Research into the Influencing Factors of Knowledge Transfer within Innovative Research Teams

Knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams helps to maximally gather knowledge sources and promote knowledge dissemination,exchange and digestion among different disciplines. T he effect of transfer directly affects the team's capacity of knowledge innovation and its outcomes. In this paper,a WSB-based research framework for the influencing factors of knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams is established by means of grounded theory with help of in-depth interviews,in which five fundamental categories that affect knowledge transfer within teams,namely,knowledge source,knowledge receiver,knowledge transfer context,knowledge characteristics and knowledge transfer medium,are proposed to elaborate on the relationship between the fundamental categories and the effect of knowledge transfer within teams.Finally,a theoretical saturation test is conducted to verify the rationality and scientific tenability of this theoretical framework.

Thoughts on the Professional Training of Scientific and Technological Management Team of High-level Talents in Provincial Agricultural Research Institutes

From two aspects:the composition of scientific research management institutions and the tasks undertaken by scientific research management departments,the present situation of scientific and technological management team in agricultural research institutes is expounded.Some problems existed in the scientific and technological management team of provincial agricultural research institutes are analyzed,such as uneven knowledge structure of scientific research management personnel,low degree of specialization,poor stability,lack of professional and systematic job training,etc.Professional development countermeasures are proposed,such as optimizing the structure of scientific research management team,establishing a professional management system with the characteristics of agricultural scientific research institutions,formulating corresponding evaluation mechanism for scientific research management personnel,and strengthening the training of agricultural scientific research management personnel.

Research Team of English Teaching in Our School

This paper mainly discusses how to form a successful research team of English teaching by setting the author's own research team as an example.In the author's opinion,there are four steps to form a successful research team:forming,storming,norming,and performing.The author also believes that their successful experiences can also be applied to improve the students' other English skills,such as speaking.

Sources and symptoms of stress among nurses in the first Chinese anti-Ebola medical team during the Sierra Leone aid mission: A qualitative study

Objective: This study investigated the sources of stress,corresponding symptoms,and stress relief among nurses of the first Chinese anti-Ebola medical team during the Sierra Leone aid mission.Method: A purposive sampling method was used and 10 nurses were selected from the first Chinese anti-Ebola medical team that was dispatched to Sierra Leone.Data were collected via phone and semistructured interviews,then analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step method.Results: The data showed three major themes: (1) The causes of stress during the Sierra Leone aid mission mainly related to unsafety,responsibility,and unfamiliarity;(2) Physical,cognitive,emotional,and behavioral symptoms were documented;(3) Nurses experienced relief from stress after the mission.Conclusion: Targeted measures,proper responses and good community support can effectively lower stress among nurses on anti-Ebola missions.

Global trends in international research collaboration, 1980-2021

Purpose:The aim of this study is to analyze the evolution of international research collaboration from 1980 to 2021.The study examines the main global patterns as well as those specific to individual countries,country groups,and different areas of research.Design/methodology/approach:The study is based on the Web of Science Core collection database.More than 50 million publications are analyzed using co-authorship data.International collaboration is defined as publications having authors affiliated with institutions located in more than one country.Findings:At the global level,the share of publications representing international collaboration has gradually increased from 4.7%in 1980 to 25.7%in 2021.The proportion of such publications within each country is higher and,in 2021,varied from less than 30%to more than 90%.There are notable disparities in the temporal trends,indicating that the process of internationalization has impacted countries in different ways.Several factors such as country size,income level,and geopolitics may explain the variance.Research limitations:Not all international research collaboration results in joint co-authored scientific publications.International co-authorship is a partial indicator of such collaboration.Another limitation is that the applied full counting method does not take into account the number of authors representing in each country in the publication.Practical implications:The study provides global averages,indicators,and concepts that can provide a useful framework of reference for further comparative studies of international research collaboration.Originality/value:Long-term macro-level studies of international collaboration are rare,and as a novelty,this study includes an analysis by the World Bank’s division of countries into four income groups.

Building teams：reaching beyond medical libraries for inspiration

Research model in our UCLA Library has also transformed into collaborative and interdisciplinary as a research community. The most successful units within the library work in this cooperative way. However,most of the public service units still work in their own silo. Building research and service teams to achieve the library ＇ s development strategic plan that paves the way for a reorganization of the public service units in the library is the most effective and proper way. In order to address this accomplishment,the User Engagement division of UCLA Library has launched. This article demonstrates the reason why UCLA Library need to build the team and the way in which UCLA Library use to build the team in order to bring about the goal of reaching beyond medical libraries for inspiration.

智能时代人因科学研究的新范式取向及重点

本文首先提出了“人因科学”这一创新的学科群概念来表征工程心理学、人因工程、工效学、人机交互等相近领域。尽管这些领域的研究角度不一样,但是它们分享共同的研究理念、对象以及目的。我们近期的研究表明,人工智能(AI)新技术带来了一系列新的人因问题,而作为人因科学研究对象的人机关系呈现出从“人机交互”向“人智组队式合作”的跨时代演进。这些变化对人因科学研究提出了新问题和新挑战,需要我们重新审视基于非智能技术的人因科学研究范式和重点。在此背景下,本文梳理人因科学研究范式取向跨时代的演进,总结我们近5年所提出的一系列用于丰富人因科学研究范式的新概念模型和框架,其中包括人智协同认知系统、人智协同认知生态系统以及智能社会技术系统的模型和框架。本文进一步从人因科学研究范式取向的角度进一步提升这些概念模型和框架,提出智能时代人因科学研究的三种新范式取向,分析相应的应用意义,并展望今后的研究方向。同时,针对智能时代人因科学研究重点的跨时代转移新特征,本文从“人智交互”“智能人机界面”“人智组队合作”三个方面展望了今后人因科学的研究重点,揭示出人因科学新研究范式取向对未来研究重点的作用。我们认为,人因科学的研究范式取向和研究重点互为影响,互为促进,智能时代的人因科学研究需要多样化、创新的研究范式取向,从而进一步推动人因科学的发展。

Evaluation of Scholar’s Contribution to Team Based on Weighted Co-author Network

The contributions of scientific researchers include personal influence and talent training achievements. In this paper, using 9964 high-quality coauthor scientific papers in English teaching research from China citation database from 1997 to 2016, a weighted coauthor network with variety factors is constructed. A model was proposed to calculate the author’s contribution to the research team by combining personal and network characteristics. The results reveal a variety of characteristics of the co-author networks in English teaching research field, including statistical properties, community features, and authors’ contribution to teams in this discipline.

Nursing team management and construction from the perspective of psychological contract

The psychological contract is a set of personal beliefs about the reciprocal obligations and rights established in an exchange relationship,and high-level fulfillment of psychological contract helps the development of a team.This study summarizes the concept and theoretical basis of psychological contract,the influencing factors and intervention status of nurse psychological contract,and constructs a psychological contract intervention model to provide reference and reference for better construction and management of nursing teams.

依托科研团队实施科研反哺教学的探索与实践——以四川旅游学院为例

在国家双一流、新工科高等教育改革框架下,科学研究反哺教学是有效的人才培养模式。以四川旅游学院为例,利用学校创建的科研创新团队在人才、项目、平台方面的优势,与学生的综合实践教学相结合,通过设置科研项目子课题,培育大学生科研训练项目、大学生创新创业项目、指导学科竞赛等,并将科研成果及时地纳入学生综合实践课程和毕业论文,达到科学研究与教学有机地结合,促进协同发展。

文科科研团队是新时代高校构建中国特色哲学社会科学知识体系和推进有组织科研的重要抓手,但目前高校文科科研团队建设存在对其重要性认识不足、团队构成不合理且不稳定、团队规章制度不完善、忽视团队精神文化建设等问题。新时代高校文科科研团队建设需要从文科科研规律和我国文科科研实际出发,围绕提高认识、加强顶层设计、以实质性合作为目标、重视青年科研团队建设、以质量和贡献为导向、营造自由宽松的团队发展环境和氛围,推动文科科研团队建设开创新局面。

高质量发展背景下党建引领公立医院人才队伍建设实践探索

人才是推动事业发展的第一资源,是实现创新发展的不竭动力。本研究选取山东省某省级区域医疗中心为研究对象,运用文献法、案例法、实证研究法、专家咨询法等,分析了人才工作对公立医院高质量发展的重要意义,从顶层设计、领导体系、制度举措、平台建设、关心关爱、责任压实六个方面,进行了党建引领人才工作思考与实践,持续探索党建与业务工作有机融合[1]的新举措、新机制和新模式,不断助力公立医院高质量发展。

组建跨校虚拟教研室提升研究生专业课教学质量——车用发动机排放控制技术课程改革探索

组建跨校专家教学团队,采用跨校虚拟教研室模式,以“三全”和“思政”元素融入课堂,探索一条提升研究生专业课程教学质量的途径。以车用发动机排放控制技术课程为例,从教师团队组建、课程内容设置、学生获得感三个方面,紧抓课堂教学主渠道,以多名跨校专家高质量授课形式潜移默化地体现科学家精神和立德树人理念。推崇以科研促进专业课教学,学生掌握必备专业知识,具备工程伦理和思辨思想。课程改革实施后,极大增强学生的家国情怀、爱岗敬业和学科自信,更加积极主动地投身科研,为提升研究生教育质量打下基础。

研究型医院人才队伍建设及路径探索

研究型医院发展战略布局和储备研究型人才在临床型医院向研究型医院转变中起着关键作用。目前在我国大型公立医院中,由于卫生人力资源总体不足、对研究型医院的建设认识不到位、缺乏复合型人才培养机制等,专职科研人员占比总体较低,研究型人才队伍建设还处在起步阶段。本文在对医院现有各学科的人才摸底的基础上,对各学科进行了一次“全面体检”和“大会诊”,掌握了学科发展的第一手资料,梳理了不同年龄层次的后备研究型人才,厘清了不同学科的人才优势和隐忧。通过院内岗位设置、内培外引相结合,采用多种方式加强临床研究队伍的培养,不断优化人才结构,为医院人才梯队建设提供一个新的思路。

地方高校吸引本校优秀学生报考本校研究生的策略研究

针对地方高校研究生招生中第一志愿报考人数不多、初试上线人数少、需要大量调剂的现实背景,在外部生源难以满足数量和质量要求的前提下,提出立足本校内部生源,更好地吸引本校优秀学生积极报考本校研究生的对策措施,主要包括加大对本校学生考研宣传的力度、构建“导师+研究生+本科生”的workshop团队人才培养模式,优先面向本校毕业生选拔科研助理、充分展示学科实力、构建有竞争力的激励机制等。这些措施对缓减地方高校面临的研究生生源数量和质量困境大有裨益。

TBL联合RBL在本科护生循证护理实践能力培养中的应用

目的探讨以团队为基础的教学(team-based learning,TBL)联合以研究为基础的教学模式(research-based learning,RBL)在提高本科实习护生循证护理实践能力的效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年4月在广州某三级甲等综合医院手术室实习的114名本科护生为研究对象,按随机数字表法,采用整群随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组实施TBL联合RBL的教学模式,比较两组本科护生的循证实践能力和评判性思维能力,并比较护生对教学模式课程评价结果。结果实习前后观察组的循证实践能力和评判性思维能力总分差值高于对照组(t=35.108、35.897,均P<0.001),两组比较,差异有统计学意义。实习后观察组效果评价得分高于对照组(t=17.580,P<0.001),两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论实施TBL联合RBL教学模式可以提高本科护生的循证护理实践能力和评判性思维能力,提高护生对教学模式效果评价结果,培养优秀的临床实用型循证护理人才。

新文科建设中科研团队有效性研究——基于IMO模型的模糊集定性比较分析

科研团队作为人文社科领域推动有组织科研的重要组织形式,面临创新内生动力不足、形式大于实质等有效性不足的问题。基于IMO模型,通过模糊集定性比较分析,从团队投入、团队过程、突生状态三个层面,团队异质性、组织环境、团队冲突、团队沟通和交互记忆系统五个条件变量检验科研团队有效性的组态效应。研究发现,单一因素不构成高有效性或非高有效性科研团队的必要条件;存在异质成熟型和支持沟通型两类高有效性科研团队组态,以及同质零散型、各自为战型和组织制约型三类非高有效性科研团队组态;组织环境和交互记忆系统具有重要基础性作用。基于此,新文科建设中科研团队有效性的提升应从两方面入手:加强对科研团队组织环境的支持;构建开放式的科研团队组建和管理模式。

大型科学仪器作为科技创新的核心资源,在支持高水平科研活动中发挥着基础性的支撑作用。文章分析了科研机构实验技术队伍建设的重要性,以及当前实验技术人员队伍建设面临的问题,阐述了实验技术人员在支撑科研活动中的关键作用,并从岗位设置、人才引进、加强培训等方面提出了加强实验技术人员队伍建设的建议,以期为科研机构的专职实验技术人员队伍建设提供参考。
