Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been widely used in military,medical,wireless communications,aerial surveillance,etc.One key topic involving UAVs is pose estimation in autonomous navigation.A standard procedure for this process is to combine inertial navigation system sensor information with the global navigation satellite system(GNSS)signal.However,some factors can interfere with the GNSS signal,such as ionospheric scintillation,jamming,or spoofing.One alternative method to avoid using the GNSS signal is to apply an image processing approach by matching UAV images with georeferenced images.But a high effort is required for image edge extraction.Here a support vector regression(SVR)model is proposed to reduce this computational load and processing time.The dynamic partial reconfiguration(DPR)of part of the SVR datapath is implemented to accelerate the process,reduce the area,and analyze its granularity by increasing the grain size of the reconfigurable region.Results show that the implementation in hardware is 68 times faster than that in software.This architecture with DPR also facilitates the low power consumption of 4 mW,leading to a reduction of 57%than that without DPR.This is also the lowest power consumption in current machine learning hardware implementations.Besides,the circuitry area is 41 times smaller.SVR with Gaussian kernel shows a success rate of 99.18%and minimum square error of 0.0146 for testing with the planning trajectory.This system is useful for adaptive applications where the user/designer can modify/reconfigure the hardware layout during its application,thus contributing to lower power consumption,smaller hardware area,and shorter execution time. 展开更多

The switched system contains two different hyperchaotic systems and can change its behaviour continuously from one to another via a switching function. On the other hand, it presents a systematic method for designing the circuit of realizing the proposed hyperchaotic system. In this design, circuit state equations are written in normalized dimensionless form by rescaling the time variable. Furthermore, an analogous circuit is designed by using the proposed method and built for verifying the new hyperchaos and the design method. The hyperchaotic nature is verified theoretically by using the bifurcation analysis and demonstrated experimentally by the implementation of an analogue electronic circuit. Moreover, the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology is applied to implementing a continuous system in a digital form by using a chip of Altera Cyclone II EP2C35F484C8. The system has rich and complex dynamical behaviors, and it is investigated in terms of Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagrams, Poincare maps, frequency spectrum, and numerical simulations. In addition, the theoretical analysis shows that the system undergoes a Hopf bifurcation as one parameter varies, which is illustrated by the numerical simulation. Together with the theoretical design and numerical simulations, three different types of attractor are available, governed by constructing triangular wave, sawtooth wave and hysteresis sequence. The presented new multi-scroll chaotic system is different from the classical multi-scroll chaotic Chua system in dimensionless state equations, nonlinear functions and maximum Lyapunov exponents. In addition, the basic dynamical behaviours, including equilibrium points, eigenvalues, eigenvectors, eigenplanes, bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponents, are further investigated. By introducing an additional state feedback into a three-dimensional autonomous chaotic attractor Lü system, this paper presents a novel four-dimensional continuous autonomous hyper-chaotic system which has only one equilibrium. There are only 8 terms in all four equations of the new hyper-chaotic system, which may be less than any other four-dimensional continuous autonomous hyper-chaotic systems generated by three-dimensional (3D) continuous autonomous chaotic systems. The hyper-chaotic system undergoes Hopf bifurcation when parameter c varies, and becomes the 3D modified Lü system when parameter k varies. Although the hyper-chaotic system does not undergo Hopf bifurcation when parameter k varies, many dynamic behaviours such as periodic attractor, quasi periodic attractor, chaotic attractor and hyper-chaotic attractor can be observed. A circuit is also designed when parameter k varies and the results of the circuit experiment are in good agreement with those of simulation. 展开更多

In order to improve it, a novel flatness predictive model via T-S cloud reasoning network implemented by digital signal processor(DSP) is proposed. First, the combination of genetic algorithm(GA) and simulated annealing algorithm(SAA) is put forward, called GA-SA algorithm, which can make full use of the global search ability of GA and local search ability of SA. Later, based on T-S cloud reasoning neural network, flatness predictive model is designed in DSP. And it is applied to 900 HC reversible cold rolling mill. Experimental results demonstrate that the flatness predictive model via T-S cloud reasoning network can run on the hardware DSP TMS320 F2812 with high accuracy and robustness by using GA-SA algorithm to optimize the model parameter. 展开更多

The software-based computer numerical control(CNC) system includes three types of tasks: periodic real-time tasks, aperiodic real-time tasks, and non-real-time tasks. The tasks are characterized by concurrency, hybridization, and correlation, which make system implementation difficult. The conventional scheduling algorithm can not meet the demands of system implementation in the software-based CNC system completely. The uncertainty factors when running real-time tasks affect control performance by degrading manufacturing accuracy as a result of system resource and processor use restrictions. To address the technical difficulty of embedded system implementation, a novel fuzzy feedback scheduling algorithm based on output jitter of key real-time tasks for a software-based CNC system is proposed. Time characteristics, such as sampling jitter, input-output jitter, and non-schedulability are discussed, followed by quantification through simulations of the impact of time characteristics on manufacturing accuracy. On the basis of this research, the scheduler architecture is designed, and then the algorithm table is calculated. When the system resource changes, the key periodic real-time tasks meet their deadlines by means of dynamically adjusting the task period. The simulated results show that the machining precision rises by an order of magnitude for the proposed scheduler in resource-constrained software-based CNC systems. Moreover, unlike conventional feedback scheduling methods, the algorithm in this paper does not rely on the availability of task execution times and is easy to implement while incurring only a small overhead. 展开更多

The chaotic behavior of CBDS is mathemat- ically proven according to the Devaney's definition, and its statistical properties are verified both for uniformity and by a comprehensive, reputed and stringent battery of tests called TestU01. Furthermore, a systematic methodology developing the parallel computations is proposed for FPGA platform-based realization of this CBDS. In order to overcome the essential difficulties in iteratively adjusting multiple parameters of conventional multi-parameter control, this paper introduces a unified step function controlled by a single parameter for constructing various multi-wing chaotic and hyperchaotic systems. In particular, to the best of the authors' knowledge, this is also the first time to find a non-equilibrium multi-wing hyperchaotic system by means of the unified step function control. According to the heteroclinic loop Shilnikov theorem, some properties for multi-wing attractors and its chaos mechanism are further discussed and analyzed. The control problem is discussed for a chaotic system without equilibrium in this paper.On the basis of the linear mathematical model of the two-wheeled self-balancing robot,a novel chaotic system which has no equilibrium is proposed.The basic dynamical properties of this new system are studied via Lyapunov exponents and Poincar′e map.To further demonstrate the physical realizability of the presented novel chaotic system,a chaotic circuit is designed.By using fractional-order operators,a controller is designed based on the state-feedback method.According to the Gronwall inequality,Laplace transform and Mittag-Leffler function,a new control scheme is explored for the whole closed-loop system.Under the developed control scheme,the state variables of the closed-loop system are controlled to stabilize them to zero.Finally,the numerical simulation results of the chaotic system with equilibrium and without equilibrium illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 展开更多

In view of the problems faced by implementation model of cooperated rural households in terms of limited use scope, insufficient governmental policy and one-sided participation of rural households, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the feasibility of implementation model of cooperated rural households is established. From the macro-perspective, seven indexes including urban land use, township economic development stage, urbanization and township enterprise structure are selected. From the micro-perspective, 12 indexes including location situation, governance capability and economic developmental level at village level are selected. Besides, the multiple factors evaluation model is established. Taking implementation items of cooperated rural households in Hubin Village, Baijia Town of Dianjiang County as an example, the implantations items are analyzed by using the comprehensive evaluation model and the evaluation results are in accordance with actual situation. The effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method is proved. However, affected by the limited application scope of implementation model, insufficient policy and one-sided farmers' participation, in order to avoid copying the successful experience of completed pilot blindly, farmers are suggested to adopt the implementation model of cooperated rural households. 展开更多

In this paper,a simplest fractional-order hyperchaotic(SFOH)system is obtained when the fractional calculus is applied to the piecewise-linear hyperchaotic system,which possesses seven terms without any quadratic or higher-order polynomials.The numerical solution of the SFOH system is investigated based on the Adomian decomposition method(ADM).The methods of segmentation and replacement function are proposed to solve this system and analyze the dynamics.Dynamics of this system are demonstrated by means of phase portraits,bifurcation diagrams,Lyapunov exponent spectrum(LEs)and Poincarésection.The results show that the system has a wide chaotic range with order change,and large Lyapunov exponent when the order is very small,which indicates that the system has a good application prospect.Besides,the parameter a is a partial amplitude controller for the SFOH system.Finally,the system is successfully implemented by digital signal processor(DSP).It lays a foundation for the application of the SFOH system. 展开更多

Background: Preventing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries is important to avoid long-term adverse health consequences. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing the incidence of these injuries. Our purpose was to identify barriers of implementation for ACL injury prevention programs and suggest mechanisms for reducing the barriers through application of a SocioEcological Model(SEM).Methods: Studies investigating ACL prevention program effectiveness were searched in Medline via PubMed and the Cochrane Library, and a subsequent review of the references of the identified articles, yielded 15 articles total. Inclusion criteria encompassed prospective controlled trials, published in English, with ACL injuries as the primary outcome. Studies were independently appraised by 2 reviewers for methodological quality using the PEDro scale. Barriers to implementation were identified when reported in at least 2 separate studies. A SEM was used to suggest ways to reduce the identified barriers.Results: Five barriers were identified: motivation, time requirements, skill requirements for program facilitators, compliance, and cost. The SEM suggested ways to minimize the barriers at all levels of the model from the individual through policy levels.Conclusion: Identification of barriers to program implementation and suggesting how to reduce them through the SEM is a critical first step toward enabling ACL prevention programs to be more effective and ultimately reducing the incidence of these injuries. 展开更多
