An investor who plans to carry out a building investment must be aware of the hazards that can be encountered while pursuing the project. Risk analysis can be supported by multi-criteria methods, which allow the user to assess the risk level while taking into account various risk-affecting factors. The aim of this article is to present and compare methods for estimating the level of risk. The article shows an example of risk assessment using methods Preliminary Hazard Assessment, Hazard Matrix and the method not used to this type of calculation Indicator method. Conducted in Article calculations show the possibility of using methods from the group of multi-criteria analysis and the results show the usefulness of the methodology developed by the author. This analysis involves a construction development designed for the tourism business. This is an interesting example due to the specific nature of the object and its location. The calculations take into account the difficult implementation conditions and the results show what you should pay attention to when planning investment. 展开更多

In recent years, the ecological environment along highways in Tibetan Plateau has been severely affected due to the rapid construction of highways. In order to solve the problems of multiple indicators and inconsistent criteria in the ecological impact assessment of highways, and to scientifically screen assessment indicators, the paper proposes a multi-round indicator screening method, which combines literature analysis, expert rating, and statistical analysis.Based on this screening method, normalized difference vegetation index, land surface temperature, elevation, and normalized difference soil index are screened out.Combined with multiple linear regression,an ecological impact assessment model is established and applied to ecological impact assessment of Gonghe-Yushu Expressway. The results show that the expressway construction is the first driving force for the deterioration of the ecological environment along the roadside, and its interference range on the desert grassland ecosystem is greater than that on the agroforestry system. The ecological environment within 150 m on both sides of the expressway should be protected. 展开更多

Estimating cross-range velocity is a challenging task for space-borne synthetic aperture radar(SAR), which is important for ground moving target indication(GMTI). Because the velocity of a target is very small compared with that of the satellite, it is difficult to correctly estimate it using a conventional monostatic platform algorithm. To overcome this problem, a novel method employing multistatic SAR is presented in this letter. The proposed hybrid method, which is based on an extended space-time model(ESTIM) of the azimuth signal, has two steps: first, a set of finite impulse response(FIR) filter banks based on a fractional Fourier transform(FrFT) is used to separate multiple targets within a range gate; second, a cross-correlation spectrum weighted subspace fitting(CSWSF) algorithm is applied to each of the separated signals in order to estimate their respective parameters. As verified through computer simulation with the constellations of Cartwheel, Pendulum and Helix, this proposed time-frequency-subspace method effectively improves the estimation precision of the cross-range velocities of multiple targets. 展开更多
