Endogenous Innovation,the Organization of Work and Institutional Context

Drawing on the results of the third Community Innovation Survey and the third European Working Conditions Survey, this paper develops aggregate indicators at the national level of innovation modes and forms of work organization for the 15 member nations of the European Union in 2000. The analysis based on these indicators demonstrates that there is a close connection between how people work and learn in a country and the way firms＇ innovate. Specifically, it shows that in nations where work is organized to support high levels of discretion in solving complex problems firms tend to be more active in terms of endogenous innovation, i.e. innovation developed, at least to some degree, in house. In countries where learning and problem-solving on the job are more constrained, and little discretion is left to the employee, firms tend to engage in a supplier-dominated innovation strategy. The technological renewal of these firms reflects, almost exclusively, absorption of innovations developed elsewhere.

A Discrepancy between An Advocacy of Group Work and the Reality of Its Poor Implementation ELT Classrooms of Junior High Schools in China's Mainland

The paper investigates how group work was implemented in English teaching classrooms in a junior high school of China's Mainland as a case study. The research data was collected by classroom observations, a survey of the students and interviews with the classroom teachers. The research finds a mismatch between an advocacy of group work and the reality of its poor implementation. It has implications on English curriculum innovation and the advocacy of group work in ELT classrooms in China's Mainland.

Organizational Psychology in the 21st Century: The Big Five Theory Contribution in the Modern Workplace

The Big Five Theory is considered as the most prominent personality theoretical approach in psychology.This paper aims to discuss the contribution of the Big Five Theory in the modern workplace.Which personality traits are more predictive for job performance?Which traits should organizations take more in consideration during recruitment and selection processes?What is the meaning of motivation in the workplace and how employers could locate individuals who can be more productive,efficient,and engaged to the organization’s goals according to the Big Five personality model?The above questions are answered through the systematic review of previous contemporary studies.After the collection and review of several recent publications,regarding this subject,it was concluded that the application of this model positively affects employees’and group performance,working relationships,managers’work performance as well as innovation in workplace.

积极促进员工创新行为对企业发展具有重要意义,高绩效工作系统是影响员工创新行为的重要前因变量,但现有文献对其影响机理的研究尚显不足。基于社会交换理论与社会认同理论,运用多层线性模型探究了组织认同在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间的中介作用以及服务型领导的调节作用。研究结果表明,高绩效工作系统对员工创新行为具有显著正向影响,组织认同在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间发挥部分中介作用,服务型领导在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间发挥正向调节作用,服务型领导在高绩效工作系统与组织认同之间也发挥正向调节作用,服务型领导正向调节组织认同在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间的中介效应,即服务型领导水平越高,中介效应越显著。

多团队成员身份对个体创新绩效的双刃剑效应研究

根据角色理论与个人-工作匹配框架,并基于知识密集型企业员工有效样本多时点问卷数据的实证分析,探究个体多团队成员身份通过角色整合和工作繁荣(积极路径)以及角色冲突和工作疏离(消极路径)对个体创新绩效的整合影响,同时,考察认知灵活性在其间的边界条件作用。研究结果表明:个体多团队成员身份既通过角色整合与工作繁荣对个体创新绩效有显著正向间接作用,又通过角色冲突与工作疏离对个体创新绩效有显著负向间接作用;对于高认知灵活性的员工而言,多团队成员身份通过角色整合和工作繁荣对个体创新绩效的积极影响更强;对于低认知灵活性的员工而言,多团队成员身份通过角色冲突和工作疏离对个体创新绩效的消极影响更强。

差错管理文化对新生代员工创新性前摄行为的影响--基于三项交互的调节效应模型

采用社会认知理论与主动动机模型,基于“环境—认知—行为”分析框架,引入工作繁荣因素,探讨差错管理文化与新生代员工创新性前摄行为间的内在作用机理,并结合任务复杂性和促进型调节焦点,构建三者交互模型,揭示差错管理文化影响新生代员工创新性前摄行为的边界条件。通过对766名新生代员工数据的实证分析,研究结果表明:工作繁荣部分中介差错管理文化与新生代员工创新性前摄行为间的正相关关系;当工作任务具有较高复杂性并且员工具有促进型调节焦点特质时,差错管理文化通过工作繁荣对新生代员工创新性前摄行为的正向影响最显著,差错管理文化、任务复杂性与促进型调节焦点三者间的交互作用显著。

青岛海洋地质研究所海岸带地质工作进展与展望

海岸带是地球多圈层交互带内地质作用最活跃、人类活动最密集的地带,是开展综合地质调查与研究、推动经济社会高质量发展的关键区域。青岛海洋地质研究所的海岸带地质工作自建所以来,一直按照支撑国家需求和服务经济社会发展为导向,主要经历了萌芽发展、快速发展、蓬勃发展3个阶段。作为中国地质调查局海岸带工作的主要牵头单位之一,组织实施了一系列海岸带地质调查工作,特别是在辽东湾、渤海湾西岸、黄河三角洲、莱州湾、山东半岛、江苏沿岸、长江三角洲、闽浙沿岸等海岸带地区开展了重大比例尺的调查,大幅提高了我国海岸带调查程度,提升了海岸带基础地质认知水平,充分发挥了地质工作基础性、公益性、战略性的作用,为国家重大战略实施和经济社会高质量发展提供了有力支撑。新时代条件下,我们应大力加强海岸带地质科技创新能力,全面提高海岸带基础地质调查程度,加快建设海岸带地质综合监测体系,快速提升海岸带工作公益服务水平,推动海岸带地质工作高质量发展。

过劳氛围、过度劳动与高校教师创新行为的研究

本研究基于现阶段“大众创业、万众创新”的新时代发展情境,以及近些年来高校教师“过劳死”事件频发状况,以高校教师为研究对象,通过相关文献梳理,结合资源保存理论和自我损耗理论,利用927份全国高校教师的调研数据,深入探讨过劳氛围对高校教师创新行为的影响机理,利用结构方程模型预测过劳氛围和过度劳动对高校教师创新行为的作用,并从人才制度政策、学校环境氛围、高校教师个体、家庭环境支持四个层面提出对策建议。

基于产教融合的职业教育教学创新团队建设

教学创新团队是基于产教融合的新型团队,要起到示范作用,将校企与校际协作共同体、示范性产业学院、创新型实验或实践教学中心等作为团队的依托。教学创新团队的运行需要进行团队成员的分工与协作、团队教师的考核与评价、团队的制度建设。教学创新团队需要建立协同工作机制,包括建立多层次贯通的人才培养模式、约束制度、教研和科研管理制度、专业建设制度等,加强专业带头人、“双师型”教师、青年教师、企业兼职教师能力培养。校企与校际合作的方式包括共建教师发展中心,共同制订人才培养方案,按工作岗位的能力要求制订课程标准,基于工作过程构建课程体系等。教学创新团队建设是一项重要任务,需要众多院校、企业的深度参与,加强创新和探索。
