易遭受破坏失效。管道内压、缺陷深度和落石冲击速度对双点腐蚀管道影响显著,腐蚀加深极易造成管道破坏失效,腐蚀长度和腐蚀宽度对管道应力应变影响较小。对于途经崩塌区的管道,可采取增加壁厚、管道埋深和设置防护网等措施,降低管道遭受落石冲击危害,有效提升管道整体安全性。 展开更多

为了提高强冲击试验的试验弹测速有效性与精度,本文设计了高速摄像试验弹测速方案测量试验弹冲击前的速度。依据试验条件进行了关键设备选型并搭建了高速摄像测速系统,利用有限脉冲响应(Finite impulse response,FIR)滤波器并选取不同... 为了提高强冲击试验的试验弹测速有效性与精度,本文设计了高速摄像试验弹测速方案测量试验弹冲击前的速度。依据试验条件进行了关键设备选型并搭建了高速摄像测速系统,利用有限脉冲响应(Finite impulse response,FIR)滤波器并选取不同滤波器半长进行速度分析计算,通过“四点矫正法”解决了图像倾斜畸变。将测速结果与传统的激光测速结果进行比对,二者测试结果高度吻合(相对误差在0.5%以内)。最后由测速系统分析的3组连续出口速度证明了该强冲击试验系统具备提供稳定速度的能力。 展开更多
