The Model of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”Integrated Education for Electronic Information Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

Application of Electronic Information Engineering in Hospital Management

To further enhance the overall service quality of China’s hospitals and improve the trust of the majority of patients in hospitals,this paper takes intelligent hospital management as the object of study,analyzes the importance of electronic information engineering technology applied in hospital management,and discusses the specific application methods of electronic information engineering in hospital management.This aims the existing problems in the current hospital management,such as insufficient degree of informatization,data sharing difficulties,lack of professionals,etc.Corresponding improvement measures are proposed,including strengthening the construction of informatization,promoting data sharing,and cultivating professionals.It is hoped that this study will enable the majority of hospital managers to make better use of electronic information engineering technology to effectively solve the current problems faced by hospitals and to continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s hospitals.

Information engineering infrastructure for life sciences and its implementation in China

Biological data,represented by the data from omics platforms,are accumulating exponentially.As some other data-intensive scientific disciplines such as high-energy physics,climatology,meteorology,geology,geography and environmental sciences,modern life sciences have entered the information-rich era,the era of the 4th paradigm.The creation of Chinese information engineering infrastructure for pan-omics studies(CIEIPOS) has been long overdue as part of national scientific infrastructure,in accelerating the further development of Chinese life sciences,and translating rich data into knowledge and medical applications.By gathering facts of current status of international and Chinese bioinformatics communities in collecting,managing and utilizing biological data,the essay stresses the significance and urgency to create a 'data hub' in CIEIPOS,discusses challenges and possible solutions to integrate,query and visualize these data.Another important component of CIEIPOS,which is not part of traditional biological data centers such as NCBI and EBI,is omics informatics.Mass spectroscopy platform was taken as an example to illustrate the complexity of omics informatics.Its heavy dependency on computational power is highlighted.The demand for such power in omics studies is argued as the fundamental function to meet for CIEIPOS.Implementation outlook of CIEIPOS in hardware and network is discussed.

Marine Engineering Geological Exploration Information System(MEGEIS):A GIS-based Application to Marine Resources Exploitation

Based on the ArcGIS geographic information system and the ORACLE database management system,this paper reports our studies on the technology of Marine Engineering Geological Exploration Information System(MEGEIS). By analyzing system structure,designing function modules and discussing data management,this paper systematically proposes a framework of technol-ogy to integrate,manage,and analyze the seabed information comprehensively. Then,the technology is applied to the design and development of the Bohai Sea Oilfield Paradigm Area Information System. The system can not only meet the practical demands of marine resources exploration and exploitation in the Bohai Sea oilfield,but also serve as a preparatory work in theory and technology for the realization of the 'Digital Seabed'.

China National Engineering Research Center for Information Technology in Agriculture （NERCITA） was established in 2001 with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Incremental View Computation Model for Object-Oriented Information

We introduce a model to implement incremental update of views. The principle is that unless a view is accessed, the modification related to the view is not computed. This modification information is used only when views are updated. Modification information is embodied in the classes (including inheritance classes and nesting classes) that derive the view. We establish a modify list consisted of tuples (one tuple for each view which is related to the class) to implement view update. A method is used to keep views from re-update. Present situation and improving measures of Chinese Construction Engineering Management informatization

Building engineering management is a huge and complex work, which the key to ensure the quality ofconstruction projects. With the rapid development of the domestic construction industry, the traditional engineering management model can not meet the needs of a large number of construction project information exchanges. Only realizing informationization of construction engineering management, can reduce the cost of construction projects, improve the efficiency of project management and construction progress. This paper analyzes the current situation of construction management informatization, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction management information construction.

Construction of Software Design and Programming Practice Course in Information and Communication Engineering

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming one of the important goals of higher education in China.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneur-ship education in colleges and universities,we propose a core principle of“from basis to comprehensiveness,and then to innovation”to construct the software design and programming practice course in the information and communication engineering discipline.We have integrated specialized knowledge teaching with innovation and entrepreneurship training,implemented a series of experimental projects that integrate theory with practice,and explored mixed teaching methods and diversified examination methods.In this paper,details about software design and programming practice course construction are shown from aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,and examination methods.These course construction experiences will benefit teachers who engage in innovative practical courses in the information and communication engineering discipline.

AN HIERARCHICAL OCCLUSION TEST ALGORITHM FOR GLOBAL ILLUMINATION SOLUTION

This paper presents an efficient hierarchical occlusion test algorithm to support the global illumination solution such as Ray Tracing and Radiosity. This method, which is based on a cone volume intersection examination, can rapidly remove the irrelevant parts in a scene and find the vertices which fall into the shadow area of a given object. It is an effective alternative to the conventional shadow feeler method.

Infomarker—A New Internet InformationService System

As the web grows, the massive increase in information is placing severe burdens on information retrieval and sharing. Automated search engines and directories with small editorial staff are unable to keep up with the increasing submission of web sites. To address the problem, this paper presents Infomarker an Internet information service system based on open Directory and Zero-Keywond Inquiry. The oPen Directory sets up a net-community in which the increasing netcitizens can each organize a small portion of the web and present it to the others. By means of Zero-Keywond Inquiry, user can get the information he is interested in without inputting any keyword that is often required by search engines. In Infomarker,user can record the web address he likes and can put forward an information request based on his web records. The information matching engine checks the information in the open Directory to find what fits user's needs and adds it to user's web address records. The key to the matching process is layered keywoof mapping. Infomarker provides people with a whole new approach to getting information and shows a wide prospect.

Object Management Framework for CAx Information Management

As CAD/CAM becomes more and more popular, efficiently managing large amounts of engineering data becomes essential for improving design efficiency and quality. This paper analyses five basic features of product data management and combines them with real industrial examples. Then, an object oriented product data management model is presented. To carry out the model, the paper presents the architecture of the Cax information management and integration system (Cax IMIS), and focuses on its core technology, implementation of an object management framework, and discusses the process of realizing the inherent attributes, relations, and messages between objects using the object dictionary and storing detail information about the persistent objects in relation database management system (RDBMS). The method provides an effective object management framework for Cax IMIS.
