Cultivation Path of Nursing Undergraduates’Scientific Research and Innovation Ability

Objective: The cultivation of the innovation ability and scientific research is one of the nursing learning objectives for undergraduate students. To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332”. Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence.

Investigation of the Current Situation of Innovation Ability Education of Vocational College Students Under the Guidance of Ideological and Political Education

Innovation ability is the ability to continuously provide new ideas,theories,methods,and inventions with economic,social,and ecological values in the fields of technology and various practical activities.The ideological and political education of vocational school students should be student-oriented and close to reality and life.It is necessary to improve the pertinence,effectiveness,attractiveness,and infectiousness of ideological and political education,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,and beauty.In this paper,we investigate and understand the practice of innovation ability education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,especially the current situation of professional practice teaching in Xinjiang Vocational Colleges.The construction of a professional practice base in vocational colleges is systematically studied.

Measuring Research on County Agricultural Technological Innovation Ability Index

Taking the mechanism of technological construction guidance theory and mode which consists of "objective-construction-evaluation-construction-objective" as a starting point, on the basis of county agricultural technological innovation ability and its index definition, this paper researches the constructing system of county agricultural technological innovation ability. Firstly, on the basis of defining county agricultural technological innovation ability and the definition of index, according to the principle of purposefulness, scientificity, systematicness, integration of dynamic state and static state, integration of quantitativeness and qualitativeness and so on, we construct the multi-level measuring system of county agricultural technological innovation ability, including 4 first-level indices, namely technological innovation environment, technological innovation basis, technological innovation ability, and technological innovation efficiency; 15 second-level indices, such as technological policy, technological system mechanism, technological institution construction, ability of innovation subject, ability of industrial expansion, scale merit, technological contribution rate. Moreover, this system has 45 third-level indices. Then, by using unascertained mathematics method and AHM method, we establish the multi-level unascertained composite measuring model of county agricultural technological innovation ability index. Finally, by using the survey data of one county in Hebei Province, and the established county agricultural technological innovation ability index model, we get the county agricultural technological innovation ability index of 0.711 by calculation, that is, the innovation ability is at the intermediate level, namely the modern agricultural sub-stage. The empirical research proves the correctness and applicability of this model.

STUDY ON MEASURE OF TECHNICAL INNOVATION ABILITY IN MEDIUM AND SMALL MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

Measure index system of technical innovation in medium and smallmanufacturing enterprises is established according to principles of exploration, adaptability,standardization, generalization, feasibility, comparability and combination of economic benefit andcontinual development. It includes index of technical innovation capacity, informationaladministration on technical innovation, and investment of technical innovation, economic benefit,green technical level, social contribution and other influential indexes. Approach to measure oftechnical innovation in medium and small manufacturing enterprises is presented based on combinationof grey relation and fuzzy hiberarchy analysis, and conclusions are drawn based on practicalanalysis of 20 medium and small enterprises, which provides the basis for the medium and smallenterprises to select technical innovation policies and the government to constitute relativepolicies.

Research on evaluation model of technology innovation ability of state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

Cultivation of Innovation Ability of Students in the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering from the Perspective of Engineering Professional Certification

Cultivating the top-notch innovative talents is an essential task for connotative construction of higher education.As an applicationoriented discipline,the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovation ability of college students.For a long time,however,the discipline education has problems of the inverted teaching subject position,weak coordination ability and single practice mode.The support for the cultivation of innovation ability is weak and ineffective.Therefore,in the context of professional certification of engineering education,it is necessary to make reform of traditional education mode and improve the carrier support and target acquisition taking the Outcomes-based Education(OBE)as guide,the innovation ability cultivation as objective,to provide effective guarantee for cultivation of the top-notch talents.These have become issues that should not be ignored in the development of the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering.

Innovation Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduates Cultivated by Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperation Program:A Case Study of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine

Industry-university-research institute cooperation has important strategic significance and practical value for cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students.Taking Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzed the current status of the joint cultivation of industry-university-research institute,and explored an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurial ability,in order to maximally stimulate talents to create the vitality of traditional Chinese medicine.

Research on the Path of Improving the Technological Innovation Ability of Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry Based on Technology

Based on the perspective of professional knowledge and professional technology, this paper focuses on the path to improve the technological innovation ability on the technical level, and provides advice and reference for promoting the pharmaceutical industry to achieve the improvement of technological innovation ability and the structural upgrading of the entire industry. It is found that in the project approval process of innovation subject, the key is to realize the guiding role of market demand on the project approval process of scientific research. In the research and development of innovative drugs, it is necessary to focus on the adaptation and transformation of laboratory technology in scale-up production. In the process of innovation achievement delivery and transformation, the focus is to truly complete the extension from the patent application stage to the product launch stage.

Discussion on Cultivation of Collaborative Innovation Ability of Postgraduates Under Background of New Engineering

In view of the increasing number of postgraduates,the quality of postgraduates also presents the situation of multi-level differentiation.In this paper,combined with the requirements of new engineering construction for personnel training,the collaborative innovation training mode of postgraduates under the background of new engineering is explored.Those include:breaking through the single training of teacherpupil inheritance and establishing a team cooperative training mechanism;Breaking through the limit of a single discipline and realizing the cooperative training mechanism of engineering postgraduates across disciplines and schools;Breaking through the closed training in colleges and universities,realizing the cooperative training in the industry,and building a cooperative training mechanism for postgraduates that involves production,study and research;and building an international science and technology cooperation platform and cultivating the cooperative innovation ability of postgraduates.

To Evaluate of the Self-dependent Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises in Shaanxi Province

For an enterprise, what is important is to have the self-dependent innovation ability so that it can en- hance the core competence unceasingly and acquire sustainable competitive advantages. In this paper, the indi- cator system of the self-dependent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shaanxi province is constructed, in which includes 4 one-level indicators and 13 two-level indicators; and conducts empirical re- search by applying the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

Prediction of Listed Company Innovation Ability Based on Attention Mechanism

Innovation is the center of the enterprise development, which is the main driving force of enterprises’ competitiveness. To evaluate the enterprises’ innovation ability, we firstly establish an index system which aims at analyzing the enterprise innovation ability. We also retrieve the data of the listed companies in Wind database from 2015 to 2019 and label them using factor analysis method. Then, a new deep learning classificational framework with attention mechanism and LSTM is established. The results show that when attention mechanism and LSTM are added into the convolutional neural network(CNN), the model’s prediction performance is better improved, and the accuracy, recall, precision and F-score are 0.914, 0.914, 0.916 and 0.915, respectively. This indicates the strong generalization ability of our new model. Finally, we also find that patents and R &D expenditures are the most important factor affecting the corporate innovation ability through SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP). Companies with more patents and R &D expenditures are generally considered to be more innovative.

Integrated Practice of Cultivating Innovative Ability and Ideological Education for Graduate Students of Materials Science Major

Aiming at the problem of weak integration of innovation ability and ideological education of postgraduates in materials major,this paper explores postgraduates’cultivation work under the support of Liaocheng University.It is found that the cultivation of the innovation ability of postgraduates in materials can be the realization path and sublimation carrier of ideological education,ideological education can provide spiritual support and methodological guidance for the former,and the organic integration of the two is feasible.Constructing the fit relationship between innovation ability and ideological education,institutionalizing tutor guidance,establishing tutor+counselor+professional teacher communication mechanism,and taking disciplinary competitions as a handhold can achieve the integration of innovation ability cultivation and ideological education of graduate students in materials major.

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Financial Innovation Ability of the National-Level New Areas Based on Grey Correlation

On the basis of setting up an evaluation index system of financial innovation ability and using the grey systems theory and the coefficient variation method, the article has proposed a synthetic evaluation method with grey correlation. Through evaluating the ability of financial innovation of the national-level new areas comprehensively, the article has offered reliable suggestions to adjust regional economic structure and make financial policy.

Analysis of educational factor in regional innovation and the corresponding policy implications

Research on the Influence of Business Convergence of Listed Tourism Companies on Enterprise Performance

Studying the impact of business convergence on enterprise performance can provide empirical basis for enterprises to formulate the integrated development strategy.The business convergence degree of 28 listed tourism companies was measured by Herfindahl index,and the impact of business convergence on business performance and the moderating effect of enterprise innovation ability were discussed.The results showed that the business convergence level of listed tourism companies varied greatly.Business convergence had a significant positive impact on short-term profitability of tourism enterprises,and a significant negative impact on the growth of enterprises.Innovation ability had a positive moderating effect on the impact of business convergence on enterprise profitability,but had no significant moderating effect on the impact of business convergence on enterprise growth.The results suggest that at the present stage,the business convergence of listed tourism companies is helpful to improve the profitability of enterprises in the short term,but it does not significantly promote the long-term growth of enterprises.
