Research on the Teaching Mode Innovation of Computer Majors Under the Background of Industry and Education Integration

With the rapid development of the times,the continuous innovation of teaching concepts,and the deficiency of the traditional computer teaching mode,the rapid development of computer technology has put forward higher requirements of the teaching mode,so it is imperative to carry on the innovation of teaching mode for computer majors.Combined with the development needs of computer technology in today’s society,this paper combs the shortcomings of the existing teaching mode.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,this paper puts forward the tripartite cooperation mode with students as the core,schools as the bridge,and enterprises as the support,and establishes a new mechanism of the teaching mode of computer majors under the background of the integration of industry and education.This way of learning theory on campus and practicing in society will supplement and strengthen students’professional ability needs in the environment of the rapid development of computers in the future.

Based on an Integrated Teaching of the ＂Retail Management＂ Analysis of Curriculum Reform

Vocational colleges teaching curriculum reform is an important content. Retail Management course is a relatively new course, more and more attention are paid by the university. But the old education system in the retail management course teaching practice is of flaw. This paper aims to explore retail management curriculum reform. Exploration for integrated teaching methods, combined with ＂Retail Management＂ course teaching reform put forward some theoretical assumptions that based on characteristics of the course, the introduction of integrated retail management courses teaching method is feasible.

“产教融合、校企合作、多位一体”的应用化学专业实践教学体系构建

“产教融合,校企合作”是高校培养新时代所需人才的重要途径之一,牵引着人才培养的发展方向。为顺应时代对人才的需求,并结合我院应用化学专业人才培养目标,本文针对我院应用化学专业提出构建“产教融合、校企合作、多位一体、虚实结合”的创新人才培养实践教学体系。以培养学生的实践创新能力为核心,通过搭建校企合作实践教学平台,设置“基础实验-综合训练-创新设计”三个层次的实验,推进多位一体、虚实结合的实践教学模式,对学生实行个性化培养,使培养的人才与社会需求相适应,并服务于经济社会的发展。

工程教育专业认证下实践教学体系与模式探索

针对社会对卓越工程师需求的现状,实践教学改革应该促进学生工程意识、工程能力和工程素养的提升,以满足社会发展对工程技术人才的需求。通过对应用型高校电子信息科学与技术专业实践教学体系和模式研究探索,对实践教学目标体系、内容体系和评价体系进行架构,实施“课堂+实践+社会+网络”的“四维一体”的立体化实践教学模式。依据工程教育专业认证标准,提出实践教学改革“知行合一、工学结合,全方位、全覆盖、全过程”的理念和“一个定位、两个转变、三个层次、四个维度、五个结合、六个目标”的教学改革思路,为一流专业建设和工程认证背景下的课程建设提供参考和应用实践。

基于混合式教学理念的急救技能模块整合教学在中医临床专业研究生急救能力培养中的作用

目的评价基于混合式教学理念的急救技能模块整合教学在中医临床专业学位研究生急救技能培养中的效果。方法根据入科月份随机将2022年9月至2023年8月北京中医药大学东方医院急诊科轮转的中医临床专业硕士研究生60名分为传统教学组和混合式教学组各30例。评价入科、出科成绩,急救技能成绩及教学满意度。结果混合式教学组的理论成绩[(84.07±9.89)分]和技能成绩[(84.77±8.55)分]高于传统教训的理论成绩[(78.93±9.85)分]和技能成绩[(80.27±8.17)分](P<0.05);混合式教学组的教学满意度(90%)和传统教学组(80%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);混合式教学组急救能力获得感评分[8(8,8)分]高于传统教学组[7(7,8)分](P<0.05)。结论基于混合式教学理念的急救技能模块整合教学有助于提高中医临床专业学位研究生急救能力。

基于科教融合理念的药学专业建设探索与思考

经过五年的科教融合探索实践,齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)在学科建设、科研创新、人才引育、成果转化和社会服务等方面获得快速发展,充分彰显科教融合的独特优势。科教融合学院-药学院紧跟国家科教融合政策导向,紧贴地方药学专业建设需求,深挖自身人才和科研优势,从明晰育人方向、构建课程体系、创新培养模式、夯实师资力量和强化校企合作五个方面入手,探索实践药学专业科教融合建设的新路径、新形态。该文以药学专业建设为例,梳理专业在科教融合方面所做的工作、取得成效,以及存在的矛盾问题和发展方向,为下一步创新推进科教融合发展,合力培育优质人才,加快科教成果落地提供参考借鉴。

科研成果转化的探索性本科药剂学实验教学研究

为实现药学专业本科人才培养目标,把药物纳米晶自稳定皮克林乳液及其设计思路引入本科药剂学实验教学,并转化为一种兼具探索性、创新性和设计性的本科实验项目。介绍了该实验项目的实施方案,包括实验设计、实验操作、实验总结、成绩评价等各环节;总结了线上-线下结合的实验教学管理经验。实践表明,该探索性实验项目激发了学生学习的主观能动性,提升了学生综合运用知识分析和解决问题的能力,促进了学生的创新实践能力和团结协作精神。

新农科背景下多视角融合式实践教学改革探索--以贵州大学农业机械化及其自动化专业为例

针对当前农机专业实践教学理念落后、内容条块分割、形式单一、时空受限、理论及方法研究不足等问题,基于新农科背景下农机人才培养的目标要求,从农机学科及工程实践教学特点出发,探索新农科背景下农机专业实践教学改革的新思路、新模式。构建新农科背景下多视角融合实践教学模式的基本框架,阐述多课程融合、虚实融合与线上线下融合、课内课外融合的实践教学实施方法。并将这种多视角融合式实践教学方法应用于拖拉机拆装实习、农业机械综合创新设计教学中取得良好的教学效果,拓宽人才培养的渠道,提升人才培养的质量。

以学生为中心的PLC课堂教学模式研究与实践

以安徽工贸职业技术学院PLC课堂教学与实践为例,提出了以学生为中心的创新课堂教学模式改革。通过建设教、学、做合一的教学网络平台,突显学生主体地位,构建“讲—练—模—做—评”课堂教学模式一体化,开发、制作课堂教学资源等系列教学改革,以实现课堂教学的主导作用,提高课堂教学实效,为培养高素质机电专业人才和提升教学质量奠定良好基础。

思政元素融入复变函数与积分变换课程的教学案例研究

为培养新时代中国社会主义的建设者和接班人,贯彻落实立德树人的根本任务,在复变函数与积分变换的教学过程中自然地融入课程思政元素,建立该课程的课程思政教学案例库是势在必行的。首先,深入挖掘思政元素与数学专业知识的结合点。其次,对线上线下混合教学模式进行课程思政设计。最后,形成适合本课程的课程思政教学案例。通过对课程思政案例的教学实践,教育引导学生成为热爱祖国、富有理想、视野宽广、德才兼备的创新型人才。

“科产教融合”机器人实践课程教学改革探索

面向智能制造与机器人行业当前及未来人才重大需求,针对智能制造与机器人实践创新型人才培养过程中,面临的价值塑造作用不足、实践创新能力培养不足、体制机制支持度不够等问题,提出“专业交叉、行业交叉”“科教融合、产教融合、专创融合”的科产教融合机器人专业课程实践教学改革实施方案,重构机器人课程设计理念,深度开展科产教融合育人模式与实践基地建设,强化课程实践教学相关的知识、平台、学科和管理支撑,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接,培养机器人实践创新型人才和高层次应用型未来领军人才。

30所三级医院开展ICU护士入职培训的现况调查

目的:调查三级医院开展ICU护士入职培训现况,为探索更有效的ICU护士入职培训提供参考。方法:2022年7月—8月,采用便利抽样法选取全国11个省份30所三级医院57个ICU的护理管理者及583名ICU护士作为调查对象,使用自行设计的ICU护士入职培训情况调查问卷进行调查。结果:参与调查的57个(100.0%)ICU均制定了新护士入职培训计划并规定经过带教期后方可独立上岗,但培训形式多样、带教期时长尚不统一,仅32个(56.1%)ICU有资质准入制度和相关考核;52名(91.2%)护理管理者将规范化培训后的新护士视为最优选;应届毕业生新护士占总护士人数的比例与非计划性拔管的发生率呈正相关(r=0.341,P<0.05)。参与调查的583名护士中364名(62.4%)认为3~6个月的带教时长最为合适,339名(58.1%)倾向于毕业后先掌握普通患者护理技能,再入职ICU;回归分析显示入职培训期间ICU护士适应工作压力的影响因素为ICU类型、临床实践带教形式与带教时长。结论:目前ICU资质准入制度仍不完善,入职培训尚无统一的方案,带教时长仍需要进一步讨论,未来仍需要制定纲领性文件指导ICU开展护士入职培训工作。

学科交叉融合培养实践创新型人才的研究

目的探索医学教育与多学科交叉融合背景下建立以增强科研创新意识和能力为主的全新教学模式。方法选择北华大学2021级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象。根据平时成绩将30名学生随机分成两个组,A组15人,采用传统授课模式,完成基本教学内容。B组15人,在完成基础教学的基础上,增加多学科交叉融合教学,学期结束后比较两组同学在课程体系评价、学生实践教学考核成绩、师资队伍评价、教学效果和质量评价。结果在课程体系评价中,B组课程的整体表现优于A组;实践教学考核成绩得分,B组得分明显高于A组;在授课内容贴合本专业领域前沿、理论知识与实践相结合、学科进行交叉融合、师生互动、激发学生思考能力和创新思维上,A组教师优良率仅为33.3%~73.3%,而B组教师优良率为86.7%~100%,B组教师表现较A组教师提升较大。在教学效果评价和教学质量评价方面B组整体优于A组。结论医学教育与多学科交叉融合培养能够有效地提升医学本科生科研创新能力。

产教融合背景下新能源汽车专业应用型人才培养模式探索与实践

随着汽车“新四化”的技术变革,对新能源汽车工程技术人才培养提出了新的要求。针对当前高校新能源汽车人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,本文以南航金城学院新能源汽车专业为例,从校企协同育人生态体系构建、人才培养方案修订、校企共建课程体系、教学模式改革、双师型师资队伍建设、教学实践基地共建等方面提出了应用型高校深度产教融合的新能源汽车人才培养举措。以期为相关院校在新能源汽车人才培养过程中提供借鉴,培养出产教高度契合的满足现代产业需求的高素质应用型创新人才。
