Optimal Configuration Method for the Installed Capacity of the Solar-Thermal Power Stations

Because of the randomness of wind power and photovoltaic(PV)output of new energy bases,the problem of peak regulation capability and voltage stability of ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission lines,we proposed an optimum allocation method of installed capacity of the solar-thermal power station based on chance constrained programming in this work.Firstly,we established the uncertainty model of wind power and PV based on the chance constrained planning theory.Then we used the K-medoids clusteringmethod to cluster the scenarios considering the actual operation scenarios throughout the year.Secondly,we established the optimal configuration model based on the objective function of the strongest transient voltage stability and the lowest overall cost of operation.Finally,by quantitative analysis of actual wind power and photovoltaic new energy base,this work verified the feasibility of the proposed method.As a result of the simulations,we found that using the optimal configuration method of solar-thermal power stations could ensure an accurate allocation of installed capacity.When the installed capacity of the solar-thermal power station is 1×106 kW,the transient voltage recovery index(TVRI)is 0.359,which has a strong voltage support capacity for the system.Based on the results of this work,the optimal configuration of the installed capacity of the solar-thermal power plant can improve peak shaving performance,transient voltage support capability,and new energy consumption while satisfying the Direct Current(DC)outgoing transmission premise. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel method to calculate the best installed capacity of pumped storage power station. First, we choose the day with maximum load as the typical day for every month and simulate the system running in two cases of whether the pumped storage power station is put into operation. The difference of the total coal consumption between the two cases is the peak load shifting benefit. Furthermore, we build load model and power generation model to calculate the benefit of emergency use and frequency modulation, which are the major projects of dynamic benefits. At last, on the premise of ensuring the system requirements, the developed method employs the maximum benefit of the unit capacity as the objective function to get the best installed capacity of pumped storage power station by simulations. Tests on a provincial power grid have shown that the developed method which combines of load characteristics, electric structure and other factors can get the best installed capacity of pumped storage power station easily and has a certain guiding significance for the planning and construction of the pumped storage power station. 展开更多

To obtain the relationship between use of installment tensioning technology and the bearing capacity of prestressed concrete beams, tensile and cyclic loading tests are conducted on five rectangular prestressed concreted specimens. Two types of prestressed tensioning methods are adopted in the tests, one uses installment tensioning technology to tension beams on days 4, 12, and 8, 12, respectively, and the other adopts the conventional method to tension the beam on day 28 only. The age of concrete, number of times tensioned, and the prestress value of early tensioning are considered in tests. Results show that use of installment tensioning technology has no effect on the bending failure pattern of prestressed concrete beams, but it reduces prestress loss and increases crack and yield loads. © 2017, Tianjin University and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. 展开更多

目的研究密砂中单盘螺旋锚安装过程中锚周土体变形特性及其对抗拔能力的影响,为螺旋锚基础精细化设计提供技术支撑。方法利用MatDEM软件建立密砂中螺旋锚安装及拉拔过程的数值计算模型,通过与室内模型试验结果对比标定颗粒微观力学参数... 目的研究密砂中单盘螺旋锚安装过程中锚周土体变形特性及其对抗拔能力的影响,为螺旋锚基础精细化设计提供技术支撑。方法利用MatDEM软件建立密砂中螺旋锚安装及拉拔过程的数值计算模型,通过与室内模型试验结果对比标定颗粒微观力学参数,进而分析钻入和预埋两种安装方式下不同埋深和盘径的螺旋锚安装效应及上拔承载力。结果当H/d w≤10时,钻入安装的极限上拔力较预埋低,当H/d w>10后,安装方式带来承载力差别不再随埋深增加而增加;随着盘径增大,两种安装方式下螺旋锚的承载能力均表现出增大的趋势,钻入方式下的Q ut比预埋下的Q up降低量从33%增至53%,预埋方式螺旋锚的承载能力高于钻入。结论钻入安装螺旋锚的上拔承载力低于预埋方式的承载力,但当埋深比超过10后,安装扰动对承载力的影响随着深度变化很小;随着盘径增加,安装扰动对极限上拔承载力的影响增大,相较于埋深变化带来的安装扰动差异,盘径变化带来的影响更明显。 展开更多

针对目前光伏发电及峰谷电价的用电形式下,空气源热泵耦合电锅炉供热系统经济性装机容量选择困难的有关问题,提出一种综合考虑光伏发电与峰谷电价影响的设备装机容量计算方法,使用空气源热泵最优不保证天数(OGD)作为选型参考值,通过TRN... 针对目前光伏发电及峰谷电价的用电形式下,空气源热泵耦合电锅炉供热系统经济性装机容量选择困难的有关问题,提出一种综合考虑光伏发电与峰谷电价影响的设备装机容量计算方法,使用空气源热泵最优不保证天数(OGD)作为选型参考值,通过TRNSYS建立系统模型开发新模块使其具有自动寻优能力。在使用测试数据验证模型准确性后,基于该模型计算5座代表性城市OGD推荐值。结果表明:OGD值受建筑负荷大小与光伏装机容量双重影响。采用OGD均值作为推荐值时,单一建筑OGD与均值分别对应的费用年值最大误差为8.17%,可保证计算准确性;5类气候分区内各城市费用年值变化规律基本一致,OGD值随气候变暖各气候分区间平均下降46.83%;其中北京市最大OGD值仅为5,说明在寒冷B区城市此类系统添加光伏发电后,可不设置辅助热源。 展开更多

扩建小容量生态机组是保证已建电站下游所需生态用水的有效方式之一.对于需要扩建机组的水电站,增设机组和原设机组选取的导叶关闭规律是否协调对于调节保证参数有着重要意义.基于特征线法建立了过渡过程仿真模型,探究设有不同装机容量... 扩建小容量生态机组是保证已建电站下游所需生态用水的有效方式之一.对于需要扩建机组的水电站,增设机组和原设机组选取的导叶关闭规律是否协调对于调节保证参数有着重要意义.基于特征线法建立了过渡过程仿真模型,探究设有不同装机容量机组水电站的导叶关闭规律组合,开展了新增生态小机组前后对电站调保参数影响的对比分析,并揭示了电站中机组装机容量对蜗壳压力的影响机理.结果表明:电站中原机组若沿用增设生态机组前的关闭规律,会导致蜗壳压力超出控制标准,因此应适当延长导叶关闭时间;机组装机容量越大,机组转速越小,蜗壳压力越大;电站设置不同装机容量(AABB)机组时,装机容量较小的机组A可直接采用电站全为该容量的方案(AAAA)的关闭规律,装机容量较大的机组B可参考电站全用较大装机方案(BBBB)的关闭规律.研究成果可为同类型水电站的导叶关闭规律选取提供参考. 展开更多

管缝锚杆的锚固力受管径差、岩体条件等因素影响,导致输出锚固力波动较大.自膨胀管缝锚杆可改善常规管缝锚杆的锚固性能,成倍提高锚杆的负载能力和吸能能力,但其在不同岩性区域和不同安装角度下的锚固力学特性尚不明确.采用锚杆智能拉... 管缝锚杆的锚固力受管径差、岩体条件等因素影响,导致输出锚固力波动较大.自膨胀管缝锚杆可改善常规管缝锚杆的锚固性能,成倍提高锚杆的负载能力和吸能能力,但其在不同岩性区域和不同安装角度下的锚固力学特性尚不明确.采用锚杆智能拉拔测试系统,开展了在破碎软岩和完整硬岩两种极端工况下,不同安装角度和药卷长度对自膨胀管缝锚杆力学特性的影响规律研究.结果表明:锚杆锚固力与药卷长度线性正相关,围岩强度越高,锚固力增长速率越快;相同工况下,锚杆锚固力与安装角度正相关,垂直安装时锚固力最大,且围岩强度越低,锚固力受安装角度影响越大.在两种极端岩体条件下,与常规管缝锚杆相比,自膨胀管缝锚杆锚固力分别提高1.88倍和3.15倍,吸能能力分别提高143.7%和259.6%,在滑移变形的基础上显著提高锚固效果. 展开更多

化学植筋后锚固抗剪承载力研究

植筋锚栓在混凝土结构中得到广泛应用,作为关键的结构连接构件,其抗剪性能还有待深入研究.为获得准确的植筋锚栓抗剪承载力计算方法,共设置42个植筋锚栓承载力测试试件,考虑了植筋深度、混凝土基材强度和植筋直径这三个主要影响因素.通... 植筋锚栓在混凝土结构中得到广泛应用,作为关键的结构连接构件,其抗剪性能还有待深入研究.为获得准确的植筋锚栓抗剪承载力计算方法,共设置42个植筋锚栓承载力测试试件,考虑了植筋深度、混凝土基材强度和植筋直径这三个主要影响因素.通过剪切试验得到了各试件的抗剪承载力和剪力荷载—位移曲线,并建立了植筋锚栓四折线破坏模型,在试验基础上通过分析获得现有规范植筋锚栓抗剪承载力的修正公式.结果表明,植筋锚栓在达到钢材破坏前受压区混凝土已碎裂,即植筋抗剪承载能力在钢材破坏前已失效,因此取四折线破坏模型中的等效弹性极限点作为抗剪设计值;当混凝土抗压强度小于等于40MPa时,混凝土强度越低,锚栓抗剪承载力越小;反之,混凝土强度对抗剪承载力几乎没有影响.在相同埋深与混凝土强度条件下,锚栓直径越大其抗剪承载力越大,但增长效率却在逐渐减小.本文提出的锚栓抗剪承载力计算公式对大部分工况的计算结果与试验结果相比差值小于3%. 展开更多

To create a stable road surface, the road construction techniques are time-consuming and expensive for a traditional construction which requires compaction of soil, aggregate base, sub-base and asphaltic layers. A Geosynthetic Access Mat (GAM) system can serve as an alternative to other traditional construction techniques to accommodate temporary construction. Due to its rigidity, the mat system can provide substantial vertical resistance to the applied load under a large deflection subject to soil conditions. This paper provides details of GAM specifications, soil conditions, applications, installation procedure, comparison with other soil stabilization methods and Aramco experience for deployments of these mats. 展开更多
