Rural Logistics System Based on Rural Informatization

Current status of rural informatization construction in China,including the relatively weak rural informatization,asymmetric market information,low level of information sharing,dispersedly allocated resources and no cross point among each other are analyzed.The importance of informatization in rural logistic system is introduced:firstly,decision making of logistics system plan is based on information.Secondly,improvement of the overall efficiency of logistics system is based on information.Thirdly,logistics transmission takes the Internet as the carrier.Necessity of rural logistics system is discussed from five aspects of increasing the employment of farmers,enhancing the income of farmers,reducing the blindness of agricultural production and circulation,sharing the risks of agricultural management,and promoting the rural economic restructuring.According to the above five steps,five countermeasures are posed in order to improve the rural logistics system.The countermeasures cover the aspects of deepening the information awareness of government,establishing a rural informatization system suited to the national condition of China,strengthening the information infrastructure in rural areas,promoting the integration of rural information resources and establishing the training system for agricultural information talents.

A Research on Business Information System and Informatization

Based on the analysis of commercial economic informatization,this paper puts forward the abstract model of commercial information system,which comprises of the environmental system,business system,monitoring system,and emergency system.In addition,it also involves the strain cycle,monitoring cycle,and business cycle.In order to promote a better development in the business economic model under the background of informatization,commercial enterprises should improve their understanding,develop and continuously optimize business economic informatization,as well as create an efficient and safe network security environment for the future.

Construction and Practice of Teaching Staff and Teaching Quality Monitoring System in University Affiliated Hospitals Under the Background of Education Informatization

Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.

Social Media-Based Surveillance Systems for Health Informatics Using Machine and Deep Learning Techniques:A Comprehensive Review and Open Challenges

Social media(SM)based surveillance systems,combined with machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)techniques,have shown potential for early detection of epidemic outbreaks.This review discusses the current state of SM-based surveillance methods for early epidemic outbreaks and the role of ML and DL in enhancing their performance.Since,every year,a large amount of data related to epidemic outbreaks,particularly Twitter data is generated by SM.This paper outlines the theme of SM analysis for tracking health-related issues and detecting epidemic outbreaks in SM,along with the ML and DL techniques that have been configured for the detection of epidemic outbreaks.DL has emerged as a promising ML technique that adaptsmultiple layers of representations or features of the data and yields state-of-the-art extrapolation results.In recent years,along with the success of ML and DL in many other application domains,both ML and DL are also popularly used in SM analysis.This paper aims to provide an overview of epidemic outbreaks in SM and then outlines a comprehensive analysis of ML and DL approaches and their existing applications in SM analysis.Finally,this review serves the purpose of offering suggestions,ideas,and proposals,along with highlighting the ongoing challenges in the field of early outbreak detection that still need to be addressed.

Letters and Visits System Optimization and Implementation

The letters and visits system plays a vital role in government work, serving as a crucial tool for supervising law enforcement and administrative conduct, ensuring public officials’ integrity, and promoting governance by law. As Chinese citizens’ political awareness grows, the volume of letters and visits has increased steadily. This paper reviews the current state of letters and visits information construction, identifies challenges and problems in system integration, presents integration ideas for existing systems, and proposes an innovative approach to letters and visits system integration. This research aims to provide valuable insights and guidance for other units undertaking similar system integration efforts.

The Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Applied Talent Training Mode under the Digital Informatization

This study takes the human resource management major of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the factors influencing the applied talent training mode and improvement paths under digital informatization.The research points out that digital informatization poses new challenges and opportunities to higher education and requires the applied talent training mode to practice and innovate.This study identified five key influencing factors of the applied talent training mode under digital informatization:curriculum setting,teaching methods,faculty structure,practical teaching,and student training.This research presents the improvement paths,including optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,adjusting teacher structure,improving practical teaching,and creating student training.Implementing these paths will help students master the latest knowledge and skills of digital informatization,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking to meet the social demand for human resource management professionals,and promote the development of higher education system.

Three Subjects and Seven Duties Model:Empowering Informatization Teaching Ability of Pre-Service Teachers

By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization.

Research on the Informatization Technology of Rural Residential Land Cadastral Data

Using innovative information means to form the digital management sys- tem of rural residential land is the key point to solve the difficult and hot issues in rural residential land management. In view of the diversity, large quantity, and preservation with paper of rural residential land data, a new method for automatic cutting and classification of digital images based on the image data source and us- ing the image processing algorithm and Python programming was proposed in order to achieve rapid and accurate collection and digital storage of rural residential land cadastral data. Using this method, digital image automatic cutting and classification were realized, and the efficiency and accuracy of this method was validated by comparing with the non-support free shooting method and manual image process- ing. The experimental results showed that the efficiency of the data acquisition of the fixed shooting method was 4.24 times of that of the non-support free shooting method with the accuracy rate increasing by 7.1%, and the efficiency of automatic image processing was 35 times of that of manual processing. Based on rapid and accuracy data acquisition, this method realized the automatic processing of digital images, which provided a reference for the research of informatization technology of the whole rural residential land data and has the value of popularization and appli- cation.

Research of Informatization Demands of New Countryside in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and Related Countermeasures

[Objective] The aim was to survey and analyze informatization demand in new countryside in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and to propose counter- measures, [Method] A questionnaire was made among farmers on informatization de- mands in different regions in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the re- sults were analyzed to propose countermeasures promoting informatization. [Result] With strengthening of information awareness, information demands in rural areas in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone change as follows： Information demand car- rier changes from traditional media to modern media; demand on information content changes from one-way to diversified one; demand of information service changes from one-way transmission to interaction and exchange. However, some problems still exist in informatization process, such as poor infrastructure, dispersed information resources, higher information expense and shortage of information-based talents. Hence, the countermeasures were proposed, as follows： Rational security systems should be established; financing should be as diversified as possible; informatization infrastructure should be reinforced; agricultural economic information and informatiza- tion service system should be established. [Conclusion] The research lays foundation for construction of informatization in new countryside in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.

A Comparative Study of Agricultural Informatization for China and Beyond

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the classification of agricultural informatization in some developed countries, and conclude the revelation to Chinese agricultural informatization. [Method] The research was made by comparison, according to the development impetus. [Result] The results show that foreign agricultural informatization is mainly divided into three categories： the first category is the government leading; the second category is the industry self-help; the third category is typical demonstration. Since the reform and opening, Chinese agricultural informatization has made considerable achievements. [Conclusion] The agricultural informatization is significant to promote the update of the traditional agriculture, and it is also essential to Chinese agricultural sustainability.

Problems and Countermeasures of the Application of Enterprise Management Accounting Informatization

The development of the internet can have a huge impact on industries from the mode of operation and strategic direction. As the ＂core＂ of enterprises, the financial industry has undergone great changes also, and the mode of traditional accounting in manual has been replaced by a computerized accounting. A computer can do all the financial work from accounting to reporting. Efficient and convenient accounting work allows financial personnel have more energy and time in enterprise management and decision-making, and the core of financial work has shifted to management. Therefore, more and more enterprises realize management accounting＇s value and importance. Management accounting includes information collection, analysis, storage and transfer, as well as data processing and analysis, making information system essential. Thus, management accounting information system will be an indispensable tool for enterprise value management. In the study, based on management accounting information, application of management accounting information in mid and large-size enterprises in China was reviewed to analyze existing problems and propose countermeasures with consideration of financial cloud model and business intelligence.

A Novel Automatic Classification System Based on Hybrid Unsupervised and Supervised Machine Learning for Electrospun Nanofibers

The manufacturing of nanomaterials by the electrospinning process requires accurate and meticulous inspection of related scanning electron microscope(SEM)images of the electrospun nanofiber,to ensure that no structural defects are produced.The presence of anomalies prevents practical application of the electrospun nanofibrous material in nanotechnology.Hence,the automatic monitoring and quality control of nanomaterials is a relevant challenge in the context of Industry 4.0.In this paper,a novel automatic classification system for homogenous(anomaly-free)and non-homogenous(with defects)nanofibers is proposed.The inspection procedure aims at avoiding direct processing of the redundant full SEM image.Specifically,the image to be analyzed is first partitioned into subimages(nanopatches)that are then used as input to a hybrid unsupervised and supervised machine learning system.In the first step,an autoencoder(AE)is trained with unsupervised learning to generate a code representing the input image with a vector of relevant features.Next,a multilayer perceptron(MLP),trained with supervised learning,uses the extracted features to classify non-homogenous nanofiber(NH-NF)and homogenous nanofiber(H-NF)patches.The resulting novel AE-MLP system is shown to outperform other standard machine learning models and other recent state-of-the-art techniques,reporting accuracy rate up to92.5%.In addition,the proposed approach leads to model complexity reduction with respect to other deep learning strategies such as convolutional neural networks(CNN).The encouraging performance achieved in this benchmark study can stimulate the application of the proposed scheme in other challenging industrial manufacturing tasks.

A Dairy Industry Information Cooperative Service System Based on a Production Process Ontology

Agricultural information cooperative services （AICS） are now becoming an important aspect of agriculture informatization. This study offers an ontological conception of the agricultural production process, establishing operational divisions corresponding to both the stages and the fundamental information requirements of the dairy industry production process in China, yielding a process ontology for the dairy industry as well as a business chain model. A framework for a dairy industry information cooperative service system was established, with service functions realized in a prototype system. The resulting agricultural process ontology built on the basis of biological characteristics has advantages as a classification standard for agricultural information; whereas the business chain model based on this agricultural process ontology allows for an effective distribution of agricultural information cooperative services. This study outlines a concept and demonstrates a prototype of a cooperative service capable of integrating diverse online agricultural information relevant to the dairy industry in China.

Exploration of Rural Informatization and Urban-rural Information Fusion

Based on the status quo of rural informatization and information service,this article conducts analysis and discussion of problems in rural informatization and urban-rural information fusion,using statistics. And corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows: building rural information platform; strengthening information literacy training in rural areas and cultivating new farmers; making information network serve production and operation to increase jobs and income for farmers; developing rural e-commerce; enhancing network information security and prevention.

Use of content management systems to address nursing workflow

Nurses are at the forefront of providing healthcare services to individuals of all age groups and with varying medical conditions.Aside from the critical knowledge and technical skills from nursing science,advancement in technology has assisted nurses in delivering quality nursing care by streamlining workflow processes and ensuring that data can easily be retrieved or modified.Electronic health records dramatically changed the landscape of the healthcare practice by providing an electronic means to store data and for healthcare professionals to retrieve and manipulate health information in a secured and collaborative environment.But with the nature of data being stored in the electronic health records,nurses still need to organize and process these data into relevant information,knowledge or wisdom so they can provide better holistic care to patients.This discussion paper details the role of content management systems in addressing nursing workflow by providing a mechanism for nurses to be developers themselves,and not just users or consumers of health innovative technologies.By using content management systems as platform for application development,nurses or other healthcare professionals,may be able to address problems with internal workflow without having to incur huge amounts in software development,or having to extensively learn programming languages.

Data Centric Design:A New Approach to Design of Microstructural Material Systems

Building processing,structure,and property(PSP)relations for computational materials design is at the heart of the Materials Genome Initiative in the era of high-throughput computational materials science.Recent technological advancements in data acquisition and storage,microstructure characterization and reconstruction(MCR),machine learning(ML),materials modeling and simulation,data processing,manufacturing,and experimentation have significantly advanced researchers’abilities in building PSP relations and inverse material design.In this article,we examine these advancements from the perspective of design research.In particular,we introduce a data-centric approach whose fundamental aspects fall into three categories:design representation,design evaluation,and design synthesis.Developments in each of these aspects are guided by and benefit from domain knowledge.Hence,for each aspect,we present a wide range of computational methods whose integration realizes data-centric materials discovery and design.

Design and Implementation of GPS Vehicle Navigation and Guidance System

The urban traffic information manageanent has become an important way of solving traffic jam of cities. With the wider use of the third generation of mobile conmmunication （3G） networks, information management based on 3G will be a central issue of application. The paper designs a fi-amework of Global Posititoning System （GPS） vehicle navigating and guiding system using 3G mobile network and Glbal Information System （GIS） electronic map according to moving objects. It discusses moving object＇s time-space attrihltes which will be described by a five-field and a directed graph. It analyzes the GPS mobile apparatus＇ s software functions and hardware structures. Anti it improves the function of GPS mobile apparatus which provide the guiding function utilizing the shared information of traffic. The navigation based on the shortest path algortithm is been advanced to one based on the real-time traffic flow of moving objects, which help people travelling on roads more convenietly.

Analyses on Four Models and Cases of Enterprise Informatization

The basic conditions of the enterprise informatization in Heilongjiang province are analyzed and 4 models are designed to drive the industrial and commercial information enterprise. The 4 models are the Resource Integration Informatization Model, the Flow Management Informatization Model, the Intranet E-commerce Informatization Model and the Network Enterprise Informatization Model. The conditions for using and problems needing attentions of these 4 models are also analyzed.
